        20세기 후반 여성 스포츠웨어의 성(性)적 이미지에 관한 연구

        As sports infiltrates each field of modern society and becomes familiar, sports wear was changed functionally and was introduced and enveloped into everyday dress. Modern sports wear has been the settled in everyday life deeply and become the clothes of life which are worn regardless of place, time and age. The aim of this paper was to clarify what kind of fashion of sports style would be given to the modern people. In this study, sports wear which has become everyday dress was classified from a gender point of view. It was divided into masculine image, feminine image, and neutral image. Sports wear of masculine image generated a silhouette which emphasized the shoulder with the aspiration for youth and health. Wide shoulder was considered as the symbol of masculine beauty and the expression of healthy beauty. It was reflected well in body conscious look. And owing to the development of up-to-date materials, innovation of design, and the study of human body technology, the functional character was settled in the sports wear which showed masculine image. Sports wear of feminine image was represented fashion of body exposure, body feet with body conscious look, and romantic mode. This image was expressed fashion as comforts, pleasant, active design, materials, color, and romantic feminine beauty. Sports wear of neutral image was expressed into unisex clothes. This cloths have no difference in gender, age, and class. It was used as casual sports wear. In the 1960s, young generation participated in such street sports as street basketball and skate. They usually wore the sports wears of neutral image such as cycling, skating, and ski. In the materials of sports, the development of up-to-date material like lycra made the sayings lifelike, "up-to-date material is the second skin" It show that glamorous feminine image and strong masculine image coexisted. The contemporary concept of sportswear is no longer limited to those clothes for sports found in such places like tennis court or swimming pool. Now, the sports wear become more like casual activity wear all classes of people can enjoy in their life regardless of where they are, when they wear, and even how old they are.

      • 정규 문법 학습을 위한 이차 순환 신경망의 최적 상태수에 관한 연구

        The learning performance of Second-Order Recurrent Neural Network(SRNN) has been improved for inferring regular language. But it has not tried to imporve it from the aspect of the number of states. This paper shows there is trade-off relationship between the computation time and the number of epochs. For the fixed number of states, the smaller the number of the states is, the shorter the computation time will be and the more the number of the epoch will be increased. We define cost function of the number of epochs and the computation time and find experimentally the optimal number of states using it.

        The waterproofing in slab and wall of underground structure have a couple of construction methods which are inside waterproofing methods for inner surface, and outside waterproofing methods for out wall and slab surface waterproofing. In resent years, however, it has been adapted the inside waterproofing construction method, as increasing of construction expenses cost and low workability and technology, nevertheless, outside waterproofing has set a most high value construction method. In inside waterproofing construction method, it is difficult to repair and assure durability and safety for concrete which has direct water-press. So, it is necessary for adopt the outside waterproofing method. For that reasons, this study based on the application for outside waterproofing method on the under ground structure, to introduce mono adhesive sheet waterproofing materials to more increase durability, as considering chemical and physical properties.

      • 비소세포폐암에서 동시화학방사선요법을 받는 중 생긴 기관폐루1례

        최근 근치적 절제가 불가능한 국소진행성 비소세포 폐암에서 화학요법을 방사선요법과 동시에 투여하는 치료방법에 대한 연구가 활발이 이루어지고 있으며 이러한 치료과정 중 생긴 여러 부작용에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있지만 아직까지 기관폐루가 생겼다고 보고는 없다. 따라서 치료과정 중 기관폐루가 의심되는 소견이 있을 경우 이에 대한 조기 진단과 치료를 통하여 부작용에 따른 사망률을 최소화하여야 하겠다. The incidence of lung cancer is increasing steadily and various methods have been attempted to enhance the cure rate of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer, which is hardly removable surgically, but the results are not satisfactory yet. Recently, research is being made actively on the simultaneous application of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer that cannot be radically resected and the we experienced a case of patient diagnosed with bronchopulmonary fistula during the treatment process, and therefore report it here.

        입냄새 관련 인지도 조사

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate obtained information regarding a patient's halitosis and investigate about relationship between halitosis and related factors. Halitosis is general term used to describe any disagreeable odor in expired air. Also Halitosis affects a large proporation of population and may cause a significant social of psychological handicap to those suffering from it. Recently many scientist have concern about halitosis. The clinicians will be tried care to patient of halitosis more exactly, if he or she know patient's information about history, symptom, related factors of halitosis. The subjects were 77 who young peoples with 25 years old and using a questionnaire about self and other perception of halitosis, general and oral status, diet controls and cognition etc. The collected data was to analyzed and tested statistical significant. The results were as follows : 1.In presence of halitosis, the self perception was 26% and other Perception was 44%. 2.The group who was indicated malodorer by others is more sensitive in self-bad breath than other groups (p<0.05) 3.In life style, the other perception group have had more smoking than non-other perception group(p<0.05) . 4.The favorite food with strong smell have investigated kimchi , garlic, onion, coffee, spicy curry. Welsh onion and wine. 5. The kinds of food occurred to odor have investigated garlic, onion, coffee, kinds of kimchi, stew, meat and milk. 6. There was not significant correlation among other perception of halitosis and favorite food with strong smell, kinds of food occurred to odor, medical history, present health condition, food impaction to teeth, drinking habit and menstration.

        The purpose of this study is to develop a noninvasive blood glucose measurement method by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Reflectance NIR spectra of different parts of human body (finger tip, earlobe, and inner lip) were Recoreded by using a fiber optic probe. The spectra were collected over the spectral range 1100-1700nm. Partial least squares regression (PLS) was applied for the calibration and validation for the determination of blood glucose. The calibration with the use of PLS model predicted for validation set glucose concentration with a standard error of prediction (SEP) of 33㎎/㎗.

        Inhibitory Effect of Clavicepitaceae on Serotonin Release out of Human Platelets and Human Platelet Aggregation

        We have investigated the effects of hypha-water extracts (HWE), fruit body-water extracts (FWE) and cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris on serotonin release out of human platelets and human platelet aggregation. HWE and FWE inhibited the release of [^(3)H]-serotonin from human platelet stimulated by thrombin (2 U/ml) or collagen (20 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, cordycepin, a major component of Cordyceps militaris, inhibited the human platelet aggregation induced by collagen (10 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that cordycepin containing in HWE and FWE may inhibit the serotonin release by suppressing the collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. Accordingly, our data demonstrate that HWE and FWE containing much cordycepin might have antithrombotic and antimigrainous functions.

        Inhibitory Effect of Cordycepin on Human Platelet Aggregation

        Cordycepin separated from Cordyceps militaris is a major physiologic active component in Cordyceps militaris. The platelet aggregation is stimulated by Ca^(2+), which is either mobilized from intracellular endoplasmic reticulum or transported from extracellular space. cGMP antagonizes the actions of Ca^(2+). Based on these facts, we have investigated the effects of cordycepin on the mobilization of Ca^(2+) and the production of cGMP on collagen (10 ㎍/ml)-induced human platelet aggregation. Cordycepin potently stimulated the human platelet aggregation induced by collagen (10 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. Cordycepin (500 μM) inhibited also the collagen-induced human platelet aggregation in the presence both 1 mM and 2 mM of CaCl_(2). These are in accord with the results that cordycepin inhibited the Ca^(2+)-influx on collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. These results suggest that cordycepin decrease the intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration to inhibit collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. Besides, cordycepin increased the level of cGMP on collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. This result is related with the decrease of intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration, because cGMP inhibits the mobilization of Ca^(2+). In addition, cordycepin inhibited the human platelet aggregation induced by LY-83583, inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. This result suggested that cordycepin inhibit the platelet aggregation by stimulating the activity of guanylate cyclase. In conclusion, we demonstrated that cordycepin might have the antiplatelet function by inhibiting Ca^(2+)-mobilization via the stimulation of the production of cGMP.

        흰쥐의 방사선 피폭후 생물학적 지표로서의 혈액효소

        생물학적 선량평가를 위한 생화학적 지표 연구로서 흰쥐 혈액내 효소활성도의 변화를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) Alkaline phosphatase 활성도는 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 2, 4 Gy의 방사선 조사후 24시간까지 혈액내 활성도가 증가하였고 72시간 경과시에는 대조군과 비슷한 활성도를 보였다. Creatine kinase는 2, 4 Gy 방사선 조사후 혈액내에서 활성도에서 활성도가 72시간까지 증가하였으나 0.1, 0.25Gy, 0.5 Gy 방사선 조사시에는 커다란 변화를 보이지 않았다. 2) Malate dehydrogenase 활성도는 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 Gy 방사선 조사시에는 커다란 변화가 없었으며 lactate dehydrogenase는 방사선 조사후 활성도가 감소하였다. 3) GOT의 활성도는 선량률 0.1Gy/min.로 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 2, 4 Gy 조사후에는 어떠한 변화도 없었으며 선량률 0.5 Gy/sec.로 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 5, 7 Gy로 조사후에는 증가현상을 보이고 있다. Acid phosphatase 활성도는 상기의 어떠한 선량에서도 나타나지 않고 있다. 잠재적으로 이러한 효소들은 방사선 피폭의 지표물질로 사용될 수 있으며 생화학적 지식과 기술을 이용한 좀더 나은 지표물질을 찾기 위하여 계속적인 조사가 필요하다. Enzyme activity changes in rat blood as biochemical indicator useful for evaluating exposure dose were experimentally studied. The experimental results obtained are as follows: 1) Alkaline phosphatase activities increased in the blood serum until 24 hours after 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 2 and 4 Gy irradiation and its activities returned mormal condition after 72 hours of post-irradiation. Creatine kinase activities increased in the blood serum until 72 hours after 2 and 4 Gy irradiation but any significant activity changes were not detected after 0.1, 0.25 Gy irradiation. 2) Malate dehydrogenase activities did not reveal available changes changes after 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 Gy irradiation and lactate dehydrogenase activities decreased in the blood serum after 0.1, 0.25, 0.5 Gy irradiation. 3) Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase activity changes were detected in the blood serum after 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 2, 4 Gy(0.1 Gy/min.) and GOT activities increased after 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 5, 7 Gy(0.5 Gy/sec.). Any acid phosphatase activities were detected in the blood serum after 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 2, 4 Gy(0.1 Gy/min.) and 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 5, 7 Gy(0.5 Gy/sec.) irradiation. Potentially some of these enzymes can be used as indicator protein for radiation injury. Futher investigation is needed to find better biochemical indicatiors utilizing recent knowledge and techniques of biochemistry.
