구강 악성 흑색종에서 PCNA 발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

Malignant melanoma arising from the mucosa of head and neck region was rare and showed poor prognosis. Some of malignant melanoma were transformed from benign melanotic lesion. Malignant melanoma had high cellular proliferation and rapid growth. The percentage of PCNA-positive cell (labeling index) is high in many malignant tumor. So we compared the pattern of PCNA expression in the melanotic lesion. We performed the immunohistochemical study in malignant melanoma(19 cases), benign melanotic macule(24 cases) and normal mucosa(20 cases) were diagnosed in Seoul National University Dental Hospital between 1980 and 2000. Positive PCNA staining was found mainly in malignant melanoma. The mean PCNA expression in malignant melanoma, melanotic macule, normal tissue were 29.2%, 1.4%, 0%, respectively. Significant differences in PCNA expression were noted between malignant melanoma and melanotic macule(p<0.01), normal mucosa(p<0.01). These result suggested that the PCNA expression seems to be used as a diagnostic indicator for malignancy in malignant melanoma and melanotic lesion.

A 18-year-old healthy female describes a displaced, stress fracture of the femur shaft occurred from a longdistance walking of 30 kilometers everyday for 15 days. Nondisplaced femoral shaft stress fracture are common overuse injuries frequently seen in atheletes and military recruits, but displaced femoral shaft stress fracture are very rare. Here we report a rare case which was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and emphases the importance of the basic principle of sport medicine, that is to increase intensity of physical activity slowly and appropriate rest.

The aim of this study was to investigate the use and the satisfaction of fresh convenience foods, specifically fresh-cut fruits and vegetables according to customer health consciousness. The survey included a total of 1,132 subjects (568 men and 564 women). Subjects were classified into two groups: health conscious consumers (HCC)(n=865) and non-health conscious consumers (NHCC)(n=267). When choosing convenience foods, the HCC group had a higher percentage of respondents who considered eco-labels(p<0.05), while showing a significantly lower proportion of those who considered quantity/bundle size (p<0.05) than the NHCC group did. Overall satisfaction with fresh cut fruits and vegetables was 3.75 points in the HCC group, and this was significantly higher than 3.61 points in the NHCC group (p=0.006). The study results indicate when the customers are health conscious, they are more likely to consider health promoting factors when purchasing fresh convenience foods, resulting in higher level of satisfaction. 무도유 롤러상판(Lubrication free baseplate with roller)은 분기기의 텅레일 전환시 상판과의 마찰력을 낮춰 전환력을 감소시키고 기본레일과의 고른 밀착성을 유지시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. 무도유 롤러상판이 개발되기 전 2000년대 중반까지 국내 대부분의 분기기는 상판과 텅레일의 마찰력을 줄이기 위해 도유를 하였고 이는 도상의 오염을 불러 일으켰으며, 현재까지도 상당수의 분기기들이 도유 상판을 사용하고 있어 환경오염 방지를 위해 개선이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 무도유 롤러상판을 조사 분석하고 이를 획기적으로 개량하여 고속분기기를 포함한 국내 모든 분기기에 적용 가능한 무도유 롤러상판을 설계 및 제작하고 현장 적용하였다. Lubrication free baseplate with roller is indispensable part in a turnout particularly to reduce switching forces by decreasing friction force. Furthermore lubrication free baseplate with roller takes important role that the switch rail adheres to the stock rail clearly. Before Lubrication free baseplate with roller has designed, the most of turnouts use lubrication plates to decrease friction force, and it according to many of turnouts installed in domestic market using the lubrication plates even now, the countermeasures shall be This study report contains the analysis of roller plates both in domestic and overseas market, and suggest the epochimprovement of all kinds of turnouts in domestic market including high speed railroad turnout.

Turnout is a mechanical installation enabling railway trains to be guided from one track to another at a railway junction. A movable nose crossing frog is a device used at a railway turnout to eliminate the gap at the common crossing (High manganese block assembly crossing)which can cause impact damage noise and vibration. Our government has a plan speed up of conventional line to 250km/h semi-high speed. We had already developed flexible turnout with fixed crossing(High manganese) and SFC fastening system can cover in the semi-high speed line In this study is about development of the movable nose crossing turnout available Semi-high speed line on concrete track. This paper describes about geometry attack angle bending stress at the nose switching force safety of continuous welded long rails. This movable nose crossing turnout is expected greatly increases passing speed of turnout in national railway

Construction of concrete track are on the increase recently to secure the safety of track structure as well as to reduce the maintenance cost. 현재 국내 고속철도용 분기기는 설계 및 제작기술이 거의 100% 국산화 수준에 도달하였다. 그러나 재료부분에서는 아직도 체결클립과 텅레일(60E1A1, 60E1A4)이 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 국가지원 연구개발 사업인“고속철도용 분기기 국산화 및 성능 개량 기술 개발”과제를 통해 구성품의 100% 국산화를 추진중에 있다. 텅레일 단면 설계 및 국산화 제작, 포인트 FAKOP 선형적용, 크로싱부 노스레일 상하 분리가능 구조 개량화가 주요 개량항목이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노스가동크로싱 설계시 축력(250 톤)저항을 위한 구조보강 방안과 윙레일의 60E1 적용(현재 A74 수입레일)에 따른 횡방향 궤도틀림 보완 방안에 대하여 연구 결과를 기술코자 한다. Presently, Korea has a technology to design and produce a high speed turnout by itself. It reached high level of domestication (almost 100%). Nevertheless, it does not have an ability to manufacture spring clips and switch rails (60E1A1, 60E1A4) which are important components at the high speed turnout. Procurement of these parts is still depending on the import. For this reason, a state-funded R&D project, “Development of Technology for the Localization and Performance Evaluation of High Speed Rail Turnout” has been launched to achieve 100% domestication (Koreanization) of the high speed turnout. This project aims to attain domestication in the area of designing and producing switch rails, adopt FAKOP linear in point part and improve a nose rail at the crossing part of the turnout. This study will illustrate a way to resist an thermal expansion force (250ton) when designing a movable nose crossing. Furthermore, it will demonstrate a result of the research intended to improve track irregularities when a wing rail has been 60E1ized.
