        봉지종류 및 괘대시기가 ‘원황’ 및 ‘화산’ 배 과실의 수확기 품질에 미치는 영향

        We tested fruits quality and skin coloration of two pear cultivar ‘Wonhwang’ and ‘Whasan’ produced by bagging with different kinds of paper bags in the Cheonan area, Chungnam Province, Korea. The fruits were bagged at 35, 45, 55 or 65 days after full bloom (DAFB) with 3 kinds of double layer paper bag which consisted of grey color, yellow color and newspaper for outer layer. The great extent of light interruption was observed in grey colored outer paperbag among three kinds of paperbag which showed only 0.46% of lowest light transmittance when compared with 43.7% and 40.0% of yellow paper and newspaper, respectively. The development of skin redness (a*) increased with the delay of bagging time in two pear cultivars. But the fruits treated at 65 DAFB showed uneven coloration and excessive development of redness which represented low fruit external appearance value. Uniform flesh firmness was attained at the fruits bagged with grey outer color paperbag regardless of bagging time, although the fruit quality indices including soluble solids and titratable acidity did not change significantly by using different kind of fruit bags and bagging time in two pear cultivar. Based on our results, it was explained that the grey-colored fruit bag had positive effect on the development of skin coloration without any detrimental effect on fruit quality factors in ‘Wonhwang’ and ‘Whasan’ pears.

        In making social sympathy about the drafting of a mid-long term of maintenance plan and the development of building maintenance database for technique support, the target of this study is rental apartments admitting a variety of objects to data model in maintenance. For the development of database in maintenance, it shows that the database model is possible for the references of AS-IS modeling and function model and continuous work analysis by function and process analysis. Also, the structure of model at this study will be applied in maintenance as well as construction needed the development of database. To get continuous growth in maintenance information, it has been necessary to take a standard of information in plan, design, construction, and management. After this, it would be required to develop the South Korea-type FMS(Facilities Management Classes) based on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)

Estimation of system to develop is as following: Can reduce time that take in LCC calculation because approach automatically to information of necessary facility in LCC calculation and know repair time as is easy. It is possible that execute selection of item that is examined in long-term maintenance plan as efficient and correct. Priority injection of budget by facility deteriorated degree is consisted preferentially using FCI.

        저온 냉풍시스템을 이용한 환경친화적 가공시스템의 성능평가

        In industrially advanced countries, environmentally conscious machining was eagerly studied because of ecological and economical reasons. As the environmental regulations become stricter, the new machining technologies which take environmental aspects into consideration are being developed. Recently the research institutions have established application method for dry, semi-dry, oil-mist and compressed cold air machining. In this paper the performance of new compressed cold air system for environmentally conscious machining is investigated and machinability of dry and new compressed cold air machining is evaluated. A series of tests are carried out by using measuring equipments in condition of dry and compressed cold air machining.

        It shows that a variety of side effects result from the housing-supply policy focused in quantity. In a rental apartment for the low-income group, a shortage of maintenance cost in facilities become aggravated. The rapid progress of obsolete leads the lessor to the economic loss as well as a baneful influence to national economy. Also, the maintenance skill brings inadequacy by reason of technique development focused on new construction. As a result, the cost which needs for maintenance should get accomplished to application toward economy analysis and attempt considered management and financial affairs. Simultaneously, it should keep and administer a lot of data of maintenance affairs during life cycle in apartment and set up the way for aiding the situation of maintenance process.

        Deodorization of pig slurry and characterization of bacterial diversity using 16S rDNA sequence analysis.

        <P>The concentration of major odor-causing compounds including phenols, indoles, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and branched chain fatty acids (BCFAs) in response to the addition of powdered horse radish (PHR) and spent mushroom compost (SMC) was compared with control non-treated slurry (CNS) samples. A total of 97,465 rDNAs sequence reads were generated from three different samples (CNS, n = 2; PHR, n = 3; SMC, n = 3) using bar-coded pyrosequencing. The number of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) was lower in the PHR slurry compared with the other samples. A total of 11 phyla were observed in the slurry samples, while the phylogenetic analysis revealed that the slurry microbiome predominantly comprised members of the Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria phyla. The rarefaction analysis showed the bacterial species richness varied among the treated samples. Overall, at the OTU level, 2,558 individual genera were classified, 276 genera were found among the three samples, and 1,832 additional genera were identified in the individual samples. A principal component analysis revealed the differences in microbial communities among the CNS, PHR, and SMC pig slurries. Correlation of the bacterial community structure with the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) predicted pathways showed that the treatments altered the metabolic capabilities of the slurry microbiota. Overall, these results demonstrated that the PHR and S MC treatments significantly reduced the malodor compounds in pig slurry (P < 0.05).</P>

        Safety Profiles and Antitumor Efficacy of Oncolytic Adenovirus Coated with Bioreducible Polymer in the Treatment of a CAR Negative Tumor Model

        <P/><P>Adenovirus (Ad) vectors show promise as cancer gene therapy delivery vehicles, but immunogenic safety concerns and coxsackie and adenovirus receptor (CAR)-dependency have limited their use. Alternately, biocompatible and bioreducible nonviral vectors, including arginine-grafted cationic polymers, have been shown to deliver nucleic acids through a cell penetration peptide (CPP) and protein transduction domain (PTD) effect. We utilized the advantages of both viral and nonviral vectors to develop a hybrid gene delivery vehicle by coating Ad with mPEG-PEI-<I>g</I>-Arg-S-S-Arg-<B>g</B>-PEI-mPEG (Ad/PPSA). Characterization of Ad/PPSA particle size and zeta potential showed an overall size and cationic charge increase in a polymer concentration-dependent manner. Ad/PPSA also showed a marked transduction efficiency increase in both CAR-negative and -positive cells compared to naked Ad. Competition assays demonstrated that Ad/PPSA produced higher transgene expression levels than naked Ad and achieved CAR-independent transduction. Oncolytic Ad (DWP418)/PPSA was able to overcome the nonspecificity of polymer-only therapies by demonstrating cancer-specific killing effects. Furthermore, the DWP418/PPSA nanocomplex elicited a 2.24-fold greater antitumor efficacy than naked Ad in vivo. This was supported by immunohistochemical confirmation of Ad E1As accumulation in MCF7 xenografted tumors. Lastly, intravenous injection of DWP418/PPSA elicited less innate immune response compared to naked Ad, evaluated by interleukin-6 cytokine release into the serum. The increased antitumor effect and improved vector targeting to both CAR-negative and -positive cells make DWP418/PPSA a promising tool for cancer gene therapy.</P>

        스포츠 수행증가 약물의 변천사

        The purpose of this article is to focus on the issue of performance enhancing drugs in sports based on historical aspect. To draw conclusions, the research is divided into two sections, the 1st century of doping as legal way and the 2nd century of doping as illegal way. For several decades, the usage of performance enhancing drugs which is stimulants such as caffeine, heroin, cocaine, developed amphetamine in 1880``s, testosterone founded from human hormone and even anabolic steroids well known as a representative drugs to improve one`s skills is legal. Its usage naturally accepted by athletes, coaches as well. Doping is, on the other hand, in the 2nd century cheating as well as illegal behavior since 1968 in Grenoble winter olympic and Mexico summer olympic. In 1999, established WADA to against taking drugs in sports had spread out the anti-doping policy in competitive sports. Now, even though taking drugs to enhance own skill has been surely prohibited under current rules such as endorsed by WADA and the IOC, the unethical behavior called cheating has been still going on. The new method to cheat other competitors have appeared that is genetic doping as the 3rd doping. This paper suggests that if we engage sports as just individuals who want to win with performance enhancing drugs, the playful element of sport will be on the wane in the future.

      • 비료의 성분 및 종류와 묘목과의 관계 연구 Ⅱ. 묘목의 부위별 양분 농도에 미치는 영향

        새로운 산림용 복합비료를 개발하기 위하여 소나무, 낙엽송, 자작나무, 상수리나무 묘목을 대상으로 성분비가 다른 비료 및 종류가 다른 고형복합비료를 처리하고 묘목의 부위별 양분 농도를 측정하였다. 질소, 인, 칼륨의 비를 각기 달리한 시비수준별 처리실험에서 질소와 인 시비 후 묘목내 이들 양분의 농도가 증가하였다. 또한 소나무와 상수리나무에서 칼륨 시비량 증가에 따라 묘목내 양분 농도가 증가하는 효과를 보였으나, 나머지 두 수종에서는 처리별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 산림용 고형복합비료와 UF 고형복합비료를 처리한 비료 종류별 처리실험에서는 시비량이 증가할수록 묘목 내 질소와 인의 농도가 증가하는 현상이 나타났다. 소나무에서의 칼륨 농도와 낙엽송에서의 나트륨과 칼슘 농도도 유사한 현상을 보였으며, 나머지 수종에서는 처리별 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 비료의 종류를 달리하여 처리한 결과 묘목 내 양분 농도 변화 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. In order to design new fertilizers for forests, seedlings of Pinus densiflora, Larix leptolepis, Betula platyphylla var. japonica, and Quercus acutissima were treated with different fertilizers, and nutrient concentrations in seedling components were analyzed. In general, nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) concentrations in seedling components increased after N and P application. Potassium (K) concentration in seedling components of Pinus densiflora and Quercus acutissima increased after N, P and K application. However, there were no significant changes in calcium (Ca), sodium (Na) and magnesium (Mg) concentrations. Nitrogen and P concentrations in seedling components increased with the amount of solid combination fertilizer and UF combination fertilizer. Potassium concentration for Pinus densiflora and Na and Ca concentrations for Larix leptolepis also increased with the amount of combination fertilizers. However, nutrient concentrations in seedling components showed no significant changes with different combination fertilizers.
