濟州道 北東海域인 33 40 N, 126 49 E를 中心으로 5海里 이내의 갈치 채낚이 漁場에서 5隻의 小型漁船에 대한 水中騷音을 測定 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 漁船의 모든 機關을 停止하였을 때 測定海域의 操業水深 30m와 50m에서의 水中騷音의 音壓潗位는 周波數 200㎐에서 각각 46.4㏈, 43.6㏈, 500㎐에서 각각 39.7㏈, 37.1㏈이었다. 2. 發電機만을 稼動하여 集魚된 後의 操業水深 30m와 50m에서의 水中騷音의 音壓潗位는 周波數 200㎐때에 C漁船에서 각각 71.3㏈, 72.3㏈, D漁船에서 각각 75.1㏈, 78.2㏈, 周波數 500㎐때에 C漁船에서 각각 63.5㏈, 64.2㏈, D漁船에서 각각 62.5㏈, 65.5㏈이었다. 3. 漁船의 發電機만을 稼動하여 集魚된 後 操業중인 때의 갈치魚群이 集魚된 水深 50m의 音壓潗位가 水深 30m의 것보다 01.㏈ 3.1㏈가 높았는데 이는 魚群探知機에 集魚된 魚群의 映像과 比較하여 본 結果 集魚된 魚群이 있었던 것으로 推定된다.

These experiments were conducted to investigate the purification and some characteristics of potato pullulanse. 1. The crude enzyme was purified by acetic acid fractionation, 20% ethanol fractionation, ammonium sulfate fractionation and DEAE-cellulose column chromatography. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 0.0726U/mg. protein and yield of enzyme activity was 26.1%. 2. The relative mobility of the purified enzyme on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was 0.62. 3. In the early stage of reaction, maltotriose and small amounts of oligosaccharides(hexa-, norna-, and dodecasaccharide) were detected. However, in the later stage of reaction, only maltotriose was detected. 4. The optimum temperature, the optimum pH, the stable pH range and the stable temperature of the purified enzyme were 50℃, pH 6.5, pH 4.5-8.5 and below 40℃, respectively. 5. The purified enzyme was greatly inhibited by Ag+ and Hg2+ 6. The purified enzyme hydrolyzed pullulan almost completely, whereas it hydrolyzed amylopectin and soluble starch weakly.
무기력(Helplessness) 개념 분석:혼종 모형(Hybrid Model) 적용

The concept of helplessness was analyzed with Hybrid model. Hybrid model is consisted of 3 phases: the theoretical, the field, and the analytical phase. In the theoretical phase, the nature or definition, antecedents and results of the helpessness were identified. The helplessness was defined as 'the perception of uncontrollable outcome'. That perception was formed from 'the repeated experience of the response-outcome independence', 'the instruction specifying the nature of the task or problem', and 'individual difference'. And the helplessness resulted in 'emotional deficit', 'performance deficit' and 'functional disability'. In the field phase, four patients with chronic renal disease were interviewed. They were all treating by hemodialysis. And they all perceived that their disease was uncontrollable. The interview data were analyzed with theoretical coding. All of them show the external, stable, and global helplessness. In the analytical phase the antecedent was identified as 'the instruction specifying the nature of task or problem' & 'the repeated experience of response-outcome independence'. And most of them are helpless due to the 'the instruction specifying the nature of the task or problem'. As the result of the helpessness, 'negative affect', 'non-compliance', 'passive compliance', 'functional disability' and 'social isolation' were identified. The performance deficit is distinctively divided by 'non-compliance' and 'passive compliance'. So the performance deficit is changed to 'non- compliance' and 'passive compliance'. It is proved that the hybrid model was appropriate for the concept analysis especially in case that the subjects are different in the theory developing that concept. And these results could be applied as the theoretical framework for the research and the nursing intervention.

In this paper, we report a novel antibody conjugated gold nanostars (AuNSs) as surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) probes for distinguishing cancer cells (A549 cells, H1229 cells) from normal cells (ATII cells). In such a probe, bovine serum albumin (BSA) was served as the protective agent and stabilizing agent, 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) was used as the Raman reporter to generate SERS signals as well as the conjugation agent for attaching CD44 antibody (anti-CD44) molecules to AuNSs, where anti-CD44 could effectively target to CD44 protein overexpressed cells. All the results of the experiments con¯rmed that more SERS probes have been targeted to cancer cells (A549 cells and H1229 cells) than that of normal cells (ATII cells) under the same condition. The anti-CD44 SERS probes hold a potential application in distinguishing cancer cells from normal cells with high sensitivity and good biocompatibility.
Comparison of various image fusion methods for impervious surface classification from VNREDSat-1

Impervious surfaces are important indicators for urban development monitoring. Accurate mapping of urban impervious surfaces with observational satellites, such as VNREDSat-1, remains challenging due to the spectral diversity not captured by an individual PAN image. In this article, five multi-resolution image fusion techniques were compared for the task of classifting urban impervious surfaces. The result shows that for VNREDSat-1 dataset, UNB and Wavelet tranformation methods are the best techniques in reserving spatial and spectral information of original MS image, respectively. However, the UNB technique gives the best results when it comes to impervious surface classification, especially in the case of shadow areas included in non-impervious surface group.
