        现代汉语类词缀“界”、“坛”、“圈”比较及教学研究

        In the past, the research on the quasi-affixes “界”, “坛” and “圈” mainly focused on semantics and structure. So far no scholars have conducted more specific research on teaching strategies. This article refers to the “Modern Chinese Dictionary (Revised Edition)” and “Kangxi Dictionary”and modern Chinese corpus. The semantic evolution of “界”, “坛” and “圈” is analyzed. Then 350 relevant corpora were retrieved through PFR, CCL, BCC and other corpora, and the category difference between the three affix-like syllables and “X” was analyzed. “坛”is mainly combined with monosyllables to form a two-syllable vocabulary. “界” and “圈” are mostly combined with two syllables, and there are various combinations of syllables. “坛” often forms new words with vocabulary in the fields of sports and literature. “界” is easier combined with professional domain vocabulary. and “圈” is frequently combined with human-related vocabulary. And according to the characteristics of quasi-affixes, a teaching strategy is formulated. Including quasi-affix semantic development teaching method, schematic teaching method, morpheme expansion teaching method, cultural teaching method, analogy teaching method and semantic field teaching method (synonymous meaning field and upper and lower meaning field teaching methods), etc. teaching method.

        关于中韩海域划界问题解决方案的思考

        国际海域划界动态的分析可以帮助理清目前海洋划界发展趋势, 为中韩两国提供理论和实践指导。具体来说, 内容可包含中韩海域划界的主要争议问题, 即中韩两国在划界步骤和划界方法上的分歧及原因、划定单一边界是否可行、影响 中韩海域划界的地理性因素(海岸线、地质地貌、岛屿)和非地理性因素(社会经济、安全航行、生态环境)在中韩划界中的效力等。在对上述问题进行综合评估后, 笔者提出: 中韩海域划界可先寻求在200海里以内、在中韩海域争端比较突出的渔业纠纷、苏岩礁问题及海洋生态环境问题上作出临时安排; 然后通过三步划界法, 即首先根据地理性因素, 划定一条临时界线; 之后依据地质地貌因素和非地理因素等相关情况进行具体调整; 最后按照比例进行检视并最终完成划界, 以此实现中韩海域界限既能便于两国海域管辖又能兼顾公平原则。对于200海里外东海大陆架划界问题, 因牵扯中日韩三方利益与关切, 则需另行方案商讨解决。 The analysis of the dynamics of international maritime delimitation can help clarify the current development trend of maritime delimitation and provide theoretical and practical guidance for China and South Korea. Specifically, the content can include the main controversial issues of maritime delimitation between China and Korea, i.e., the differences between China and Korea on the delimitation steps and delimitation methods and their reasons, the feasibility of delimiting a single boundary, and the effectiveness of geographic factors (coastline, geological features, islands) and non-geographic factors (socio-economic, safety navigation, ecological environment) affecting the delimitation of maritime areas between China and Korea in the delimitation between China and Korea. After a comprehensive assessment of the above issues, the author proposes that: the delimitation of the sea area between China and South Korea can first seek to make provisional arrangements within 200 nautical miles, in the fishery disputes, the Suyan Reef issue and the marine ecological environment, which are more prominent in the disputes between China and South Korea; then, through a three-step delimitation method, i.e., firstly, a provisional boundary line is drawn based on geological and rational factors; afterwards, relevant circumstances such as geological and geomorphological factors and non-geographical factors are Finally, the delimitation will be reviewed and finalized in accordance with the proportion, so that the maritime boundary between China and South Korea can be easily and equitably delimited by both countries. As for the delimitation of the continental shelf in the East China Sea beyond 200 nautical miles, the interests and concerns of three parties, China, Japan and South Korea, are involved, s o a separate solution is needed.

        The Functional Roles of Lactobacillus acidophilus in Different Physiological and Pathological Processes

        Probiotics are live microorganisms that can be consumed by humans in amounts sufficient to offer health-promoting effects. Owing to their various biological functions, probiotics are widely used in biological engineering, industry and agriculture, food safety, and the life and health fields. Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus), an important human intestinal probiotic, was originally isolated from the human gastrointestinal tract and its functions have been widely studied ever since it was named in 1900. L. acidophilus has been found to play important roles in many aspects of human health. Due to its good resistance against acid and bile salts, it has broad application prospects in functional, edible probiotic preparations. In this review, we explore the basic characteristics and biological functions of L. acidophilus based on the research progress made thus far worldwide. Various problems to be solved regarding the applications of probiotic products and their future development are also discussed.

        Effects of Borneol on the Intestinal Transport and Absorption of Two P-glycoprotein Substrates in Rats

        As the most prevalent route of delivery, oral administration has the challenge of potentially low bioavailability in part because P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in the intestinal tract affects absorption. Therefore, absorption enhancers or P-gp inhibitors are strategies to solve this problem. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of borneol on transportation of colchicine and rhodamine123, two P-gp substrates, in rats. In vitro transportation was assessed with a diffusion chamber system with isolated rat intestines. Different concentrations of borneol (10, 40 and 80 μg/mL) were prepared in solutions with two P-gp substrates compared with blank solutions. The in vivo effects on colchicine were assessed by a pharmacokinetic study. Borneol enhanced the absorptive transport of two P-gp substrates, which was relevant to the concentration. A pharmacokinetic study showed that in the presence of borneol, a significant increase in C_max and AUC_(0→8)of colchicine occurred when compared to colchicine alone. The study showed that borneol affected two P-gp substrates in the intestine, possibly by inhibiting the effects of P-gp and enhancing intestinal absorption of drugs. Therefore, borneol could be developed as a P-gp inhibitor and absorptive enhancer.

        Correlation analysis between the karyotypes and phenotypic traits of Chinese cymbidium cultivars

        Chinese cymbidium are a group of valuable ornamental plants that is formed by genetically distinct species. Currently, arobust Chinese cymbidium classification system, such as that based on cytotaxonomy, is lacking. To investigate the geneticvariation within Chinese cymbidium, we selected 28 individual Chinese cymbidium cultivars as experimental materialto perform karyotype analysis. The results showed that chromosome number among these 28 cultivars was constant anddiploid (i.e., 2n = 40). In addition, no satellite chromosomes were observed. The karyotypes were more symmetrical andconsisted mainly of 1B and 2B types with a small number of 2A and 2C types. Based on principal component analysis, thefive karyotype parameters with the highest classification values were screened, which revealed that the mean of long to shortarm ratio, the mean relative length of long arms, and the asymmetry coefficient of karyotypes (As.K.) were reliable parametersfor use in Chinese cymbidium cytotaxonomy. Cluster analysis of karyotype parameters successfully identified cultivarsof the bamboo petal, narcissus petal, and plum petal types, thus confirming the accuracy of the cytological classificationsystem. Furthermore, flower traits of Chinese cymbidium were strongly correlated with karyotype parameters. Overall, weconclude that karyotype parameters can provide valuable information for studies on the classification, identification, andgenetic diversity of Chinese cymbidium.

      • Estimating the Effect of Electric Universal Service in Rural Areas of Southwest China : From the Perspective of Equalization

        Aiming to ensure residential electricity, the effective implementation of electric universal service can improve the electric equalization and social justice. In order to promote electric universal service of the rural areas in Southwest China, the effect of electric universal services should be evaluated from the perspective of equalization. In this paper, an electric equalization evaluation model was proposed, which contains of electric supply equalization and electric benefit equalization evaluation models. The electric supply equalization evaluation model was established based on variation coefficient method. Meanwhile, the electric benefit equalization evaluation model was conducted based on prospect theory. At last, the electric equalization degree of the rural areas in Southwest China was evaluated, which shows that the electric equalization degrees have increased from 2006 to 2013, but still are low. What’s more, some suggestions are put forward to improve the implementation of electric universal service.

        Research on Performance of LSM Coating on Interconnect Materials for SOFCs

        Experiments were conducted using SUS430 and Crofer 22 APU steels coated by LSM using plasma spray and slurry spray methods, respectively. High-temperature conductivity and oxidation resistance were investigated. For comparison, SUS430 and Crofer 22 APU without LSM coating were also investigated and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) was measured. The results show that the materials without LSM coating exhibit almost the same CTE as YSZ electrolyte in a range of temperatures of 550~850oC. When coated with LSM, the oxidation rate of the steels decreases by 30~40% using slurry spray and by 10~30% using plasma spray whereas the steels using plasma spray have a better high-temperature conductivity than the steels using slurry spray. It is thus concluded that the LSM coating has a limited effect on increasing high-temperature conductivity while it can effectively reduce the oxidation of the steels.         Dual-anchor anti-corrosion coating of copper foil for high-speed interconnects

        In this experiment, two similar molecules with bifunctional groups have been characterized to prove theadvantages of dual-anchor molecular coating in the interfacial modification of the copper foil. The physicochemicalproperties of the modified copper foils have been studied. The obtained results indicate thatthe anti-corrosion performance and peeling strength were significantly improved for the copper foil treatedwith (2-(Methylthio)pyrimidin-4-yl)methanamine (MET), whose bonding information was analyzedvia the density functional theory calculation. It was found that the S-Cu and N-Cu bonds were bothformed on the Cu (1 1 1) surface for MET coating, and the adsorption of the double anchor pointsimproves the stability of the interface. The peeling test exhibits the function of MET coating as the adhesionpromotor between low-surface profile copper and resin for high-speed signal transmission.
