Towards Ordered, Uniformly-Sized ZnO Single-Crystal Nanorod Arrays
Huijuan Zhou,Markus Wissinger,Johannes Fallert,Robert Hauschild,Felix Stelzl,Mario Hauser,Janos Sartor,Claus Klingshirn,Heinz Kalt 한국물리학회 2008 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.53 No.5
By using a catalyst-assisted vapor phase deposition method, we recently fabricated high-quality ordered ZnO nanorod arrays with uniform rod size. The rods, grown perpendicularly on GaN/Al2O3 substrates, were [0001]-oriented single crystals with diameters of 200 nm, length of 4.7 µm, and rod-to-rod spacings of 500 nm. The growth conditions, including the choice of the substrate, the patterning of the catalyst on the substrate, and the growth parameters, played important roles in determining the morphology of the rods, and the best samples were produced under optimized conditions. Time-resolved micro-photoluminescence measurements on single nanorods demonstrated laser emission at temperatures up to room temperature. These high-crystal-quality nanorod arrays may be promising candidates for ultraviolet nanolaser arrays.
Dual-anchor anti-corrosion coating of copper foil for high-speed interconnects
Huijuan Shi,Guoyun Zhou,Qin Zhang,Pengju Wang,Yan Hong,Wei He,Shouxu Wang,Chong Wang,Zhiwei Han 한국공업화학회 2023 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.126 No.-
In this experiment, two similar molecules with bifunctional groups have been characterized to prove theadvantages of dual-anchor molecular coating in the interfacial modification of the copper foil. The physicochemicalproperties of the modified copper foils have been studied. The obtained results indicate thatthe anti-corrosion performance and peeling strength were significantly improved for the copper foil treatedwith (2-(Methylthio)pyrimidin-4-yl)methanamine (MET), whose bonding information was analyzedvia the density functional theory calculation. It was found that the S-Cu and N-Cu bonds were bothformed on the Cu (1 1 1) surface for MET coating, and the adsorption of the double anchor pointsimproves the stability of the interface. The peeling test exhibits the function of MET coating as the adhesionpromotor between low-surface profile copper and resin for high-speed signal transmission.
Research on Fuzzy Dynamic Location-Routing Problem of Victim Search in Flood Disaster
Shouying Li,Huijuan Zhou,Yuanbo Li 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.7
For the dynamic of the number of rescue nodes, the number of person at the rescue node, the number and location of rescue boats, the uncertainty of rescue time (travel time of boats and rescue time of workers), the paper established a dynamic fuzzy rescue time Location-Allocation Problem (LRP) model. To ensure that the decision makers could make new decisions in a very short period of time according to the dynamic data update. A matching hybrid genetic algorithm containing heuristic rule was introduced according the characteristics above. The algorithm used three-stage real-code that represents the search order of boats. The search order and the heuristic rule determined the rescue completed moment of each rescue nodes. The simulated test analysis shows the validity and the correctness of the model and algorithm.
Dynamics of Stimulated Emission in Single ZnO Nanorod Resonators

ZnO nanorods grown via vapor transport methods have been studied under high optical excitation. Via a focused ion beam (FIB), particular nanorods have been marked on the substrate for optical measurements on as-grown single rods. In the particular nanorods, stimulated emission occurs above a certain excitation threshold. A time-resolved measurement of the single nanorod emission is accomplished by the use of a streak-camera. We focus on the typical lasing dynamics, which is found in these measurements on several samples. We explain the complex dynamics after pulsed excitation, which is caused by the interplay of gain competition among several lasing modes, the bandgap renormalization, and the carrier-density-dependent refractive index.
Measurements of the External Luminescence Quantum Efficiency of Zinc Oxide
Mario Hauser,Alexander Hepting,Robert Hauschild,Markus Wissinger,Huijuan Zhou,Felix Stelzl,Johannes Fallert,Heinz Kalt,Claus Klingshirn 한국물리학회 2008 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.53 No.5
We report on the measurement of the absolute external luminescence quantum efficiency that is directly accessible using a miniature integrating sphere fitted into a cryostat. Various measurements have been carried out on high quality laboratory bulk samples and dierent commercially available ZnO powders from 10 K up to room temperature. A fit to the temperature dependent quantum efficiency shows the existence of various activated processes. Room-Temperature Stimulated Emission in ZnO: Doubts on Excitonic Lasing
Claus Klingshirn,Johannes Fallert,Robert Hauschild,Mario Hauser,Heinz Kalt,Huijuan Zhou 한국물리학회 2008 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.53 No.5
Concerning stimulated emission, we discuss for ZnO the roles of excitonic processes and of re- combination in an inverted electron-hole plasma. While excitonic processes are well justied at lower temperatures and densities, doubts arise concerning the concept of excitonic lasing in ZnO at or even above room temperature. The densities at laser threshold and at room temperature are frequently at or above the Mott density, but below the density at which population inversion is reached. We suggest alternative processes in a non-inverted plasma.
