        산란계 사료내 CLA 함유 Oil (CLAzen 80) 첨가가 난황내 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 oil 형태의 conjugated linoleic acid(CLAzen 80)를 산란계 사료에 수준별로 첨가 급여하였을 때 산란율과 난황내 지방산 조성의 변화를 조사하기 위하여 수행하였다. 59주령의 산란계 72수를 완전임의배치법으로 4개 처리구에 6주간 공시하였다. 처리구는 CLAzen 80를 첨가하지 않은 대조구와 각각 1, 2 및 $3\%$를 첨가구를 두었다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 산란율은 처리구별 통계적 유의차가 없었지만, 난황내 지방산 조성은 CLAzen 80 첨가에 의하게 크게 영향을 받았다. 난황내 C16:0과 C18:0과 같은 포화 지방산 함량은 CLAzen 80 첨가에 의하여 증가하였으나, 일가불포화지방산인 C18:1 함량은 오히려 감소하였다. 한편, 난황내 C18:2와 C18:3와 같은 다가불포화지방산은 CLAzen 80 급여 2$\~$4주사이에는 모든처리구들에 있어서 그 함량이 일정하게 유지되었다. 그러나, 대조구와 비교하여 CLAzen 80 급여 6주 째에는 난황내 C18:2 함량이 감소하였다. 불포화지방산:포화지방산 비율과 n-6:n-3 불포화지방산 비율은 2$\~$4주 사이에는 처리구별간에 통계적 유의차가 없었고, 6주째 불포화지방산:포화지방산 비율이 CLAzen 80 첨가에 의하여 감소하였다. 한편, 난황내 CLA 함량은 CLAzen 80 첨가수준에 비례하여 증가하였다. 따라서, 산란계 사료 내 CLAzen 80 첨가는 난황내 CLA 함량을 증진시키는 것으로 요약할 수 있다. The objectives of the present study were to investigate the effects of varying levels of dietary oil containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the egg production and fatty acid composition of egg yolk. Seventy-two 59-wk-old ISA Brown laying hens were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments, each consisting of three replicates with six birds per replicate. There were four treatments that consist of diets containing 0, 1, 2, or $3\%$ commercial CLA-containing oil. Egg production was not significantly different among the dietary treatments at 0, 2, 4, and 6 week. The proportion of saturated fatty acids such as C16:0 and C18:0 in egg yolk were increased, but that of monounsaturated fatty acid C18:1 was decreased by feeding CLA-containing oil supplementation. However, the proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as C18:2 and C18:3 in egg yolk were not different among dietary treatments at 2 and 4 wk of the experiment. At 6 week, the proportion of C18:2 in egg yolk was decreased by feeding CLA-containing oil compared with the control. Polyunsaturated fatty acid:saturated fatty acid (P:S) ratio and n-6:n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio were similar across the treatments between 2 and 4 week. The P:S ratio was decreased by dietary CLA-containing oil supplementation at 6 week. The proportion of CLA in egg yolk was linearly increased with increasing levels of CLA-containing oil supplementation. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of CLA-containing oil to laying hens increased beneficially increased CLA content in their egg yolk.

      • Bioaccessibility of AhR-active PAHs in sediments contaminated by the Hebei Spirit oil spill: Application of Tenax extraction in effect-directed analysis

        Bioaccessibility of toxic substances in sedimentary residual oil is a crucial factor that needs to be considered for accurate risk assessments posed by oil spills. However, information on oil weathering processes and bioaccessibility of residual oil is often not sufficient and clear. In the present study, bioaccessibility of aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR)-active polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in coastal sediments near the site of the Hebei Spirit oil spill (Korea, 2007) was assessed by Tenax extraction in effect-directed analysis (EDA). Sediment samples collected 6 years after the oil spill were extracted using Soxhlet or Tenax, and EDA was performed using a battery of H4IIE-luc bioassay and GC/MSD analysis. Concentrations of PAHs and alkyl-PAHs in Soxhlet extracts ranged from 210 to 53,000 μg kg<SUP>-1</SUP> dry mass. However, concentrations of PAHs and alkyl-PAHs in Tenax extracts were approximately 20-fold less compared to those in Soxhlet extracts. In Soxhlet and Tenax extracts, the major AhR-active PAHs were identified as C1-chrysene, C3-chrysene, and C4-phenanthrene. Concentrations of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) equivalents (TEQ<SUB>PAHs</SUB>) explained 31% and 60% of the bioassay-derived TCDD-EQ concentrations in Soxhlet and Tenax extracts, respectively. Overall, bioaccessibility of PAHs and alkyl-PAHs in sedimentary residual oils depended on hydrophobicity (log K<SUB>ow</SUB>) and degree of weathering of crude oil. The results of the present study provide further evidence in support of the biological and ecological recoveries of oil spill sites.

      • Electrical and Magnetic Properties of <tex> ${\rm Sr}({\rm Ru},{\rm Cr}){\rm O}_{3}$</tex> Thin Films

        <P> Cr-doped <TEX>${\rm SrRuO}_{3}$</TEX> (SRCO) thin films were grown on an <TEX>${\rm SrTiO}_{3}$</TEX> (STO) (001) substrate using a pulsed laser deposition method in order to study the effects of the Cr doping. Measurements of the out-of-plane lattice constant and the electrical and magnetic properties indicate that Cr is incorporated into the B-site of the SRO lattice. Magnetic hysteresis measurements reveal a ferromagnetic nature with a saturation magnetization of about 0.75 <TEX>$\mu_{\rm B}/{\rm Ru}$</TEX>. The magnetization measurement of <TEX>${\rm Sr}({\rm Ru}_{0.9}{\rm Cr}_{0.1}){\rm O}_{3}$</TEX> showed a ferromagnetic transition temperature <TEX>$T_{\rm C}=165\ {\rm K}$</TEX>. This <TEX>$T_{\rm C}$</TEX> value is about 13 K higher than that reported for <TEX>${\rm SrRuO}_{3}$</TEX> thin films. The <TEX>$T_{\rm C}$</TEX> enhancement due to Cr doping in <TEX>${\rm SrRuO}_{3}$</TEX> thin film was less than that observed for the bulk sample. Electrical resistivity measurements of the SRCO thin films reveal metallic behavior, with a much larger residual resistivity of <TEX>$\sim 260\ \mu\Omega\ {\rm cm}$</TEX> compared to 26 <TEX>$\mu\Omega$</TEX> cm for <TEX>${\rm SrRuO}_{3}$</TEX> thin films. </P>

        입계 cavitation 손상기구에 기초하는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강의 크리프-피로 수명예측법과 입계 탄화물 특성 변화에 의한 수명 향상에 관한 연구

        It is understood that grain boundary cavitation is one of the detrimental processes for the degradation of austenitic stainless steels that reduces the creep-fatigue life at high temperatures. A new damage function based on a model for the creep-fatigue life prediction in terms of nucleation and growth of grain boundary cavities is proposed for austenitic stainless steel. This damage function is a combination of the fatigue and creep terms related to the cavitational damage (cavity nucleation and growth) in the life prediction equation and is found to be generally applicable to all the materials in which failure is controlled by the grain boundary cavitational damage. The cavity nucleation factor, P', which is introduced in the creep-fatigue life model, is found to be closely related with the characteristics of grain boundary carbides acting as cavity nucleation sites. The modification of carbide characteristics through grain boundary serration is successfully made by the special heat treatment so that the modified carbides are favorable for cavitation resistance, resulting in a lowered P' value of material. It is observed that the creep-fatigue life is remarkably improved by the modification of carbide characteristics through grain boundary serration.

        The thumb is absoIuteIy necessary for grasping and pinching function of the hand, and it forms about 40% of hand function and 20% of human function. Hence, in the cases of congenital or traumatic absence of the thumb, loss of sensory and severely constracted web should be reconstructed for regaining of hand function according to the condition of the thumb and report the results in this paper. 1. Six cases out of eight cases were amputation injuries, one case was wringer injury and one case was contracted first web space by burn. 2. Among the six cases of amputation injuries, four cases were fresh injureies and the remains were old. Two cases out of four cases were survive and the remains were failed. The failed cases were reconstructed by debridement of the necrotized soft tissue and pedicle graft. Two cases old amputation injureies were reconstructed by toe to thumb and neurovascular dorsalis pedis flap with iliac bone graft. 3. The wringer injury of the thumb was reconstructed by pedicle graft and severely contracted first web space was reconstructed by neurovascular dorsalis pedis flap. 4. All the cases obtained rather satisfactory result.

        A highly stabilized 0.25×200 um HEMT local oscillator with a dielectric resonator in Ku-band MIMIC reciever is designed. We used dielectric resornator for the main merit of high Q factor. And basically oscillator circuit type is designed to reflection DEO because of the advantages of a small size and a low phase noise. The designed DEO circuit is optimized, using a commercial harmonic balance based simulator Super Compact. From the DRO designed here is obtained 10.67dBm output power, 22.53dB spectrum purity, oscillating at 10.75GHz, 21.2% of high efficient, and phase noise of -148dBc/HZ for offset of 100KHz. In the variation test, we can see the result, the yield of more 62.5%, can be achieved for 10% variation L, C, and gate width. Small and Large signal parameters used for simulation are based on the data from ETRI foundary.

Divergent pathways were modulated with transition-metal catalysts by suppressing competitive reactivities, leading to N-arylation, annulative pi-extension, or C-H fluorination.</P>

        공간자료와 지면모형을 이용한 면적증발산 추정

        Evapotranspiration (ET) is a critical component of the hydrologic cycle which influences economic activities as well as the natural ecosystem. While there have been numerous studies on ET estimation for homogeneous areas using point measurements of meteorological variables, monitoring of spatial ET has not been possible at landscape - or watershed - scales. We propose a site-specific application of the land surface model, which is enabled by spatially interpolated input data at the desired resolution. Gyunggi Province of South Korea was divided into a regular grid of 10 million cells with 30m spacing and hourly temperature, humidity, wind, precipitation and solar irradiance were estimated for each grid cell by spatial interpolation of synoptic weather data. Topoclimatology models were used to accommodate effects of topography in a spatial interpolation procedure, including cold air drainage on nocturnal temperature and solar irradiance on daytime temperature. Satellite remote sensing data were used to classify the vegetation type of each grid cell, and corresponding spatial attributes including soil texture, canopy structure, and phenological features were identified. All data were fed into a standalone version of SiB2(Simple Biosphere Modell) to simulate latent heat flux at each grid cell. A computer program was written for data management in the cell - based SiB2 operation such as extracting input data for SiB2 from grid matrices and recombining the output data back to the grid format. ET estimates at selected grid cells were validated against the actual measurement of latent heat fluxes by eddy covariance measurement. We applied this system to obtain the spatial ET of the study area on a continuous basis for the 2001-2003 period. The results showed a strong feasibility of using spatial - data driven land surface models for operational monitoring of regional ET.
