鮟鱇網 漁具 漁法의 改良에 관한 硏究(Ⅱ) : 展開帆을 이용한 改良漁具 試驗(豫報)

Ordinarily stow net fisheries was used by floater beam and sinker beam for the purpose of spreading the mouth of net. But it was not only iuconvenient and dangerous but much defective. In this thesis, we have studied fundermental experiment of the improved stow net fishing gear using head rope, ground rope and otter sail instead of floater beam and sinker beam. From the result of this experiment, it has been succeeded for fishing work to achieve basically without any difficulty. The results obtained in this study were as follows. 1) The resistance of fishing gear was estimated R≒7V2 as possible as it is taken greatly. (R: Resistance V: the rate of current) 2) The interval of otter sail was spreaded smoothly. Being in normal condition, it was maintamed the width 37-38m. It was heared comparison with net mouth of ordinary gear, and the shearing force was enough. 3) The height of mouth was lower than we have anticipated to and seemed to have the supplement of buoyancy. But according to increasing the rate of current, the lowness of mouth height was little affected. 4) The height of otter sail was decreased at the rate of 30% by the rate of current, on the contrary, the height of wing was not decreased owing to sufficient buoyancy, 5) The adjustment of extention length of hanging wire(connected with fishing boat) and raising wire(with otter sail) was great important problem and it must be dealed with the most moderatly because of a corelation between the spreading of fishing gear and catching ability. 6) On the depth of 30m, it was taken 25 minuits to cast anchor and lines, 20 min cast net, 24 min haul net, 45 min haul lines and heave anchor, respectively. 7) The improved stow net with otter sail was cleared up the defects and difficult problems in ordinary gear using floater beam and sinker beam, and it have more advantages of fishing work than ordinary one. But there were involved in lots of problems in details to solve in the future.

<P>We have found that it is possible to preserve the temporal waveform of the reflected wave generated from stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) by using a prepulse technique. The waveform of the SBS wave usually shows a steep rising edge in the ordinary SBS process. It has been found that the waveform of the reflected wave depends on both the prepulse energy and the time delay between the main pulse and the prepulses. A prepulse energy of 5 mJ and a time delay of 5 ns have been measured to be the optimum values under the experimental conditions. This prepulse method is useful in developing a multistage system employing several SBS cells in series for high-power laser applications.</P>

무한경쟁 시대를 맞이하여 신제품 개발의 중요성은 점점 높아지고 있지만, 신제품 개발 조직 및 마케팅 전략의 수립 체계가 잘 갖추어져 있지 못한 중소기업의 신제품 개발 및 마케팅 과정에 관한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 사례의 대상 기업인 와토스코리아는 1973년에 설립되어 세면기나 양변기 등에 들어가는 욕실 부속품을 생산하는 전문 기업으로서, 기존 제품의 국내 시장 성장 한계와 전방 산업인 건설 경기의 영향을 피해 회사가 한 단계 성장하기 위해서 소비재 시장 진출을 추진하고 있다. 본 사례는 와토스코리아가 개발한 신제품인 구강세정제품 '투스케어'의 개발 및 마케팅 계획 수립에 관한 교육용 사례로서, 대기업과 중소기업의 신제품 개발 프로세스의 차이, 신제품의 마케팅 전략 수립, 산업재 마케팅에서 소비재 마케팅으로의 전환 및 신제품 개발이 기업의 장기 전략에 미치는 영향 등을 논의하고 있다. New product development (NPD) is one of the most important marketing activities in the age of limitless competition. However, there are only a few studies of NPD for small & medium enterprises (SMEs) that usually do not have an organized NPD process and a detailed marketing plan for the new product. Watos Corea, founded in 1973 and manufacturing various parts for bathroom products, plans to advance in consumer market to overcome the saturation of domestic market in existing products and the declining business cycle of construction industry. This case study is about the development and marketing plan of 'Toothcare', a new consumer product of Watos, and covers several topics such as a real SME's NPD process, the marketing mix strategies for the new product, the conversion from industrial marketing to consumer marketing, and the impact of NPD on the company's long term growth strategy.
Characterization of a Nickel-Strontium Phosphate Catalyst for Partial Oxidation of Methane

A nickel-strontium phosphate catalyst was recently reported to exhibit high activity and selectivity in partial oxidation of methane(POM). Further characterizations hane been performed in the present work in order to better understand the characterizations of this catalyst. TEM showed that very fine nickel particles of a few nanometers of the size were present in the needle shape in the sample after the reaction. TPR showed the presence of three nickel species, reduced during the reaction. As the calcination time during the preparation increased, the total re-oxidation temperature became higher. This is considered due to larger crystallite size owing to the longer calcination, which results in a smaller amount of nickel coming out of the matrix to the surface.
