Soduble species bi-producing in the synthesis of analcite making use of domestic clay and silicate minerals are recovered. And the usefulness as inorganic materials for textile finishing was investigated. The results are summerized as follows; 1. Hydrosol from bentontonite ore have a good effect for textile finishing. 2. The soil-resistant effect for cloth treating with hydrosol from bentonite ore is compared with organic dispersants. 3. The breaking strength is increased about 30% by treatment to each fibers in rope and also elongation is controlled same as raw materials.

In this paper we investigate and analyze the variation of secondary school student's like and dislike the school mathematics lesson. First, we investigate the reason that why students dislike mathematics in the class and we search the point of time when the students dislike mathematics in the class. Next, we investigate and analyze the variation of student's inclination to the school mathematics lesson. In this research we try the followings. 1) We analyze the variation of each level school, student's inclination to the school mathematics class, 2) We analyze the variation of student's inclination to the mathematics for each place where the school located. 3) We analyze and compare between the inclination to the mathematics lesson and to each level school. 4) We analyze and compare between the inclination to the mathematics lesson and to each factors of student's inclination From these investigation and analysis, we have the following conclusion . (1) The student's inclination to the mathematics is depend on the teacher's teaching method and on the fact that how can the mathematics lesson be composed easily. (2) The student's response was seen in the same type from the inquiry about the inclination to the mathematics lesson in the school of Seoul and small country town. This is a passing phase caused by the educational environment in Seoul and the small country town's schools is better than that of the big city or medium city. (3) The student group of the human knowledge in the general high school show the negative response for the inclination to the matheirlatics lessen compare to that of the student group of natural science in the general high school. (4) In the middle school, about half of the students dislike mathematics But such dislike rate of mathematics increased in the high school. (5) Teachers must take into consideration to the student in the first grade high school mathematics course To do this, teachers make adapt the curriculum easily for the student and must teach the mathematics to the students who can take interest in the mathematics.

Stress induced cardiomyopathy is characterized by transient left ventricular dysfunction with typical regional wall motion abnormality of basal segment hyperkinesia and apical hypokinesia after physical or psychological stress. Stress induced cardiomyopathy mimics acute myocardial infarction but coronary angiography shows normal and usually recovers rapidly. Stress induced cardiomyopathy appears to occur almost exclusively in old females. Only a few cases have been reported in younger women but not yet in korea. The pathogenesis is not well known. Currently, it is thought that catecholamine may play important role. Especially, epinephrine may be most important catecholamine in the pathogenesis of steress induced cardiomyopathy. We report a case of stress induced cardiomyopathy occurred in young female after local epinephrine injection for hemostasis during tonsillectomy. 스트레스성 심근병증은 고령의 여성에서 주로 발생하며 카테콜라민 중 특히 epinephrine이 병리기전의 주요한 원인의 하나로 생각되어지고 있다. 저자들은 28세의 젊은 여성에서 편도절제술 도중 지혈을 목적으로 epinephrine을 국소 주사한 후 발생한 스트레스성 심근병증 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
優秀工業系 實科敎員養成을 위한 工業敎育大學 敎育課程 改善에 關한 硏究 : 工業敎育學部를 中心으로

This paper is studied to improve the curriculum of the College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University, which is more helpful for the students to become a competent teacher of technical high school. The thesis includes the curriculum of general, professional, technical subjects and so on. The main conclusions are summarized as follows; 1) The current curriculum of the College of Industrial Education was formed on a wholesale manner following the basis of standard courses for some characterized engineering colleges. But the suggested is conformed to the curriculum system of CNU in credits and hours. 2) The current technical subjects are mainly based on the curriculum of college of engineering, but the newly suggested technical subjects are conformed to the curriculum of technical high school as following that some departments of engineering are founded in the College of Industrial Education. 3) In current curriculum, the ratio of reguired technical subjects to elective technical subjects is 85:15. In suggested curriculum, the ratio of it is largely changed to 45:55 for effective operation of minor cousres. And the lists of the subjects for minor courses are changed from subjects for College of Science to subjects for College of Engineering.

This paper aims at providing a concrete plan to improve technical and vocational teacher education in the College of Industrial Education of Chungnam National University. It is intended to propose a practical four-year regular and short-term course. Also, the estimated required facilities is included in this study as well as their management. The main conclusions and recommendations are summarized as follows; 1) The numbers of students enrollment should be reduced to 220 students which is the approximate number of future demand. 2) In order to offer to the students a broader education and to cope with the increase/decrease in demand of technical and vocational teacher within a specific field, the 8 department existing at the present (Department of Architecture Engineering Education, Civil Eng. Educ., Metallurgical Eng. Educ., Mechanical Eng. .Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Electronic Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.) would be combined into 5 (Department of Construction Engineering Education, Mechanical Eng. Educ., Electrical Eng. Educ., Industrial Chemistry Educ. and Industrial Technology Educ.). 3) The short-term course program is recommened to provide additional training and education to those candidates who already have experience in technical fields to meet an occasional demand. 4) It is necessary to add the Teaching Profession Section in the administrative organization of the College.

Improved prestressed concrete girder with hybrid segments system

The prestressed concrete (PSC) technology that was first developed by Freyssinet has significantly improved over the past century in terms of materials and structural design in order to build longer, slender, and more economic structures. The application of prestressing method in structures, which is determined by the pre-tension or post-tension processes, is also affected by the surrounding conditions such as the construction site, workforce skills, and local transportation regulations. This study proposes a prestressed concrete girder design based on a hybrid segment concept. The adopted approach combines both pre-tension and post-tension methods along a simple span bridge girder. The girder was designed using newly developed 2400 MPa PS strands and 60 MPa high-strength concrete. The new concept and high strength materials allowed longer span, lower girder depth, less materials, and slender design without affecting the lateral stability of the girder. In order to validate the applicability of the proposed hybrid prestressed segments girder, a full-scale 35 m girder was fabricated, and experimental tests were performed under various fatigue and static loading conditions. The experimental results confirmed the feasibility of the proposed long-span girder as its performance meets the railway girder standards. In addition, the comparison between the measured load-displacement curve and the simulation results indicate that simulation analysis can predict the behavior of hybrid segments girders.
