        원발성 유방암에서 Sodium Iodide Symporter의 발현과 ^(99m)Tc-MIBI 유방스캔의 관계

        목적: hNIS는 갑상선 조직 외에 다른 조직들에서도 발현된다고 알려져 있다. 유방암 세포는 그런 조직들 중에 하나이며, 그에 의한 유방암의 방사성옥소치료의 가능성이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유방암 조직에서 hNIS의 발현정도를 알아보고, ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔과 hNIS의 발현 정도와의 관계를 조사하여 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 유방암으로 수술을 시행했던 56명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. hNIS의 발현은 면역조직화학염색에 의해서 평가되었으며, 그 결과를 ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔의 판정 결과와 비교하였다. 결과: 전체 56명의 환자에서 hNIS의 발현율은 41.1%였다. 병리학적 진단에 의해 침윤성관상피암종이었던 49명에서의 발현율은 42.9%, 관상피내암종이었던 7명에서의 발현율은 28.6%였다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 국소섭취 소견이 관찰되었던 41명에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 31.7%였다. 비정상적인 섭취 소견이 관찰되지 않았던 15명의 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율이 의미있게 높게 관찰되었다(66.7%, p>0.05). 결론: 유방암 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 그다지 높지 않았다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 섭취증가 소견이 없을 때 hNIS의 발현율이 더 높았다. Purpose: Human Na^+/I- symporter (hNIS) is known to be expressed in many tissues other than thyroid gland. The breast cancer cells are one of them and the possibility of radioiodine therapy in treatment of the breast cancer may be suggested. We investigated the expression rate of hNIS and the relationship between the expression of hNIS and the finding of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography in the breast cancer. Materials and Methods: Surgically proved 56 patients with breast cancer were the subjects of this study. The expression of hNIS were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and the results were compared to the findings of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. Results: Overall expression rate of hNIS was 41.1% in 56 patients. According to the pathologic diagnosis, it was 42.9% in 49 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma and 28.6% in the 7 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ. The expression rate of hNIS in the 41 cases with a focal increased uptake at he breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammogram was 31.7%. That in the 15 cases without any abnormal uptake on the scan was significantly higher(66.7%, p<0.05). Conclusion: The expression rate of hNIS in the patients with breast cancer was not so high. The rate was higher in the patients with no increased uptake at the breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. (Korean J Nucl Med 2002;36;325-32)

      • An Efficient Computation of the MDCR/IMDCT For MPEG Audio Layer-Ⅲ

        본 논문은 MDCT와 IMDCT에 대해서 DCT-Ⅱ에 기반을 둔 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서, 우리는 MDCT와 IMDCT 결과를 동시에 연산하기 위한 공통 커널을 추출한다. 또한 제안한 공통 커널은 매우 균형적인 구조를 갖기 때문에, 파이프라인화 된 병렬 구조로서 구현이 가능하다. 결과적으로 제안한 알고리즘의 복잡도는 기존의 알고리즘들의 복잡도보다 낮기 때문에 성능이 우수함을 알 수 있었다. This paper presents an efficient algorithm of the Modified Discrete Cosine Transform (MDCT) and its inverse transform (IMDCT) for MPEG Layer -Ⅲ. The poposed algorithm is based on the DCT of type Ⅱ (DCT-Ⅱ). In this paper, by extracting a common transform kernel to compute both the MDCT and IMDCT. we obtain a unified structure for computation of both of them. Also, since the proposed unified structure is very symmetrical, it is suitable to utilized to the parallel or pipelined VLSI implementation of the MDCT/IMDCT. Furthermore, it requires less calculation complexity than the existing algorithms.

      • 저전력 MP3 디코더 설계

        In this paper, an efficient IMDCT block by adopting clock-gating logic for low_ power MP3 decoder is proposed.. The IMDCT has the most intensive calculation complexity in the several blocks of MP3 decoder. Therefore, the IMDCT have to be implemented into a hard-wired block block and low power block. Experimental result show that our proposed clock-gating approach reduces more dynamic power dissipation around 35% with respect to the logic module without any clock-gating logic. This paper also shows that our MP3 system has verified a good performance and operation characteristics.

      • Weight 최소화법(Minimization Methods)을 이용한 회로설계

        Abstract-In this paper we examine multiple criterion optimization(MCO), one aspect of the multiple criterion decision making (MCDM) produit designers a tutorial review of the area is included. We then develop a weighted ∞norm method for generating noninferior soiutions to the MCO problem. User oriented weight selection heuristics are developed and we apply this technique to the MCO design of an MOSFET nand gate. Next we extend this technique to generate a family of weighted p-norm methods for solving the MCO problem. We also develop a canonic weight associated with the p-norm method that contains the weight selection technique of the co-norm. This family of MCO methods allows a new and useful interpretation to be given to many of the optimization methods that have been applied to the design of electronic circuits.

      • 제주도내 마을공동목장의 초지관리 이용 및 식생상태의 조사

        Pasture management and utilization for beef production, and botanical composition of the pasture on 81 co-operate village farmsin Cheju-Do were surveyed through questionaires and site visits. The study period was 28 days from October 2 to October 30, 1985. The pasture consisted of 45% improved grassland, in which 24.3% of grass species were imported. The improved pastures were fertilized once a year 100-150kg urea/ha. Grazing period of the pastures was about 5 months, beginning later April or early May(60.5% of the pastures) and ending early-or mid-November (80.3%). Distribution of types of vegetation was, in order of magnitude, native pasture (38.7%), improved pasture (24.3%), shrub (10.0%), unfavorable weeds(8.3%), Speies found with the highest percentage was Zoysia japonica(73.9%) in the native pasture, Festuca arundinacea(40.3%) in the improved pasture and Pteridium aquilium (54.4%) among unfavorable weeds.

      • 上東地區 重石鑛의 破壞特性에 關한 硏究

        A Study on failure strength of rock under uniaxial and triaxial compression tests was carried out for underground structural design in domestic and foreign countries recently. An experimental study was made for the core specimens of SANG-DONG tungsten mine. The results are as follows; 1. Failure strength was increasing gradually with increase of confining pressure. 2. Longitudinal and lateral strain increased in proportion to confining pressure under triaxial compression tests. 3. Stress-strain curves showed straight line to 62% of failure strength. 4. Effect of failure strength about porosity was 3.0% on the average and it represented lower value comparatively. 5. The values of triaxial compressive strength were distributed between 345 and 3082㎏/㎠, the mean value of which was 1063㎏/㎠. 6. The mean value of modulus of longitudinal elasticity(E) was 3.6X 10^5㎏/㎠ and poisson's ratio was 0.35.

      • 실시간 회전 영상 보정을 위한 고속 회전 각도 검출 알고리즘의 FPGA 설계

        In this paper, an efficient method of hardware design based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to detect rotated angle of high definition image for real time process is proposed. Through the result both the proposed method and CORDIC, the proposed design is confirmed to have high operating speed of about 0.6ns with CORDIC. It is verified to have good performance results comparing than CORDIC with cost utilization of registers and Look Up Tables (LUTs) of 0.5% and 0.07%,respectively. The proposed method is implemented by XC702 FPGA board by using xilinx 14.7 tool .

      • RGB에서 YCbCr 변환을 위한 컬러 시스템 의 FPGA 구현

        This paper explores the performance and architectural tradeoffs involved in the design of FPGA based realtime image processing systems. There are several coordinate systems which came into existence for variety of reasons. This paper discusses the use of restructurable hardware specifically field programming gate arrays, for RGB Color Space to YCbCr color Space. YCbCr color space is necessary in many video designs. The reference design files show RTL (Verilog) code to describe the conversion equations and synthesize to a target FPGA. The code is parameterizable for the input/outputprecision and the internal coefficient precision. Simulation results are also provided as an implementation example, placed and routed design in a Zynq device (xc7z020-1clg400) is presented.

        A new Yield Maximization procedure by investigating method of the multidimensional Monte Carlo integration is presented. And then maximum yield is obtained by the new modified weight selection algorithm applied to objective function of MOSFET NAND GATE. Also this yield maximization procedure can be applied to nonconvex objective function.
