This article purports to investigate the formation and its development of the relationship between the teacher(s)/speaker(s) and the learner(s)/audience throughout the book of Proverbs. Characteristics of the relationship between speaker(s) and audience, made progressive developments in Proverbs 1-9; 10:1-22:16; 22:17-24:34; 25-29, and 30-31, can be summarized as follows: first, the boundary of the teacher(s)/speaker(s) is gradually extended until the form of education utilizes the means of communal learning. Second, the boundary of learner(s)/audience is also extended until the form of education shapes the learner becomes the teacher. Third, the book of Proverbs is suggestive of a communal context of education that enables the teacher also learns from the learner. Fourth, wisdom education thereby deals with all elements of the life of the learner, which culminates in the formation of the wisdom worldview through the lens of the fear of the Lord. Fifth, this form of education leads the learning community to practice righteousness, justice, and equity. In conclusion, the book of Proverbs helps us to understand that the teacher is also to participate in the learning process, which eventually forms a communal context of education. Education in the book of Proverbs never assumes a closed ending in the educational context, yet an open ending: continual form of the re-education for Christian education. 본 논문은 잠언 전체의 구조에 나타난 가르치는 이/화자와 배우는 이/청자의 관계 설정 및 그 변화를 추적함으로써 잠언이 드러내는 공동체 교육의 장의 형태를 살펴본다. 잠언 1-9장, 10:1-22:16, 22:17-24:34, 25-29장, 30-31장에 걸쳐 유기적으로 발전하는 이 가르치는 이/화자와 배우는 이/청자 관계의 분석을 통해 발견하는 지혜교육의 특성은 다음과 같이 정리될 수 있다. 첫째, 가르치는 이 (화자)는 계속 확장되어 공동체성을 확보하고 구체적인 인물을 길러내는 데까지 이르렀다. 둘째, 배우는 이 (청자) 역시 계속 확장되었는데, 배우는 이가 가르치는 이가 되도록 성장해 나갔다. 셋째, 잠언은 상호배움의 공동체적인 교육의 장(context)을 제시하고 있는 것으로 생각된다. 넷째, 이러한 지혜교육은 배우는 이의 삶의 전반적인 부분들을 전인격적으로 다루고 있으며, 그 삶의 부분들을 여호와 경외라는 세계관 교육의 렌즈로 조망하도록 교육했다. 다섯째, 이러한 교육은 결국 배우는 이가 지혜교육을 통해서 공의와 정의와 정직을 행하도록 이끌고자 했다. 가르치는 이는 가르치기만 하는 것이 아니라 배우는 이의 자리에 계속 참여해야 하며, 이 과정을 통해 공동체적 배움의 장이 형성되고, 상호배움의 터전이 자리 잡게 된다. 이러한 교육은 닫힌 결말로 마무리되지 않으며, 열린 결말 즉 평생교육(재교육)으로 이어져야 한다.

해상 근무 승무원의 수학적 전신진동 해석 모델에 관한 연구

The resonance behaviour needs be understood to identify the mechanisms responsible for the dynamic characteristics of human body, to allow for the non-linearity when predicting the influence of seating dynamics, and to predict the adverse effects caused by various magnitudes of vibration. However, there are currently no known studies on the effect of vibration magnitude on the transmissibility to thoracic or lumbar spine of the seated person, despite low back pain(LBP) being the most common ailment associated with whole-body vibration. The objective of this paper is to develop a proper mathematical human model for LBP and musculoskeletal injury of the crew in a maritime vehicle. In this study, 7 degree-of-freedom including 2 non-rigid mass representing wobbling visceral and intestine mass, is proposed. Also, when compared with previously published experimental results, the model response was found to be well-matching. When exposed to various of vertical vibration, the human model shows appreciable non-linearity in its biodynamic responses. The relationships of resonance for LBP and musculoskeletal injury during whole-body vibration are also explained.

FPGA를 이용한 자동차 번호판 전처리 영역 추출 알고리즘 설계

License plate recognition plays an important process in Intelligent Transport System. Especially, licence plate region localization and extraction is the key step before the final recognition. In this paper, an effective license plate localization algorithm of hardwired architecture based on sliding window is proposed, which can exactly extract the plate from the load background. The proposed architecture mainly consists of several modules: sliding window, noise reduction, edge histogram extraction and plate recognition. Compared to the pure C++ software plate implementation, The proposed architecture has verified four times speed up than the execution time of software implementation and also verified the tolerance of 3 or -3 coordinate in plate localization which is found for the licence plate algorithm with hardware architecture in FPGA simulation. The experimental results show that the proposed hardware architecture can achieve good license plate localization results with short runtime 자동차 번호판 인식은 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)에서 중요한 처리 과정이다. 특히 최종 번호 인식 이전에 자동차 번호판 전처리 영역 추출은 매우 중요한 단계이다. 본 논문에서는 슬라이딩 윈도우 방법을 사용하여 자동차 전처리 영역 추출을 위한 효율적인 하드웨어 구조를 제안 하였다. 설계한 구조는 도로의 배경을 고려하여 정확한 번호 인식을 하도록 설계되었다. 제안한 구조는 슬라이딩 윈도우, 노이즈 제거, 에지 히스토그램 추출, 에지 인식 묘듈로 구성하였다. C++ 소프트웨어 번호판 실행 결과와 비교하면 FPGA로 구현된 하드웨어 구조의 알고리즘이 소프트웨어 속도보다 4배가 빠르며 하드웨어 번호판 후보영역 좌표가 +3~-3 오차범위 에서 일치함을 입증 하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 하드웨어 구조가 양호한 전처리 영역 추출과 빠른 수행결과를 나타내었다.

A Symbolic cover Miminization Algorithm and State CHDL Description for Finite state machine synthesizer are presented. State CHDL are used for design of PLA based finite state machine, also the symbolic cover minimization algorithms are based upon single cube containment and distance 1 merging algorithms. The procedure for state machine synthesizer has been applied to practical example, including traffic light controller by using Boulder Optimal Logic Design System.
