        The Effect of Perceived Organizational Supports, Perceived Supervisory Supports and Perceived Peer Supports on Innovative Behavior: Focused on the Job Embeddedness of Automotive Industry Research Institute Using VR Technology

        본 연구는 한국과 중국 조직 구성원의 직무배태성을 높이기 위해 내적동기를 유발시킬 수 있는 방법을 탐색하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 관심이 증가되고 있는 내적동기를 유발시킬 수 있는 변수인 조직지원인식, 상사지원인식, 동료지원인식을 선정하고 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하고 직무배태성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 이 과정은 중국과 한국은 차이가 있는 지롤 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 한국 경기도와 중국 하복성에 있는 VR기술을 활용한 자동차 기업의 연구원들을 대상으로 설문지를 이용할 것이며, 설문조사 실시하였다. 연구의 대상들에게 총 200 쌍의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 그 중 195쌍이 회수되었으며, 회수된 설문지 중 불성실한 응답을 제거한 191쌍이 최종분석에 이용되었다. 수집된 자료들을 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 통해 확인된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 지원인식(조직지원인식, 상사지원인식, 동료지원인식)이 직무배태성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 직무배태성은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 지원인식(조직지원인식, 상사지원인식, 동료지원인식)이 혁신행동에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 넷째, 한국과 중국에 있는 기업 직원의 직무배태성의 형성과정과 영향력이 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, we propose to explore ways to create internal motivation to enhance the job disposition of Korean and Chinese employees. In order to achieve this goal, we would like to select parameters that may trigger an increasing number of internal motivations for interest in recent years: perceived organisational support, perceived provider support, and perceived peer support, and to explore the impact on job embeddedness. I would like to find out the effect of job embodiedness on involved beauty. The process also seeks to verify that China and South Korea are different. To verify the research theory of this research, we will use a questionnaire to researchers of automotive companies using VR technology in Gyeonggi-do, Korea and Hadong-seong, China, and conducted a survey. A total of 200 pairs of questionnaires were distributed to the study subjects, 195 of which were retrieved, 191 of which eliminated unfaithful responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis. The results of this study, identified through empirical analysis, can be summarized as follows: First, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a positive impact on Job Embeddedness. Second, Job Embeddedness will have a positive influence on the Innovative Beehivior. Third, Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support will have a partial positive effect on Innovative Behavior. Fourth, the formation process and influence of Job Embeddedness of corporate employees in Korea and China are partly different, the report showed.

        A new phenolic glycoside, ophiopojaponin D (1), together with two known compounds, was isolated from the tubers of a famous traditional Chinese herb-Ophiopogon japonicus Ker-Gawl. The spectroscopic and chemical data revealed their structures to be 3-tetradecyloxy-4­hydroxy-allylbenzene-4-O-$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1$\rightarrow$6)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3, 4-dihy-droxy-allylbenzene-4-O-$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1$\rightarrow$6)-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside (2) and L-pyro­glutamic acid (3).

        The Effect of Leader’s Coaching and LMX on Innovative Behavior of Automotive VR Technology Researcher: Focusing on Mediated Effect of Resilience

        본 연구에서는 리더의 코칭행동과 LMX가 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 실증하고, 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 리더의 코칭행동, LMX, 구성원의 혁신행동, 회복탄력성에 대한 이론들, 기존의 수행되었던 연구들과 논의를 검토하였고 최종적으로 5개의 가설을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 본 연구는 320명의 VR 인터랙션 기술을 활용한 자동차 기업의 연구원들이 대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료들을 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 통해 확인된 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 리더의 코칭은 회복탄력성에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, LMX는 회복탄력성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 회복탄력성이 연구원의 혁신행동을 촉진시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 회복탄력성은 리더의 코칭이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 매개한다. 다섯째, 회복탄력성은 LMX가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 매개한다. 결과 및 논의 부분을 통하여 본 연구의 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후의 연구방향에 대한 심도 깊은 논의를 제시하였다. In this study, we tried to demonstrate the influence of leader"s coaching and LMX on the member"s innovation vibrator and to provide implications. This study reviewed the reader"s coaching, LMX, the theories of the member"s innovation behabior, resiliency, and the studies and discussions that have been carried out in the past, and finally produced five hypotheses. To verify this research theory, this study collected data from 320 automotive company researchers using VR interaction technology. The collected data were used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation analysis. An Empirical Analysis are confirming a result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, leader"s coaching have a positive effect on resilience. Second, is have a positive effect on resilience lmx. Third, the researchers is high resilience innovative behavior to promote positive influence. Fourth, resilience leader"s coaching the innovative behavior the impact on. Fifth, are lmx resilience innovative behavior the impact on. Through the conclusion and discussion section, the theoretical practical significance of this study and the limitations of the research and the direction of future research are presented.

        Concurrent Hypermethylation of SFRP2 and DKK2 Activates the Wnt/β-Catenin Pathway and Is Associated with Poor Prognosis in Patients with Gastric Cancer

        Aberrant hypermethylation of Wnt antagonists has been observed in gastric cancer. A number of studies have focused on the hypermethylation of a single Wnt antagonist and its role in regulating the activation of signaling. However, how the Wnt antagonists interacted to regulate the signaling pathway has not been reported. In the present study, we systematically investigated the methylation of some Wnt antagonist genes (SFRP2, SFRP4, SFRP5, DKK1, DKK2, and APC) and their regulatory role in carcinogenesis. We found that aberrant promoter methylation of SFRP2, SFRP4, DKK1, and DKK2 was significantly increased in gastric cancer. Moreover, concurrent hypermethylation of SFRP2 and DKK2 was observed in gastric cancer and this was significantly associated with increased expression of -catenin, indicating that the joint inactivation of these two genes promoted the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway. Further analysis using a multivariate Cox proportional hazards model showed that DKK2 methylation was an independent prognostic factor for poor overall survival, and the predictive value was markedly enhanced when the combined methylation status of SFRP2 and DKK2 was con-sidered. In addition, the methylation level of SFRP4 and DKK2 was correlated with the patient’s age and tumor differentiation, respectively. In conclusion, epigenetic silencing of Wnt antagonists was associated with gastric carcinogenesis, and concurrent hypermethylation of SFRP2 and DKK2 could be a potential marker for a prognosis of poor overall survival.

      • Percutaneous Radiofrequency Ablation Guided by Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Treatment of Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma after Liver Transplantation

        This study evaluated the advantages and applications of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)-supported percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma after liver transplantation, based on clinical details. CEUS-supported percutaneous RFA was adopted to treat 12 patients with hepatic metastatic carcinomas after liver transplantation. The diameters of the metastatic carcinomas varied from 1 cm to 5 cm, and the foci were discovered after 3 months to 12 months. Each focus was diagnosed and localised by CEUS for RFA once or twice. Curative effects were evaluated by CEUS or contrast-enhanced CT after the treatment. The re-examination results at 2 weeks post-treatment showed that the foci of 11 patients were ablated completely, whereas one patient with the largest focus required retreatment by RFA because of a partial residue. No local recurrence was found one month later in the re-examination. CEUS-supported percutaneous RFA in the treatment of hepatic metastatic carcinoma after liver transplantation has the advantages of accurate localisation, good efficacy, easy operation, and minimal invasion without any complications. Therefore, it can be recommended as the preferred therapy for hepatic metastatic carcinoma after liver transplantation.

        Efficiently visible and 2 μm infrared emission in K2YbF5: Ce3+/Ho3+ microcrystals

        Ho3+/Ce3+ co-doped K2YbF5 microcrystals were synthesized by solvent-thermal method. Under excitation of 980 nm laser diode, effectively visible and 2 μm-infrared luminescence of Ho3+ ion were obtained in the microcrystals. By changing Ce3+-ion doping concentration, the luminescence properties of visible and 2 μm emission were effectively regulated. At low Ce3+-ion doping level, the red and green upconversion emission obviously increases and decreases respectively with the increase of Ce3+-ion amount in the samples, meanwhile the intensity of 2 μm fluorescence changes very little. At high Ce3+-ion doping level, the intensities of the red and green emission both decrease with the increase of Ce3+-ion concentration, while the 2 μm emission intensity increases obviously. In the sample doped with 16% Ce3+ ion, the intensity of 2 μm emission is about 4.5 times that of the sample without Ce3+ ion, and the corresponding quantum efficiency is about 78.3%. The result is attributed to the influence of the different cross relaxation between Ho3+ and Ce3+ ion in luminescence process at low and high Ce3+-ion doping concentration. The corresponding luminescence mechanism and energy transfer process were discussed in detail.

        Adsorption of phosphate by Mg/Fe-doped wheat straw biochars optimized using response surface methodology: Mechanisms and application in domestic sewage

        In this study, Mg/Fe-doped biochar (MFDB) was prepared using the impregnation pyrolysis method, and its preparation was optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). The competitive adsorption between dissolved organic matter (DOM) and phosphorus was also investigated. The best adsorption capacity was obtained with an ㎎ impregnation ratio of 3.17:1 (Mg: biomass, g:g), Fe impregnation ratio of 1.3:1 (Fe: biomass, g:g), and pyrolysis temperature of 491℃. The adsorption capacity of MFDB for phosphorus was 179.21 ㎎/g at 40℃, an initial phosphate concentration of 50 ㎎/g and pH 4. The phosphate adsorption by MFDB conformed to a pseudo-primary and secondary adsorption kinetic model, proving the coexistence of physical and chemical adsorption. The adsorption mechanisms, including ligand exchange, electrostatic interaction, and complexation reaction were revealed. As the pH increased, it weakened the electrostatic interaction of phosphate by MFDB and the ligand exchange between phosphate and OH⁻. When the pH was less than 3, the metal oxide dissolved. For pH values exceeding, OH⁻ competed with phosphate for adsorptio, which also weakened the complexation of phosphate and MFDB. The DOM in domestic wastewater had a slight effect on the phosphorus adsorption. The phosphorus removal rates were closely related to lignin-like humic acid and tryptophan.
