데이타베이스 시스템을 이용한 웹 자원 관리 엔진의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, we propose a web resource management engine based on general DBMSs. The web resources management engine manages the meta information describing the characteristics of resourves in a target web site. The engine extracts the meta information from HTML documents in the site and stores it into a predefined database called virtual schema. We use a general-purpose DBMS for maintaining the virtual schema. For design of the virtual schema, we model each element of HTML documents as a DBMS relation, and each attribute of an element as an attribute of its corresponding DBMS relation. We also model the link information among HTML documents as another relation. In order to merge the web and database having the virtual schema, we employ some additional tags in HTML documents, which were originally proposed in the INFORMIX WebDataBlade. Our web resource management engine has the following good features: (1) it supports dynamic changes of the web resources in a site by issuing update queries on the virtual schema, (2) it provides such searches that are based on structural characteristics of HTML documents since the virtual schema keeps the necessary information, (3) it provides the standard SQL interface for users to simply search and update the web resources, and finally, (4) it is portable to any DBMSs by just extending the gateway between the web and database since it only uses the common facilities supported by general-purpose DBMSs.

두 아이를 둔 아버지가 ‘두 아이 중 적어도 한 아이는 딸이다’고 말했다고 하자. 첫째 질문: 이 말이 참일 때 그의 두 아이가 모두 딸일 확률은 얼마인가? 그리고 이 아버지가 지나가는 한 아이를 가리키며 저 아이가 자신의 딸이라고 말한다고 하자. 둘째 질문: 이 경우 그의 두 아이가 모두 딸일 확률은 얼마일까? 이 두 질문에 답하는 것이 ‘두 딸의 문제’이다. 이 논문은 두 딸의 문제에 대해서 서로 다른 견해를 가진 두 사람의 대화를 다룬다. 두 사람은 첫째 질문에 대해 똑같이 1/3이라고 답한다. 하지만 둘째 질문에 대해서 다르게 답하는데, 한 사람은 1/2이라고, 다른 사람은 1/3이라고 답한다. 우리는 이 논문에서 각 견해를 지지하는 근거를 살피면서 두 견해의 공통점에도 주목한다. 두 견해 모두 질문자의 인식 상황을 어떻게 규정하는지가 두 딸의 문제에 답을 내리는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 받아들인다. 또한 두 견해 모두 직접 관찰이 간접 정보 전달보다 가설의 확률을 더 높인다는 주장을 받아들인다. Suppose that a father tells you that he has two children and that at least one of them is a daughter. Question1: What is the probability that his two children are all girls Now suppose further that the father points at a girl and says that she is his daughter. Question2: Given that the father introduces one of his children, what is the probability that his two children are all girls What are the right answers to these questions This is what is called the ``Two-daughter Problem``. In this paper we shall see two persons (``Han`` and ``Myeong``) with different views on this problem argue against each other. According to the one (Han), we should answer ``1/3`` to Question1, and ``1/2`` to Question2. According to the other (Myeong), we should answer ``1/3`` to both questions. We shall investigate the grounds for each view and find some common ground. Both regard the way we characterize the father`s epistemological condition as essential to finding the right answer to the problem. And we shall see both views imply that the evidence from direct observation enhances the probability of a hypothesis more than the evidence from indirect knowledge.

Flywheels can be used to store energy for power systems when the flywheel is coupled to an electric machine. In most cases, a power converter is used to drive the electric machine to provide a wider operating range. This paper deals with Characteristic analysis on permanent magnet synchronous motor/generator according to driving method for flywheel energy storage system. The suggested driving methods are square wave voltage driving and six-step voltage driving. In conclusion, speed and current characteristics according to DC input voltage with both driving methods.

This paper deals with analysis on dynamic characteristic and experimental verification of current control driving Switched Reluctance Motor. Using current control, torque ripple reduction and high-density of torque are analyzed. Lastly, Simulation results through MATLAB and result of test are compared.
