        안과종합검진의 유용성

        Purpose: To investigate the efficacy and detection rate of disease in the customized eye examination program. Methods: We reviewed the medical charts of 122 patients who have conducted the customized eye examination program from January 2018 to January 2019 in Kim’s Eye Hospital retrospectively. The customized eye examination program consisted of visual acuity test, intraocular pressure measurement, color vision test, slit-lamp examination, visual field tests, fundus photography, spectral domain optical coherence tomography (Cirrus HD-OCT, Zeiss), Optical Quality Analysis System (OQAS, Visiometrics, Terrassa, Spain), and dry eye test (LipiView II TearScience, Morrisville, NC, USA). The rate of newly diagnosed diseases and vision-threatening disorders including glaucoma and retinal disorders were calculated. Results: A total of 122 patients (46 males and 76 females, mean age; 47.8 ± 14.0 years old, from 22 to 85 years) were included. Nine patients (14 eyes) had a poor vision of less than 0.8. Newly detected diseases were found in 17 patients (13.9%), and among them, 10 glaucoma (8.2%) and retinal disorders (5.7%) were included. When it comes to glaucoma, 7 patients were diagnosed with definite glaucoma with visual field loss, and 3 patients had preperimetric glaucoma. Retinal disorders were composed of 5 epiretinal membranes, 1 diabetic retinopathy, and 1 central serous chorioretinopathy. Conclusions: Various diseases were identified by the customized eye examination program, and vision-threatening diseases such as glaucoma and retinal disorders were found. Therefore, a regular eye examination is needed to detect the serious ocular diseases in the early stage.

      • 단지무우 改良을 爲한 實用形質의 選拔指標에 關한 硏究

        단지무우(Raphanus sativus L. var. hortensis Baker f. gigantissimus Makino)의 選拔을 效率的으로 遂行하기 위하여, 母系選拔法으로 2回 選拔한 단지무우 23系統으로 試驗을 實施하고, 이들에 대한 實用形質을 調査하여 遺傳率. 遺傳相關, 表現型相關, 環境相關 및 經路係數를 究明한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 系統間에 있어서 葉數· 葉柄의 길이· 根長· 根徑· 根形指數· 抽根長 및 根重은 高度의 有意性이 있고, 葉長· 乾葉重· 葉缺刻數 및 岐根數는 有意性이 없었다. 2. 遺傳率은 乾葉重· 根重· 葉數가 크고, 根形指數· 根長· 葉柄의 길이·抽根長· 根徑이 中間程度이며, 葉長· 岐根數· 葉缺刻數는 작았다. 3. 形質相互間의 遺傳相關·表現型相關과 環境相關의 크기에는 一定한 傾向이 없었고, 一般的으로 遺傳相關은 表現型相關보다 높았다. 遺傳相關에 있어서 根重은 葉數· 根徑 및 岐根數와 正의 相關關係가 높아서 이들 形質이 增加할수록 根重도 增大되었다. 表現型相關에 있어서 根重은 乾葉重 및 根徑과 높은 正의 相關關係가 높아서 이들 形質이 增加할수록 根重도 增大되었다. 表現型相關에 있어서 根重은 乾葉重 및 根徑과 높은 正의 相關關係가 있고, 環境相關에 있어서는 根重과 乾葉重 및 抽根長과 正의 相關關係가 높았다. 4. 根長 및 岐根數가 根重에 直接미치는 效果가 크며, 根重과 相關度가 높은 根徑에서는 岐根數에 의한 間接效果가, 그리고, 抽根長에서는 根長에 의한 間接效果가 컸었다. 以上의 結果에서 根徑, 岐根數 및 葉數가 根重에 크게 영향을 주어, 단지무우의 收量을 위한選拔에 이들이 指標形質로 思料되며, 根重의 遺傳率도 크므로 收量에 대한 選拔의 效果가 기대된다. This study was conducted to estimate genotypic, phenotypic and environmental correlations, heritabilities and path coefficients of agronomic characters using 23 lines of Danji radish (Raphanus sativus L. var. hortensis Baker f. gigantissiumus Makino) which were selected two times by maternal selection. The results obtained ware summarized as follow ; 1. The number of leaves per plant, the petiole length, the root length, the diameter of root, the root shape index, the root part above ground and the root weight had significant differences among the lines, but the leaf length, the weight of dry leaves, the number of parted leaflets and the number of branched root had not. 2. The heritability estimates for the weight of dry leaves, the root weight and the number of leaves per plant were high, those of the root shape index, the root length, the petiole length, the root part above ground and the diameter of root were medium, and those of the leaf length, the number of branched root and the number of parted leaflets were small. 3. The genotypic, the phenotypic and the environmental correlation coefficients between the characters had no definite tendency, that is, the high estimates in the genotypic correlations were not always high in the phenotypic or in the environmental. The genotypic correlations were generally higher than the phenotypic. In the genotypic correlation, the root weight had highly positive correlations with the number of leaves per plant, the diameter of root and the number of branched root, i.e. the root weight increased with increasing these characters. In the phenotypic correlation, the root weight highly related with the weight of dry leaves and the diameter of root. The environmental correlations between the root weight and the weight of dry leaves or the root part above ground were highly positive. 4. The directs effect of the root length and the number of branched root on the root weight were high. The indirect effects of the root part above ground via the root length, that of the number of branched root via the diameter of root which had high correlations with the root weight were high. As the result above-mentioned, it was discovered that the diameter of root, the number of branched root and the number of leaves per plant had large influences upon the root weight, and it was thought that the selection of Danji radish for the yield would be effective as the heritability estimates of the root weight was high.

      • 강남콩 品種의 播種期 移動에 따른 生育 및 收量 形質의 變化

        중국에서 수집한 蔓性의 강남콩 (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)인 다백색종, 회갈색종, 적갈색종과 적색의 제주재래종을 3월 22일부터 10일 간격으로 5회 파종하여 이들의 특성을 조사하고, 우수한 品種과 播種適期를 究明하기 위하여 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 出芽日數, 開花日數, 成熟日數는 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 짧아지는 경향을 보였고, 開花期와 成熟日數는 회갈색종이 가장 짧았다. 2. 草長은 일찍 파종한 區에서 짧았고, 품종별로는 다백색종과 적갈색종이 길었고, 分技數는 파종기에 따라 변동이 없었으나 품종간에는 차이를 보였는데, 矮性인 제주 재래종이 가장 적었다. 3. 莢長은 회갈색종과 적갈색종이 길고, 莢幅은 莢長과는 반대로 다백색종과 제주 재래종이 넓었다. 4. 莢當 種實數는 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 약간 증가되었으며, 회갈색종과 적갈색종에서 그수가 많았다. 100粒重은 협당 종실수와는 반대로 적색의 제주재래종, 다백색종, 회갈색종, 적갈색종 順으로 무거웠다. 5. 株當 莢數는 4月 11日과 4月 21日 파종구에서 많았고, 품종별로는 각 파종구에서 다백색종이 많고 제주재래종이 가장 적어 품종간의 차이가 심하였다. 6. 10a當 收量은 4月 11日 파종한 것이 가장 많으며, 품종별로는 다백색종, 회갈색종, 적색의 제주재래종, 적갈색종 順이었다. 7. 出芽日數, 開花日數, 成熟日數 간에는 서로 높은 相關關係가 있었고, 收量과 관계되는 형질은 莢長, 莢當 種實數, 100粒重, 株當 葉數이었다. 8. 本 硏究의 결과로 究明된 파종적기는 제주도에서는, 4月 5日부터 4月 10日 까지 이며, 蔓性인 회갈색종이 奬勵될 수 있는 품종으로 생각되었다. This study was conducted to determine the optimum seeding time and the cultivar of superior ability in kidney bean. White (cultivar A). grayish brown (cultivar B) and brown red (cultivar C) cultivars which were collected in Manchuria and Cheju local cultivar (cultivar D) were seeded at intervals of 10days from March 22 to May 11 based on spit-polt design. 1. With delaying seeding time, days to emergence, flowering and maturity were shortened. Days to flowering and maturity were shortest in cultivar B. 2. Plant height was short on early seeding time, and it was longer in cultivar A and C than in the others. The number of branchs didnot change with delaying seeding time. It had difference among cultivars and was of least quantity in cultivar D. 3. Length of pod was long in cultivar B and C, while width of pod was wide in cultivar A and D 4. With delaying seeding time, seeds per pod were somewhat increased, and cultivar B and C had more seeds than the others. While weight of 100 seeds were heavy in the order of cultivar D, A, B and C. 5. Plot seeded on April 11th 21th had more pods per plant than the others. Cultivar A had the most pods and cultivar D had the least pods in every seeding time and the difference among cultivars was great. 6. Yield per 10a was highest in plot seeded on April 11th, and was high in the order of cultivar A, B, D and C. 7. Days to emergence. flowering and maturity had high correlation among them, and characters which had correlation with yield were length of pod, seeds per pod, weight of 100 seeds and pods per plant. 8. The optimum seeding time for kidney beans in Cheju was from April 5th to April 10th, and proper cultivar with regard to cropping system in Cheju was cultivar B.

      • 돼지감자에 있어서 播種期에 따른 二品種의 實用形疾의 變化

        本 硏究는 3月 29日부터 4月 26日까지 7日 간격으로 돼지감자의 白色種과 赤色種을 播種하여 實用形質의 變化를 究明하기 위하여 遂行되었는데, 其 結果는 다음과 같다. 塊莖收量과 一塊莖重 및 地上部의 乾物重은 白色種이 赤色種보다 더 무거웠으나 塊莖數는 赤色種이 더 많았다. 파종기가 늦을수록 두 品種 모두 塊莖收量, 一塊莖量, 地上部乾物重 및 草長이 감소되었고, 파종기의 遲延에 따르는 塊莖收量과 一塊莖重의 減少程度는 白色種에서보다 晩生種인 赤色種에서 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 塊莖收量은 白色種에서는 一塊莖重 및 地上部乾物重과 正의 相關關係가 있고, 赤色種에서는 塊莖數, 一塊莖重, 乾物重 및 草長과 有意的인 相關關係가 있었다. 一塊莖重은 地上部乾物重 및 草長과도 두 品種 共히 相關關係가 있었으나, 白色種에서의 塊莖數는 다른 形質과 相關이 없었다. This study was conducted to clarify the changes in the characters of Jerusalem artichoke cultivars, the white and the red, which were planted with seven day intervals from March 29 to April 26 on Cheju island. The results obtained are summarized as follows; The white cultivar was higher in the tuber yield, and heavier in the weight of a tuber and the dry top weight than the red, but the number of tubers was larger in the red than in the white. As the seeding date was late, the tuber yield, the weight of a tuber, the dry top weight and the plant length decreased in the both cultivars. The decrease of the tuber yield and the weight of a tuber was more remarkable in the red than in the white with delaying seeding date. The tuber yield was positively correlated with the weight of a tuber and the dry top weight in the white, and with the number of tubers, the weight of a tuber, the dry top weight and the plant length in the red. The weight of a tuber had correlation with the dry top weight and the plant length in the both cultivars. There was no relation between the number of tubers and the other characters of the white.

      • 결함 허용성과 부하 균등화를 위한 프로세스 스케쥴러 연구

        A Process Scheduler is designed for load balancing under normal state and for load redistribution under failure in a fail-soft distributed system. The proposed load redistribution algorithm is that if any soft-fault occurs in the local nodes, all the processes in the queue of the failed processor and all incoming processes the failed processor are automatically rescheduled by a certain policy in which we determine to buffer them in the current node or to transfer them to another underloaded node considering criticality and service time of the fault. The proposed load balancing algorthm enhances Soh's model(ESM). Our algorithm eliminates the problems of conventional algorithm which has load tables in each processor. This model provided us with several advantages such as reliability, availability and fault-tolerance.

      • 광산 폐석의 알칼리 반응성에 대한 광물.암석학적 연구

        석회암을 이용한 골재의 알칼리 반응성을 측정하기 위하여 한국공업규격의 표준시험 방법에 의한 팽창성을 측정하였다. 기존의 연구결과에 의하면 특히 백운석을 포함하는 석회암의 경우 골재-알칼리 반응이 상당한 것으로 알려지고 있으나, 본 연구에 사용된 석회암 시료의 경우는 알칼리 반응성이 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 역학적 특성의 결과도 매우 양호하며 골재로서의 활용성이 충분한 것으로 판단된다. An experimental program was undertaken to investigate the alkali-aggregate reaction of limestone aggregates, following the standard testing method for potential alkali reactivity of carbonate rocks for concrete aggregates. It is generally known tat dolomitic limestones may exhibit high potential of alkali-aggregate reaction. However, the limestone samples employed in this study showed negligible effect of the alkali reaction, even with substantial dolomite content. It is also concluded that the mechanical properties of the limestone aggregates are adaptable for concrete aggregates

      • 都心地 發破에서의 地盤振動 測定에 關한 硏究

        The blast vibrations were measured from 10 places through Seoul subway area to study their effects on the structures and to establish the safe blasting limits. For purpose of the present study, particle velocity only was recorded and analyzed, because it correlated most directly with damage. The results are as follows: (1) The proagation equation, V=K(D/W1/3)-n was obtained. Typical values could be found for n range from 1.7 to 1.5 and for k range from 48 to 138. (2) From the relationship between schmidt hammer rebound hardness and uniaxial compressive strength, Sc=0.514×(S.H)0.23, the compressive strength at any area can be assumed. (3) The use of AN-FO and other explosives with low detonation pressure may reduce vibration levels generated.

      • 春·秋二期作 감자의 品種別 年差間 生育 및 收量特性의 變化

        Abstract This study was conducted to determine the recommendable potato cultivar for spring and fall cropping using 7 cultivars containing Dejma in Chejudo from May, 1997 to November, 1998. The emergence rate in 1997 was higher than in 1998. There was no difference between cultivars in spring cropping, but the rate in Dejima, Gosi 2, and Gosi 5 were great in fall cropping. Significant differences between cultivars were found in the stem length and the number of stems per plant in spring and fall cropping. The stem of Dejima in sping and that of Gosi 3 in fall were long. The number of stems was large in Gosi 4 in spring and in Gosi 2 in fall. The number of tubers per plant in Gosi 4 was large in spring and fall cropping, but this resulted in light tuber and low rate of marketable yield. The number of tubers and the average tuber weight were great in Dejima, Gosi 1, Gosi 2, and Gosi 5. There was no significant difference between cultivars in the specific gravity of tuber. A difference between cultivars in the marketable yield was found in spring and fall cropping, but not in total yield. The Marketable yield of Gosi 1, Gosi 2, and Gosi 5 were greater than Dejima, but the dehiscent tubers in. Gosi 5 resulted in low marketability. As a result, the recommendable Cultivars in Cheju-do were Gosi 1, and Gosi 2 for spring and fall croppin.

        This study was conducted to make clear the environmental variation of leaf, branch and fruit characters and the relationships between them in Citus unshiu Mar var. poraecox Tanaka planted on the citrus orchard of Cheju university The results obtained are summarized as follows; The total fruit weight per branch had a high coefficient of variability but there were low C. V. in the fruit length, the fruit diameter, the number of segments and the soluble solid. The number of flowers was highly correlated with the numbers of old leaves and the branch nodes. and not with the other characters The soluble solid and the number of fruits per branch had significant correlations with the branch diameter. The total and the average weights of fruits were highly correlated with all of the leaf and the branch characters, that is. increasing the leaf and the branch characters exerted a effect on the citrus yield.

        This Study was conducted to clarify the selection criteria in Centella asiatica collected in Cheju-do. Clone No. 16, No. 26 and No. 29 of 30 clones were desirable in shoot weight and other agronomic characters. The heritabilities for shoot weight, leaf length and leaf width were high, but those for the number of stems and the number of new shoots low. Genotypic and phenotypic correlation coefficients between leaf width and leaf length, between shoot weight and leaf width, between shoot weight and leaf length, and between shoot weight and the number of new shoots showed high positive value. There were significant environmental correlations between leaf length and leaf width, between petiole length and internode length, between shoot weight and leaf width, between shoot weight and leaf length, and between shoot weight and the number of new shoots. As a result, leaf width and leaf length were high in heritabilities and were highly correlated with shoot weight in genetics, so it was thought that these characters were useful selection criteria for shoot weight.
