        The low-cycle fatigue performance and fracture of the P/M Ti-Fe-Mo-Al-Nd Alloys after sintering and forging have been studied. The linear regression equation of low-cycle fatigue lifetime has been obtained; the fatigue performances are objected under two different conditions. The fatigue fracture surface is analyzed by SEM. The low-cycle fatigue behavior of the P/M titanium alloy has been discussed.

        Applications of Bacterial Cellulose-Based Composite Materials in Hard Tissue Regenerative Medicine

        BACKGROUND: Cartilage, bone, and teeth, as the three primary hard tissues in the human body, have a significant application value in maintaining physical and mental health. Since the development of bacterial cellulose-based composite materials with excellent biomechanical strength and good biocompatibility, bacterial cellulose-based composites have been widely studied in hard tissue regenerative medicine. This paper provides an overview of the advantages of bacterial cellulose-based for hard tissue regeneration and reviews the recent progress in the preparation and research of bacterial cellulose-based composites in maxillofacial cartilage, dentistry, and bone. METHOD: A systematic review was performed by searching the PubMed and Web of Science databases using selected keywords and Medical Subject Headings search terms. RESULTS: Ideal hard tissue regenerative medicine materials should be biocompatible, biodegradable, non-toxic, easy to use, and not burdensome to the human body; In addition, they should have good plasticity and processability and can be prepared into materials of different shapes; In addition, it should have good biological activity, promoting cell proliferation and regeneration. Bacterial cellulose materials have corresponding advantages and disadvantages due to their inherent properties. However, after being combined with other materials (natural/ synthetic materials) to form composite materials, they basically meet the requirements of hard tissue regenerative medicine materials. We believe that it is worth being widely promoted in clinical applications in the future. CONCLUSION: Bacterial cellulose-based composites hold great promise for clinical applications in hard tissue engineering. However, there are still several challenges that need to be addressed. Further research is needed to incorporate multiple disciplines and advance biological tissue engineering techniques. By enhancing the adhesion of materials to osteoblasts, providing cell stress stimulation through materials, and introducing controlled release systems into matrix materials, the practical application of bacterial cellulose-based composites in clinical settings will become more feasible in the near future.

      • Comparing the Performance of the Ad Hoc Network under Attacks on Different Routing Protocol

        Ad Hoc network is a multi-hop temporary communication network of mobile nodes equipped with wireless transmitters and receivers without the aid of any current network infrastructure. [1] Due to lack of infrastructure support, security problem in these networks is a challenging issue. There exist previous work that studied the performance of the network under different types of security attacks. In this paper, complementary research by providing more realistic network scenarios such as various protocol used in the network is made. We consider two common types of attacks, black hole attack and gray hole attack, based on both AODV and DSR protocol respectively. We study the performance of the network in different number of malicious nodes and on different protocol via observing the metrics of a connection such as packet delivery ratio, throughput and end-to-end delay. The simulation result shows that the performance of the network based on both routing protocol is similar. It is should be noticed that the end-to-end delay is different in two routing network. The results enable us to put forward some suggestions to minimize the impacts of the above types of attacks in Ad Hoc network.

        Re-entrant relaxor ferroelectricity of methylammonium lead iodide

        We have performed a piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM) study on methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) thin films in normal (non-resonance, non-band-excitation) contact mode. In contrast to the ferroelectric Pb0.76Ca0.24TiO3 (PCT) control sample, a typical ferroelectric response was not observed. However, a nonlinear electric field dependence of the local PFM amplitude was found in MAPbI3, similar to PCT. An analysis combining results on structure, dielectric dispersion, and weak ferroelectricity demonstrates that MAPbI3 is actually a re-entrant relaxor ferroelectric which, upon cooling, enters into a relaxor phase below its ferroelectric phase transition at ~327 K, due to the balance between the long range ferroelectric order and structural methylammonium group orientational disorder. The ferroelectricity at room temperature is compromised due to the re-entrant relaxor behavior, causing the poor polarization retention or weak ferroelectricity. Our findings essentially conciliate the conflicting experimental results on MAPbI3's ferroelectricity and are beneficial both for basic understanding as well as for device applications.

      • A New Authentication Solution for Prevention of Some Typical Attacks in Ad Hoc Network

        Ad Hoc network is a multi-hop temporary communication network of mobile nodes. Because the lack of infrastructure support in Ad Hoc network, some attacks are more serious than in other type of networks. [1] Therefore security problem in this type of network is a challenging issue. To against the attacks which threat seriously security of Ad Hoc network, a new authentication scheme is proposed. The proposed solution involves three main stages: intermediate nodes pre-authenticating stage, common key ki between n0 and ni negotiating stage and authentication during all routing phases. At the same time, the network simulation of the proposed solution is conducted. The simulation result shows that the proposed solution effectively resists the attacks mentioned above. Meanwhile, the negative affection to the performance of network, such as delay and overheads, is tolerable according to the simulative result. The research in this paper enable us to put forward a reasonable authentication solution during all phases.

        명품 구매동기와 구매의도의 관계를 매개하는 의례화에 관한 연구

        오늘날 세계 명품시장의 성장이 둔화되는 반면 중국 명품시장은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 중국에서는 20-30대 소비자층이 높은 소비성향을 보이며 명품시장을 이끌고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중국의 20-30대 소비자를 대상으로 명품에 대한 구매동기 및 구매의도의 영향을 살펴보았고, 상징적 소비를 이해하기 위해 의례화의 개념을 제시하여 소비자들이 명품을 사용하는 상황에서 나타나는 의례행동과 소비행동의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 구매동기는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 의례화 성향은 구매동기와 구매의도의 간에 매개효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 사회적 동기인 소속감은 완전매개효과, 개인적 동기인 브랜드파워는 부분매개효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 명품에 대한 구매동기와 구매의도 관계에서 체면민감성의 조절효과는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상징적인 소비에 초점을 맞추어 중국 소비자의 명품 사용은 메시지나 의미를 전달하는 행위로서, 이것이 향후 구매행동에 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시한 것에 의미를 둔다. While the growth of global luxury market is slowing down, the luxury market in China continues to increase. The consumers in their 20s and 30s in China are likely to consume luxury goods and lead the luxury market. This study explores consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, and examines the relationship between purchase motivation and purchase intention of luxury goods. To understand symbolic consumption, this study presents a concept of ritualization and explore the relationship between ritualization and consumer behavior in the situation of using luxury goods. As a result, purchase motivation had a positive effect on purchase intention of luxury goods. The mediating effect of ritualization between purchase motivations and purchase intention of luxury goods was found significant. Purchase motivation was divided into social and personal motivations. Ritualization found fully mediating between social motivation and purchase intention while partly mediating between personal motivation and purchase intention. Lastly, the moderating effect of social-face sensitivity has no significant effect on the relationship between purchase motivation and purchase intention.

        Deep sequencing reveals microRNA signature is altered in the rat epididymis following bilateral castration

        Background In the epididymis of bilateral castrated male rat, gene expression profile changed significantly. However, up to date, no study has investigated how these genes were regulated by microRNAs (miRNAs). Objective We investigated the alterations in the miRNA signature of the epididymis from sham-operated and bilaterally castrated rats. Methods By employing deep sequencing technology and qPCR, the global alterations of epididymal miRNA signature between sham-operated (Con-EP library) and bilaterally castrated rats (Cas-EP library) were explored. MiRNA-target interaction networks were annotated by GO and KEGG enrichment. Results We identified 313 and 306 known miRNAs as well as 152 and 114 novel miRNAs in the Con-EP and Cas-EP libraries, respectively. 59 miRNAs were differentially expressed, including 24 up-regulated and 35 down-regulated miRNAs, among which two up-regulated and three down-regulated ones were validated using qPCR. The expression of these miRNAs in the epididymides of rats at different postnatal ages showed regular changes from birth to adult, suggesting they were androgen-regulated. GO analysis showed that many of the miRNA targets were enriched in metabolic processes. KEGG analysis demonstrated that the targets mainly participated in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. Moreover, 3 and 6 functional modules were detected among the up- and down-regulated miRNA target interaction networks, respectively, and these modules were involved in various biological processes. Conclusion This study represents the first systematic investigation of alterations in the miRNA signature of the epididymis from bilaterally castrated rats and will provide useful resources for functional studies of the miRNAs in the male reproductive system.

      • Industries TFP and Environmental Regulation Cost Analysis Using Malmquist Luenberger

        Environmental problem is a worldwide focus, so is the effect of environmental regulation on economy. In this paper, we constructed a model including energy consumption and integrated pollutant emissions of "Three wastes" as "bad" output. This studyr used Malmquist –Luenberger based on directional distance function to measure TFP and environmental regulation cost of Chinese 36 industries from 2001 to 2010. The result was that: From the overall analysis, the TFP was lower after considering the environmental regulation. Technological progress was the main driver of productivity growth. Environmental regulation brought about a certain cost; from the industry analysis, Difference of TFP growth and the cost of environmental regulation existed among different industries. The monopoly and heavy industries were the focus in the industry; from the annual analysis, TFP increased during "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, mainly drived by technological progress.
