A STUDY AND DESIGN OF KNOWLEDGE BASE MACHINE KBM91
Hai, Zhang Xue,Tuian, Cheng,Shun, Guo Fu,Hong, Liao Ming,Li, Xu Chuan,Ui, Liu Wang 대한전자공학회 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1
Parallel match is an important concept for the parallel processing of the production system(PS). Considing the PS as a kernel of deduction knowledge, this paper presents a prototype of knowledge-based machine-KBM91 composed of the host-slave machine. The aim is to solve the match bottleneck problem of the PS. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the designing thought, the working process and the architecture of KBM91, and proposes a new kind of knowledge-based language(KBL) which has been realized at present.
Electronic Structures and Optical Properties of CuSCN with Cu Vacancies
Wei Jin,Guo-Qing Yue,Fu-Shun Ke,Song Wu,Hai-Bin Zhao,Liang-Yao Chen,Song-You Wang,Yu Jia 한국물리학회 2012 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.60 No.8
Based on density functional theory (DFT) within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) using the CASTEP code, we calculated the formation energy of a Cu vacancy, as well as the band structure and the optical properties of β-CuSCN with Cu vacancies. Removal a Cu atom from the 32-site and the 72-site supercell results in an enlargement of the band-gap and a slight relaxation in the lattice parameter. An accepter level above the valence band maximum is observed in the 32-site supercell with a Cu vacancy, which results in the onset of a small absorption pre-peak at 0.65 eV.

Three types of ternary low-platinum nanocatalysts, alloy PdPtIr/C, core–shell PdPt@PtIr/C and Pd@PtIr/C, have been prepared, and their catalytic behaviors toward methanol oxidation reaction (MOR)/oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) are comparatively investigated via cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry analysis in an acidic medium. Through a two-step colloidal technique, the synthesized core–shell structured catalyst PtPd@PtIr/C with alloy core and alloy shell show the best catalytic activity toward MOR and the best poisoning tolerance. The alloy PdPtIr/C catalyst prepared via a one-step colloidal technique exhibits the best performance toward ORR among the three catalysts. All the three catalysts are characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other characterization techniques.
Two new sesquiterpenoids from endophytic fungus J3 isolated from Mangrove Plant Ceriops tagal

Two new sesquiterpenoids, named 2a-hydroxyxylaranolB (1) and 4b-hydroxyxylaranol B (2), togetherwith a known diterpenoid 3,4-seco-sonderianol (3) wereisolated from the fermentation of endophytic fungus J3 ofCeriops tagal. Their structures were elucidated based onspectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR(HMQC, 1H-1H COSY and HMBC). All compounds wereevaluated for their cytotoxic activities by MTT method, and compound 3 exhibited cytotoxic activities againstK562, SGC-7901, and BEL-7402 cell lines.

Two new isostructural dinuclear complexes, Ln2(4-cpa)6(bpy)2 (Ln = Eu (1); Tb (2), 4-cpa = 4-chlorophenylacetate, bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), powder X-ray diffraction and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The lanthanide ions are bridged by two bidentate and two terdentate carboxylate groups to give centrosymmetric dimers with Ln···Ln separations of 3.967(2) and 3.956(3) Å, respectively. Each metal atom is nine-coordinate and exhibits a distorted tricapped trigonal prismatic geometry. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra show that both 1 and 2 emit bright red and green luminescence at room temperature, with long lifetimes of up to 0.369 ms (at 614 nm) and 0.432 ms (at 543 nm), respectively. Moreover, poor luminescence efficiency has been noted for complex 2. The 4-Hcpa ligand and complexes 1-2 have been screened for their phytogrowthinhibitory activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli L., and the results are compared with the activity of quizalofop-P-ethyl.

4-Hydroxynonenal (4-HNE) is a stable end product of lipid peroxidation, which has been shown to play an important role in cell signal transduction, while increasing cell growth and differentiation. 4-HNE could inhibit phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) activity in hepatocytes and increased levels have been found in human invasive breast cancer. Here we report that 4-HNE increased the cell growth of breast cancer cells as revealed by colony formation assay. Moreover, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression was elevated, while protein levels of hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-$1{\alpha}$) were up-regulated. Sirtuin-3 (SIRT3), a major mitochondria NAD+-dependent deacetylase, is reported to destabilize HIF-$1{\alpha}$. Here, 4-HNE could inhibit the deacetylase activity of SIRT3 by thiol-specific modification. We further demonstrated that the regulation by 4-HNE of levels of HIF-$1{\alpha}$ and VEGF depends on SIRT3. Consistent with this, 4-HNE could not increase the cell growth in SIRT3 knockdown breast cancer cells. Additionally, 4-HNE promoted angiogenesis and invasion of breast cancer cells in a SIRT3-dependent manner. In conclusion, we propose that 4-HNE promotes growth, invasion and angiogenesis of breast cancer cells through the SIRT3-HIF-$1{\alpha}$-VEGF axis.
