        High expression of keratin 6C is associated with poor prognosis and accelerates cancer proliferation and migration by modulating epithelial–mesenchymal transition in lung adenocarcinoma

        Background Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a more frequent subtype of lung cancer and most cases are discovered in the late stages. The proliferation and metastasis of LUAD are pivotal for disease progression. Despite unremitting deeper understanding of LUAD biology, the mechanisms involved in the proliferation and metastasis of LUAD remain unclear. The objective of our article was to inquiry the expression and the function of keratin 6C (KRT6C) in LUAD cells. Methods First, the expression level and prognostic value of KRT6C in LUAD tissues were analyzed on the basis of the data acquired from TCGA database. Through qRT-PCR, the expression level of KRT6C on LUAD cell lines (A549, H1299, PC-9) and human normal lung cell line MRC-5 was tested. After that, CCK8 and colony formation assays was utilized to detect cell proliferation. In addition, to explore the influence of KRT6C on LUAD migration and invasion ability, scratch wound healing and transwell assays were utilized. Through western blotting, the protein expression levels of KRT6C, PCNA, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Snail and Vimentin were detected. Results The outcomes revealed that KRT6C was highly expressed in LUAD tissues and cell lines. Besides, elevated level of KRT6C was related to worse prognosis in LUAD patients. Ablation of KRT6C restrained proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 cells. KRT6C deficiency augmented the expression of E-cadherin as well as reduced the expression of N-cadherin, Snail and Vimentin. Conclusion Above all, these consequences indicated that depletion of KRT6C suppressed A549 cell proliferation, migration and invasion, which might be achieved by regulating EMT. In general, KRT6C is identified as a potential therapeutic target for LUAD.

      • 출력 피이드백 제어 시스템의 적응 관측기-제어기 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 비모형화 특성과 외란이 존재하는 비선형 시스템에 대해 적응 백스테핑 기법을 이용해 강인한 적응 제어기를 설계한다. 특히, 제어기와 식별기 설계에 있어서는 tuning function과 modular기법을 적용한 백스테핑 기법을 사용한다. Tuning function 기법을 사용하면 overparameterization이 사라지게 된다. Modular 기법에서는 식별기 설계시 관측 오차의 유계성을 보장하는 Observer-Based Scheme과 Swapping-Based Scheme에 기초를 두고 있다 적응칙을 설계하기 위해 Switching- σ modification을 사용하고 비선형 시스템에 대한 비모형화 특성과 외란의 영향을 줄이기 위해서 제어칙을 수정한다. In this paper, we present a robust adaptive backstepping output feedback controller for nonlinear systems perturbed by unmodelled dynamics and disturbances. Especially, backstepping technique with tuning function and modular approach is used to design controller and identifier. The tuning function design procedure eliminates overparameterization. In modular design, the design of identifier is based on the observer-based scheme which possesses a strict passivity property of observer error system and on the swapping-based scheme. We use Switching- σ modification" at the update law and the modify control law to attenuate the effects of unmodelled dynamics and disturbances for nonlinear systems.

      • 백스테핑 방법을 이용한 TORA시스템 추종제어기 설계

        본 논문에서는 TORA 시스템에 대한 안정도를 확인하고 백스테핑 방법을 이용해 제어기를설계하였다. 제어기를 설계하는 방법은 임의의 기준 입력을 통하여 안정화 함수를 구현하고, 이를 통한 가상입력을 순차적으로 구하였다. 이러한 가상 입력을 통하여 리아프노프 안정도를 만족시키는 백스테핑 제어기를 설계하고 이 제어기를 이용해 카트의 위치와 질량체의 위치각을 추종하였다. 또 제어기를 설계하는 방법에 있어 리아프노프 함수에 기존의 지수함수 대신 삼각함수를 포함시켜 시스템이 갖게 되는 와인딩 문제를 해결하였다. 이런 방법으로 설계된 제어기와 오차변수와 안정화함수를 다르게 선택해서 설계한 제어기를 갖고 모의실험에서 각 제어기의 응답을 비교하여 백스테핑 기법으로 같은 응답을 갖는 다른 제어기를 설계할 수 있음을 보였다. In this paper, we use the backstepping method to design active controllers for tracking the TORA system. This problem is much more challenging than stabilization. We show that the control effort of the closed-loop system can be significantly improved by exploiting the backstepping design. We track the position of the cart and the angle of the mass using the controller designed by the proposed backstepping method. Thus, to solve the winding problem, we exchange a quadratic term into a trigonometric term in the Lyapunov function. We can see the flexibility of the backstepping by means of the controller designed by using the different error variable and stabilizing function.

      • 3-Phenyl-1-(2-furyl)propenone의 반응에 관한 이론적 연구

        3-Phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone Was prepared by the condensation reactions of acetylfuran with benzaldehyde. The reactivity of 3-phenyl-l- (2-furyl) propenone has been studied by CNDO calculation for electrostatic potential energy surface, electric charge, geometric parameters in the molecular system. The calculated electric charge of b-carbon of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone is positive (0.055). The change in the electronic spectra of 3-phenyl-l- (2-furyl) propenone appear isosbestic point for hydrolysis. The nucleophilic adduct which was prepared by the reaction of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone was 3-phenyl-l- (2-furyl) -3-thiophenylpropanone. From the results, the reaction mechanism was proposed 1,4-Michael type addition reaction of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone with nucleophile.

        In order to figure out of Meat Beef cooking condition, Grilled Meat Beef method and Roast Meat Beef method were selected. Through those methods, Roasting in the oven was better than grilling method. The hardness and softness of Meat Beef was satisfied with taste and color. The sauce is very important on the Meat Beaf cooking, because of controlling acidity for meat.

      • 비모형화 특성 및 외란을 갖는 비선형 시스템에 대한 강인한 적응 제어기 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper we present a robust adaptive backstepping output-feedback controller for nonlinear systems perturbed by unmodelled dynamics and disturbances. The adaptive backstepping controller has been extremely successful in the last several years for nominal nonlinear and linear systems. However, the systems perturbed by unmodelled dynamics and disturbances have not been well studied in case of the adaptive backstepping controller. We will use "Switching-σ Modification" in the update law which has been used in the conventional robust adaptive controller and a modified control law to attenuate the effects of unmodelled dynamics and disturbances for nonlinear systems. The plant dynamics that ale represented by an output-feedback form will be transformed to the adaptive observer form by the recently developed Marino-Tomei (MT) filter. We analyze convergence, stability and transient characteristics of the resulting closed-loop system. The feasibility of the proposed controller and its performance are demonstrated by some suitable simulations.

        저자들은 척수압박으로 하지마비를 보인 환자에서 수술 후에 급성 백혈병에 동반된 과립구성 육종으로 진단된 환자 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Granulocytic sarcoma(GS) is an uncommon tumor composed of immature cells of the granulocytic series. Most case of GS occur in the course of acute leukemia and the blast crisis of chronic leukemia, Rarely, however, it may present before leukemia becomes clinically apparent. It may also occur in patients with myeloproliferative disoders. GS has been reported that it occurs in 3% to 9% of patients with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) and the incidence of GS is reported to be higher in patients with t(8;21). GS occurs relatively commonly in africa and has been reported to affect 10-25% of black children presenting with AML. This is very rare case of granulocytic sarcoma with AML(FAB M5) presented with spinal cord compression which was supported by decompression laminectomy.

      • Updated Assessment of the Association of the XRCC1 Arg399Gln Polymorphism with Lung Cancer Risk in the Chinese Population

        Background: Published studies have reported relationships between X-ray repair cross-complementing group 1 (XRCC1) Arg399Gln polymorphism and lung cancer risk in Chinese population. However, the epidemiological results remained controversial. The objective of this study was to clarify the association of XRCC1 Arg399Gln polymorphism with lung cancer risk in the Chinese population. Materials and Methods: Systematic searches were performed through the database of Medline/Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI and WanFang Medical Online. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated to estimate the strength of the association. Results: Overall, we observed an increased lung cancer risk among subjects carrying XRCC1 codon 399 Gln/Gln genotype (OR=1.36, 95%CI: 1.09-1.71) in the Chinese population on the basis of 19 studies with 5,416 cases and 5,782 controls. We did not observe any association between XRCC1 codon 399 Arg/Gln and Arg/Gln+Gln/Gln polymorphisms and lung cancer risk (OR=1.00, 95%CI: 0.92-1.08 and OR=1.05, 95%CI: 0.97-1.13, respectively). Limiting the analysis to studies with controls in agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE), we observed an increased lung cancer risk among subjects carrying XRCC1 codon 399 Gln/Gln genotype (OR=1.18, 95%CI: 1.01-1.38). When stratified by source of control, we observed an increased lung cancer risk among subjects carrying XRCC1 codon 399 Arg/Gln+Gln/Gln genotype on the basis of hospitalized patient-based controls (OR=1.21, 95%CI: 1.04-1.42) and among subjects carrying XRCC1 codon 399 Gln/Gln genotype on the basis of healthy subject-based controls (OR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.04-1.43). Conclusions: Our findings indicated that certain XRCC1 Arg399Gln variants might affect the susceptibility of lung cancer in Chinese population. Larger sample size studies are required to confirm our findings.

      • Increased Sister Chromatid Exchange in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes from Humans Exposed to Pesticide: Evidence Based on a Meta-analysis

        Background: Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) in human peripheral blood lymphocytes is one of the most extensively studied biomarkers employed to evaluate genetic damage subsequent to pesticide exposure. Objective: To estimate the pooled levels of SCE in human peripheral blood lymphocytes among population exposed to pesticide. Materials and Methods: Meta-analysis on the association between SCE frequency and pesticide exposure was performed with STATA 10.0 software package and Review Manager 5.0.24 in this study. Results: The overall means of SCE were 7.88 [95% confidence intervals (95%CI): 6.71-9.04] for exposure group and 6.05 (95%CI: 5.13-6.95) for controls, respectively. There was statistically significant difference in the SCE frequency in human peripheral blood lymphocytes between pesticide-exposed groups and control groups, and the summary estimate of weighted mean difference was 1.69 (95%CI: 1.01-2.38). We also observed that pesticide-exposed population had significantly higher SCE frequency than control groups among smokers, nonsmokers, pesticide applicator, pesticide producer, other exposure population and Asian population in stratified analyses. Conclusions: Data indicate that the SCE frequency in human peripheral blood lymphocytes might be an indicator of early genetic esffects for pesticide-exposed populations.

        중국 물류산업의 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 물류산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고 지속적인 성장을 추구하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 중국 통계총국의 2010년, 2013년에 각각 발행한 2007년, 2010년 산업연관표를 이용하여 기본분류인 42개 산업 중 교통 운송 및 창고업을 물류산업으로 분류하고 이에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 첫째, 중국 물류산업의 생산유발계수의 열 합계는 2007년 2.6011에서 2010년 2.8279로, 행 합계는 4.2898에서 4.8292로 증가하였다. 둘째, 중국 물류산업의 감응도계수를 보면 2007년 1,4448에서 2010년 1.5936으로, 영향력 계수는 0.8760에서 0.9332로 증가하였다. 셋째, 중국 물류산업의 소득유발계수는 2007년 0.2928에서 2010년 0.3949로, 생산세 유발계수는 0.1344에서 0.1528로, 부가가치유발계수는 1.000에서 1.0040로 증가하였다. 끝으로,물류산업 산업의 부가가치유발액은 2007년 100.3조 위안에서 2010년 총 34.2조 위안으로 1/3로 감소하였으며, 물류산업의 총부가가치유발액 비중은 3.5%에서 4.7%로 다소 증가하였다. 또한 소득유발효과는 2007년 12.8조 위안에서 2010년 15.2조 위안으로 증가하였으며, 반면에 생산세유발액은 2007년 33.8조 위안에서 2010년 약 5.4조 위안으로 감소하였다. This research focuses on Chinese logistics status and achieves a goal of pursuing sustainable development. Using inter-industry relation table of 2007, 2010 published by national bureau of statistics of China in 2010, 2013, classified traffic transportation and warehousing as a logistics industry among 42 basic classification, and analyzed economic ripple effects. According to the analysis result, first of all, Chinese logistics industry s production inducement coefficient has increased from 2.6011 in 2007 to 2.8279 in 2010 by total columns and from 4.2898 to 4.8292 by total rows. Secondly, Chinese logistics industry s sensitivity coefficient has increased from 14,448 in 2007 to 15,936 in 2010, and impact factor has increased from 0.8760 to 0.9332. Thirdly, Chinese logistics industry s income induction coefficient has increased from 0.2928 in 2007 to 0.3949 in 2010, production tax induction coefficient from 0.1344 to 0.1528, and value added inducement coefficients from 1.000 to 1.0040.Lastly, in 2010, assume that infuse final demand of Chinese logistics industry 0.6 trillion RMB into Chinese economy, and it induces total amount of production inducement 94.4 trillion RMB from whole industries. Among these, logistics industry takes portion of 3.7 trillion RMB and 3.9%. Also, logistics industry s amount of value added inducement has declined from 100.3 trillion RMB in 2007 to 34.2 trillion RMB in 2010 dropped by third. However, logistics industry s total amount of value added inducement portion has somewhat increased from 3.5% to 4.7%. Income inducement has increased from 12.8 trillion RMB in 2007 to 15.2 trillion RMB in 2010 as well. On the other hand, effect on production inducement has decreased from 33.8 trillion RMB in 2007 to 5.4 trillion RMB in 2010.
