Present paper aims at the correlation of modal characteristics of folding fin between test and analysis using an optimization theory. Folding fin is composed of a movable fin, a base fin, and many functional components related to the folding mechanism. Joint parts of folding fin in FEM are initially modeled as rigid elements resulting some difference between test and analysis in modal characteristics. Therefore, some equivalent springs representing joint parts are introduced to improve the FEM model. The springs were set as design variables, while the frequency difference between test and analysis was set as the object function. Bayesian procedure was ujsed for the minimization.
Al₂O₃의 탄성상수 및 Raman진동수의 격자동역학적 Model 계산

A lattice-dynamical model calculation is attempted for corundum-structured Al₂O₃ in the long wavelength limit based on the rigid-ion approximation. Explicit expressions for the external and internal-strain contributions to the elastic constants and for the frequencies of Roman-active modes are derived in terms of the model parameters. The parameters of the model include an effective ionic charge and the short-range force constants associated with two-body central and three-body bond-bending interactions. The nonlinear least-squares-fit of the model to the experimental elastic and Raman data for Al₂O₃shows excellent agreement between the experimental and calculated values.
틈새가 존재하는 이종강 레이저 용접부의 열유동에 관한연구

A welding structures is generally composed of dissimilar steel materials in order to reduce weight cost, and has a gap to fill the welding agent. Also, heat flow analysis should be fulfilled for structure existing of gap to figure out residual stress which is generated after welding. Since mechanical properties of welding structure composed of dissimilar steel is more fragile than mechanical properties of welding structure consisted of same material, heat flow analysis verifying this should be fulfilled as well. Therefore, on this research, heat flow analysis about dissimilar steel weldment consisted of gap existing AISI304 and AISI630 is practiced so that it could be a basic data of research about mechanical properties of gap existing dissimilar steel welding part which is going to be studied later on. During heat flow analysis, heat input model which based on Gaussian profile and using volume heat flux was newly consisted and applied. In addition, for verifying of analysis on this research, gap existing dissimilar steel weldment which had gap of 0.25mm and was welded using Nd-YAG. The welding profile and temperature distribution for weldment during welding was compared to the result which was gotten through heat flow analysis. Both of those results corresponded each other.

The Sr(S,Se) : Ce,Cl thin film EL devices, with the double insulating layer structure and S:Se mole ratio of 1:9, are fabricated by co-evaporation of the SrS:CeCl₃powder and elemental Se. The EL spectra of this device show the blue emission band centered at 470nm. The capacitances of the insulating layer and active layer, measured using the Sawyer-Tower circuit, are 16.9nF and 11.4nF, respectively, and the characteristic constant is 1.56. The luminance and efficiency of the thin film EL devices fabricated in this study are found to be 14.46cd/㎡ (at 1kHz, 170V) and 0.01 lm/W, respectively.
Al/Ta₂O/SiO₂/p-Si capacitor의 전기적 특성

Thin films of ????? are deposited on p-type Si substrate by RF reactive sputtering method and are subsequently annealed in O₂ambient for 1 hour at 400℃. The measured index of refraction of ????? is found to decrease upon annealing indicating improved stoichiometry, which is in agreement with the results of AES analysis. The electrical characteristics of the as-deposited and annealed Al/?????/ SiO₂/p-Si are investigated. It is found from C-V measurements that, upon annealing, the flat-band voltage shifts to a more positive value resulting in a decrease in the effective charge to a negative value. Also the hysteresis in the C-V curve is almost removed by annealing. The I-V characteristics under reverse bias shows the Poole-Frenkel conduction mechanism in the lower applied field and current saturation due to depletion in the higher field range. The leakage current density is found to decrease upon annealing. The changes in these electrica1 characteristics upon annealing can be accounted for as being primarily due to the decrease in oxygen deficiency of ?????.

본 연구는 틈새가 존재하는 레이저 용접부의 피로특성에 관한 연구로써 틈새가 존재하는 용접시편을 제작하여 피로시험을 통해 틈새 크기에 대한 피로수명을 분석하였다. 틈새 시편은 0.06, 0.12, 0.20㎜에 대해 각각 제작하였으며, 용접은 ND-YAG 용접기를 사용하여 수행하였다. 피로시험은 6가지 하중 조건에 대해 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 S-N선도로 작성하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 각 틈새 조건에 대해 고주기(high cycle)와 저주기(low cycle)에서 피로특성이 차이가 발생하였으며, 이 결과는 틈새 크기를 고려한 구조물 설계시 활용 가능하다고 판단된다.

In order to figure out of Meat Beef cooking condition, Grilled Meat Beef method and Roast Meat Beef method were selected. Through those methods, Roasting in the oven was better than grilling method. The hardness and softness of Meat Beef was satisfied with taste and color. The sauce is very important on the Meat Beaf cooking, because of controlling acidity for meat.

The stiffness of joint parts in the finite element beam model are corrected by the direct comparison between the modal test and analysis model. The corrected stiffness are reviewed according to the boundary conditions of modal testing. For the improved modal test/analysis correction, more modes measured than acceleration sensors are used to make a minimal order system model. In addition, the initial F.E. model is reduced to the degrees of freedom of a minimal order system model, keeping the dynamics of the initial model. Finally, for the parametric correction of the reduced model, the submatrices are used to model the initially assumed stiffness.

In order to model a connection part between a control fin and actuator, the related characteristics of a dynamic stiffness were extracted from experiments. These characteristics include the static stiffness of a control fin and the dynamic stiffness of an actuator, so they are called the mixed dynamic stiffness here. This mixed dynamic stiffness is used as the boundary condition of a control fin connected to an actuator when the flutter characteristics are analyzed. The simulated stiffness of an actuator is corrected from the experiment results and the mixed dynamic is finally formulated in the domain of frequencies.
