In this paper, a novel scheme, directly using the PID-type fuzzy-neural network logic system as a controller, is proposed for the control of a class of nonlinear dynamical systems. The advantage of the proposed control method is simple to design a controller for unknown nonlinear systems because of learning ability. In order to verify excellent control performances of the proposed control method, we compared with a general fuzzy-neural network control method with one link manipulator. The proposed control method has the very superior tracking characteristics.
두유 첨가에 따른 도토리식빵의 색도 및 조직감 특성 변화

The objective of this study was to prepare acorn bread added with soymilk in order to improve its quality and develop the best possible recipe. The loaf volume, color, texture and sensory evaluation of acorn bread added with soymilk 10~40% were measured during the storage period. The L-value significantly decreased upon addition of 40% soymilk. A-value increased, but b-value decreased. During the storage period, the L- and a- values increased except 2 days at room temperature and 7 days in a freezer, whereas b-value decreased. For textural measurement, hardness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness increased significantly upon addition of soymilk. However cohesiveness decreased for 2 days of storage, whereas gumminess and brittleness for 1 day of storage at room temperature. Freezer storage for 1 day reduced cohesiveness, and gumminess for 4 and 7 days, respectively, and brittleness after all storage periods. The sensory evaluation showed that acorn bread added with soymilk 20% produced the best results in color and taste. The bitter aftertaste increased according to addition of soymilk with lower scores. Softness, chewiness and overall preference decreased significantly. Therefore, 10% soymilk addition got the best scores in aftertaste, softness, chewiness and overall acceptances.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the clear concept of organizational commitment for effective nursing personnel management. Method: This study was conducted using Walker & Avant’s conceptual analysis framework(2005). Results: Organizational commitment was identified with six attributes: acknowledgment, acceptance, trust, sacrifice, attachment, regulation. Antecedents of organizational commitment were personal characteristics, perceived organizational support, empowerment, fair compensation, job satisfaction, job autonomy, organizational culture, and leadership. Consequences of organizational commitment were turnover intention, job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Organization commitment is a core concept for understanding the management of nursing personnel. Appropriate instruments to operationalize the concept of organizational commitment including six attributes need to be developed.
고온 이력을 받은 고강도 경량 콘크리트의물성 평가 및 잔존압축강도 추정방법 검토

본 연구는 압축강도 30, 60 MPa 급의 보통골재 및 경량골재 콘크리트를 대상으로 온도 및 재령별 압축강도 및초음파 속도를 평가하여 그 상관관계를 검토하였다. 보통골재 및 경량골재 콘크리트의 단위중량, 압축강도를 측정하여 역학적 특성을 평가하고 초음파 속도와 압축강도의 상관관계를 검토하였다. W/B 비율을 0.41 및 0.28로 설정하였으며 재령 1, 3, 7, 28, 56 및 91일에서 측정하였으며, 온도 23, 100, 200, 300, 500 및 700 ℃까지 분류하여 물성을평가하였다. 모든 시험체에서 재령에 따라 압축강도 및 초음파 속도가 증가하였고, 고온일수록 압축강도 및 초음파속도의 감소가 나타났다. 초음파 속도와 압축강도 상관관계 분석 결과 지수 함수 형태의 강도 예측식이 나타났으며,오차율 검정 결과 강도 예측식은 대체로 15% 이하의 오차율이 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. In this study, we evaluated the compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity based on the temperature and age of ordinaryaggregate and lightweight aggregate concrete (30 and 60 MPa) and examined their correlation. The unit weight andcompressive strength of ordinary aggregate and lightweight aggregate concrete were measured to evaluate the mechanicalproperties and examine the correlation between ultrasonic velocity and compressive strength. The W/B ratio was set at 0.41and 0.28, and measurements were made at 1, 3, 7, 28, 56, and 91 days. The physical properties were evaluated at 23, 100,200, 300, 500, and 700 ℃. In all test specimens, compressive strength and ultrasonic speed increased with age; and thehigher the temperature, the lower the compressive strength and ultrasonic speed. By analyzing the correlation betweenultrasonic velocity and compressive strength, a strength prediction equation in the form of an exponential function wasfound. Moreover, from the error rate test, we confirmed that the strength prediction equation generally had an error rateof 15% or less.

파인 세라믹의 분석을 위한 알칼리 용융법과 고압 산분해법의 비교 및 응용

난용성 신소재 중의 하나인 파인 세라믹의 분석을 위하여, 알칼리 용융법과 고압 산분해법 등의 시료 전처리법을 유도결합원자발광분석기(ICP-AES)를 이용하여 연구하였다. Al2O3 분말을 분석하여 본 결과, 고압 산분해법이 알칼리 용융법보다 재현성 있는 측정치를 얻을 수 있었다. SiC분말의 경우에서는 고압산분해법으로 처리한 후 Si매트릭스를 Si-F형태로 증발시켜서 분석하여 본 결과 분말 중의 ppm 농도 범위의 불순물들이 매트릭스에 의한 간섭없이 분석되었다. 일본 인증기준물인 JCRM022, JCRM023 초미립 분말을 고압 산분해법으로 분석하여 본 결과, 좋은 재현성과 높은 정확성을 나타내었다. For the analysis of fine ceramics, which is one of the new materials difficult to be dissolved, the methods of sample pretreatments such as alkali fusion and high pressure acid digestion were studied using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES). For the Al2O3 powder sample, the results from high pressure acid digestion method showed better reproducibility than those obtained by alkali fusion technique. In the case of the analysis of SiC powder using the former method, impurities of the powder in the range of ppm were determined without matrix interference by removing Si as Si-F volatilization. Japan Certified Reference Materials (JCRM022 and JCRM023) were analyzed by this method for ultra fine powder and the results showed high accuracy and good reproducibility.

In aqueous mixtures of cationic OTAC (octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) and anionic ADS (ammonium dodecyl sulfate) surfactants, mixed micelles were formed at low (< 0.2 wt %) total surfactant concentrations. For these mixtures mixed micelliza tion and interaction of surfactant molecules were examined. Mixed critical micelle concentration (CMC), thermodynamic potentials of micellization, and minimum area per surfactant molecule at the interface were obtained from surface tensiometry and electrical conductometry. The mixed micellar compositions and the estimation of interacting forces were determined on the basis of a regular solution model. The CMCs were reduced, although not substantial, and synergistic behavior of the ADS and OTAC in the mixed micelles was observed. The CMC reductions in this anionic/cationic system were comparable to those in nonionic/anionic surfactant systems. The interaction parameter $\beta$ of the regular solution model was estimated to be -5 and this negative value of $\beta$ indicated an overall attractive force in the mixed state.
