        This plan of rural housing-development is to present a new orientation for the residential culture that can meet the shifting demands of modern people as their attitudes toward naturalistic life. In this plan, sites of possible, a new housing complex is designed to supplement the site partition problem of existing housing complex by using attractiveness that the site has as a residence environment in housing planning. The conclusion can be summarized as follows. 1. Currently, most residential developments on slopes are planned with excessive slope cutting or filling on existing natural slopes rather than utilizing existing contours. In consideration of this, this proposed plan uses the existing contours of the slope to the maximum capacity in site planning. 2. The majority of the home site buyers are between the ages 30's to 50's of middle to high level incomes. Reflecting the financial needs of these families, home construction was planned by using building methods that require lower costs. 3. Reflected open-space furtherance maximum at design of community equipment for party's offer to sale in lots persons, from site purchase recognition of construction to in package sale in lots way select. 4. Considered to preserve existing natural-food life in way financial world stroke maximum, and accomplish creation with existing vegetation. Also, did planting considering privacy, and considered vegetation's environment adaptation degree because using midland style vegetation. 5. Garden wished to offer an opportunity that can make by oneself directly depending on each fondness and character to tenants. If is this intuition, wished to design, and maintained spur of housing development because housing development uses maximum natural history style comparing with other power jars all. Also, because considering people who move in housing-development, designed, and tried to make housing-development that want to live most offering the convenience.

        Many sensors such as a structured grid pattern generator, a laser, and CCD camera to information have been used, but most of algorithms for a calibration are inefficient memory and experiment data are required. In this paper, the calibration algorithm of a structured grid pattern based on triang is introduced to calculate 3D information in the real world. The beams generated from str pattern generator established horizontally with the CCD camera are projected on the calibr CCD camera observes the intersection plane of a light and an object plane. The 3D infor calculated using observed and calibration data. This proposed method in this paper has advantages such as a memory saving and an e experimental data since the 3D information are obtained simply triangulation method.

        The alkylation of 2-isopropyl naphthalene with isopropyl alcohol was studied over heteropoly acid catalyst supported on mesoporous material. The physicochemical state of loaded heteropoly acid was investigated using XRD, nitrogen adsorption and FT-IR techniques. Heteropoly acid was highly dispersed on the wall of mesoporous material, and retained its Br□nsted acidity. The initial conversion of 2-isopropyl naphthalene was high over the heteropoly acid catalyst supported on mesoporous material, while that was negligible over bulk heteropoly acid. The high selectivity for β,β - diisopropyl naphthalene was explained by the uniform mesopore inducing transition-state shape selectivity.

        So far, the common elasticity data of textile fabrics has not been present because the method depends on the knowledge of measurement operators. In this paper, the new measurement equipment using road cell is presented to measure the coefficient of textile fabrics in real time. The measurement method is based on the volt: among textile fabrics. The textiles with strong elasticity are high voltage produced from others are low. The presented method can be applied to visualize the textile, sew the cloth, contrc textile fabrics. Also, these measurement datum are used to B2B electronic trading system.

      • 지능형 통합 생산 물류 시스템의 동기화된 시스템 설계

        본 연구에서는 실제 기업을 대상으로 생산과 판매, 물류 각 단계의 동기화를 통하여 단계별로 발생하는 데이터를 실시간으로 공유하며, 적정재고 수준 설정으로 재고 유지 비용의 절감을 도모하여 궁극적으로는 생산 계획의 수립 시에서부터 물류 비용을 고려하여 전체 비용의 절감을 기대할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 과거 우리나라의 기업은 생산 부문의 합리화와 판매 부문에서의 이익 극대화에 힘입어 고도의 성장을 이루어왔으나 시장 환경의 변화와 시장 상황의 악화로 기업의 생존을 위해서는 원가 절감의 시대적 요구를 반영하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 본 연구의 대상이 되는 기업에서는 현재 부분적인 전산화가 업무별로 단편적으로 이루어지고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제품의 대외 경쟁력을 좌우하는 많은 요인들 중에서 원가 절감을 위한 지능형 통합 생산 물류 시스템을 제안하고, 제안된 시스템 모듈을 효과적으로 동기화하여 통합시키는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구의 제안 시스템은 실제 기업의 실정을 반영한 것으로 보다 현실적인 운용이 가능할 것이다.

        Rewiring FadR regulon for the selective production of ω-hydroxy palmitic acid from glucose in <i>Escherichia coli</i>

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>ω-Hydroxy palmitic acid (ω-HPA) is a valuable compound for an ingredient of artificially synthesized ceramides and an additive for lubricants and adhesives. Production of such a fatty acid derivative is limited by chemical catalysis, but plausible by biocatalysis. However, its low productivity issue, including formations of unsaturated fatty acid (UFA) byproducts in host cells, remains as a hurdle toward industrial biological processes. In this study, to achieve selective and high-level production of ω-HPA from glucose in <I>Escherichia coli</I>, FadR, a native transcriptional regulator of fatty acid metabolism, and its regulon were engineered. First, FadR was co-expressed with a thioesterase with a specificity toward palmitic acid production to enhance palmitic acid production yield, but a considerable quantity of UFAs was also produced. In order to avoid the UFA production caused by <I>fadR</I> overexpression, FadR regulon was rewired by i) mutating FadR consensus binding sites of <I>fabA</I> or <I>fabB</I>, ii) integrating <I>fabZ</I> into <I>fabI</I> operon, and iii) enhancing the strength of <I>fabI</I> promoter. This approach led to dramatic increases in both proportion (48.3–83.0%) and titer (377.8 mg/L to 675.8 mg/L) of palmitic acid, mainly due to the decrease in UFA synthesis. Introducing a fatty acid ω-hydroxylase, CYP153A35, into the engineered strain resulted in a highly selective production of ω-HPA (83.5 mg/L) accounting for 87.5% of total ω-hydroxy fatty acids. Furthermore, strategies, such as i) enhancement in CYP153A35 activity, ii) expression of a fatty acid transporter, iii) supplementation of triton X-100, and iv) separation of the ω-HPA synthetic pathway into two strains for a co-culture system, were applied and resulted in 401.0 mg/L of ω-HPA production. For such selective productions of palmitic acid and ω-HPA, the rewiring of FadR regulation in <I>E. coli</I> is a promising strategy to develop an industrial process with economical downstream processing.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> FadR regulon was rewired by mutating FadR binding sites of promoters. </LI> <LI> Rewiring FadR regulation decreased the degree of unsaturation from 33.4% to 5.9% in free fatty acid profile. </LI> <LI> Co-culture system enhanced productivity by relieving the possible metabolic burden. </LI> <LI> In total, 401.0 mg/L of ω-hydroxy palmitic acid was produced in high percentages. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Active Patchy Colloids with Shape-Tunable Dynamics

        <P>Controlling the complex dynamics of active colloids-the autonomous locomotion of colloidal particles and their spontaneous assembly-is challenging yet crucial for creating functional, out-of-equilibrium colloidal systems potentially useful for nano- and micromachines. Herein, by introducing the synthesis of active “patchy” colloids of various low-symmetry shapes, we demonstrate that the dynamics of such systems can be precisely tuned. The low-symmetry patchy colloids are made in bulk via a cluster-encapsulation-dewetting method. They carry essential information encoded in their shapes (particle geometry, number, size, and configurations of surface patches, etc.) that programs their locomotive and assembling behaviors. Under AC electric field, we show that the velocity of particle propulsion and the ability to brake and steer can be modulated by having two asymmetrical patches with various bending angles. The assembly of monopatch particles leads to the formation of dynamic and reconfigurable structures such as spinners and “cooperative swimmers” depending on the particle’s aspect ratios. A particle with two patches of different sizes allows for “directional bonding”, a concept popular in static assemblies but rare in dynamic ones. With the capability to make tunable and complex shapes, we anticipate the discovery of a diverse range of new dynamics and structures when other external stimuli (e.g., magnetic, optical, chemical, etc.) are employed and spark synergy with shapes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Anterior Approach Following Intraoperative Reduction for Cervical Facet Fracture and Dislocation

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of the anterior approach following intraoperative reduction under general anesthesia in patients with cervical facet fracture and dislocation. Methods : Twenty-three patients with single level cervical facet fracture and dislocation who were subjected to the anterior approach alone following immediate intraoperative reduction under general anesthesia from March 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. Neurological status, clinical outcome, and radiological studies were evaluated preoperatively, postoperatively, and during the follow-up period. Results : The cohort comprised 15 men and eight women with a mean age of 57 years (from 24 to 81). All patients were operated on within the first 8 hours following the injury. After gentle manual reduction or closed reduction with Gardner-Wells traction, under general anesthesia monitored by somatosensory-evoked potentials, all operations were successfully completed using the anterior approach alone except in two patients, who had a risk of over-distraction. In them, a satisfactory gentle manual reduction or closed reduction was not possible, and required open posterior reduction of the locked facets followed by anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. In one patient, screw retropulsion was observed in 1 month after surgery. There were no reduction-related complications or neurological aggravations after surgery. All patients showed evidence of stability at the instrumented level at the final follow-up (mean follow-up, 12 months). Conclusion : Anterior approach following intraoperative reduction monitored by somatosensory-evoked potentials under general anesthesia for cervical dislocation and locked facets is a relatively safe and effective alternative when cervical alignment is achieved by intraoperative reduction.

        An increase in the Efficiency of AlGaAs/GaAs Double Junction Solar Cell on Si substrate due to Electron Beam Treatment

        We have studied the dependence of the growth of GaAs on Si substrate on the flow rate of the source for GaAs seed layer. GaAs buffer with different growth conditions of the inserted GaAs seed has been grown on Si (001) substrate by using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Structural properties of the GaAs buffer were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and high-resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD). The number of misfit dislocation in the GaAs seeds on Si substrates decreased as the growth rate and the V/III ratio of the GaAs seed were increased and decreased, respectively. Also, we have investigated the improvement in GaAs buffer due to electron beam (e-beam) treatment. The peak position for the GaAs buffer on Si reached the original peak of the GaAs substrate due to the e-beam treatment. Finally, the efficiency of an AlGaAs/GaAs double junction solar cell on a Si substrate was about 22.6%.
