턱걸이(Pull-up) 수행 시 숙련자와 비숙련자의 근육사용 차이에 관한 운동학적 연구

This study was conducted to find out the difference in the use of latissimus dorsi muscle and forearm muscles between skilled and unskilled people when performing pull-up. The subjects of the study were one skilled in the department of sports science at Soon-chun-hyang University, one unskilled person who had no problems with the musculoskeletal system over the past year, and a total of two people who could do pull-ups more than 20 times. A total of one experiment was conducted, and two tests were conducted. The electromyogram data of the light back and forearm muscles were compared using a wireless electromyogram measurement device (EMG). As a result of the study, first, when performing pull-up, the unskilled person performed the movement with the strength of the forearm muscle rather than the light back muscle compared to the skilled person. Second, when performing pull-up, the skilled person showed similar use of force in both pull-up movements, and for non-skilled people, the activity of the forearm muscle in the second movement was significantly increased.

The purpose of power system maintenance is to prevent equipment failure. The maintenance strategy should be designed to balance costs and benefits because frequent maintenance increases cost while infrequent maintenance can also be costly due to electricity outages. This paper proposes maintenance modeling of a power distribution system using reliability centered maintenance (RCM). The proposed method includes comprehensive equipment modeling and impact analysis to evaluate the effect of equipment faults. The problem of finding the optimum maintenance strategy is formulated in terms of dynamic programming. The applied power system is based on the RBTS Bus 2 model, and the results demonstrate the potential for designing a maintenance strategy using the proposed model.

전력은 공공재화로서 광역정전이나 전역정전이 발생하면 전력공급에 매우 심각한 문제가 발생하므로 이에 대한 합리적인 분석과 효과적인 대책 수립이 필요하다. 송전계통의 주 구성요소인 선로, 철탑, 변압기, 개폐장치들은 장기 사용에 따른 노후화와 같은 문제와 절연의 특성상 초고압전기 절연의 근원적 난점 등으로 다수의 절연파괴 고장이 불시에 발생하게 되어 전력공급의 신뢰성을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 이와 같이 전력기기들은 사전에 진단을 하여 기기의 상태를 알아내는 것이 필요하다. 주요 기기에 대한 진단은 데이터베이스의 구축과 이로부터 고장을 예측하고 신뢰성을 평가하는 것으로 이루어진다. 이를 위해 보다 정교하고 정확한 고장 예측 기술, 진단기술, 신뢰성 평가기술을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 송전기기의 유지보수를 위한 기기 상태 추정 모델을 제시하고, 송전유지보수 전략 수립을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

In this paper, a method using viewpoint for person re-identification is proposed. The method divides a pedestrian image into local patches, extracts features from each patch and estimates angle each patch using person orientation. Then pedestrian images are matched by distance between local features and angle. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated on a public dataset.
배전계통 유지보수에 RCM기법의 적용을 위한 modified semi-Markov chain modeling

현재 배전부분도 사업부체제로 진행됨에 따라 구역 및 지역별로 배전계통을 운영하는 경쟁체제에 돌입하게 되었다. 또한 각 사업부별로 예산을 추진하여 배전계통을 운영하게 되며 배분된 예산으로 배전계통의 신뢰도 및 경제적 운영을 일정 수준으로 유지하여 타 사업부와 사업성을 경쟁해야 한다. 특히, 각 배전 사업부별로 경쟁해야 하므로 최소의 비용으로 최대의 유지보수 효과를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 개발해야 하며, 비용을 최소로 하여 최적의 점검 주기를 찾는 문제는 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적 유지보수 기기 선정과 최적 유지보수 주기를 결정하는데 있어서 적합한 기법인 배전 계통 유지보수 기법(Reliability Centered Maintenance, RCM)을 이용하였다. 이의 구현을 위하여 Markov chain 기법을 배전계통 기기의 유지보수 모델에 적합하도록 수정하여 유지보수에 필요한 비용과 기기의 고장으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 정전비용 등을 고려하여 최적의 점검 주기를 결정하고자 한다. 제안된 RCM의 알고리즘은 Dynamic Programming을 이용하여 점검 및 유지보수에 필요한 기기를 결정하는 부분과 유지보수의 실행 여부를 결정하는 decision 부분으로 되어있다. 사례연구를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘의 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다.
1987년 경남 울산 공업지대에서 유행하였던 Salmonellosis에 대한 임상역학적 조사

A survey was made to idenify an infectious source and analyze pattern of epidemic from industrial park, Kyungsang nam do, where the epidemic was occurred in a fashion of explosive from July to August in 1987 and it seemed to be an salmonellosis. The results were as follows; 1) The peak age incidence was the 2nd and 3rd decade amounting to 53(36.0%) and 73(49.7%) patients respectively. The ratio between male and female was 12.7:1 and so extremely prevailed in male. 113 patients were direct productive workers. 2) In bacteriologic study, blood culture was positive in 41 patients (28.7%): 39 for Salmonella group D, one for Salmonella group A and one for Salmonella group B. Stool culture was positive in 4 patients (3.5%) and 7 healthy persons (1.6%) of the patients family. 3) Widal test in a titer of 1:160 or greater was observed in 63.4% of the patients within 3 weeks after illness. 4) The duration for defeverscence was within 7 days in 92.6% of the patients treated with antibiotics; the mean duration was 3.1 days in patients treated with chloramphenicol, 3.5 days in combination of chloramphenicol and cephalosporin. 5) Most of the patients were working in outside of the plants during hot weather just before the epidemic. Drinking of ice water which were preserved, carried in tank and supplied could be worthy of notice as an infectious source. 6) In follow up bacteriologic survey 6 months later, no cases of chronic typhoid carrier could be detected among 26 patients who were culture positive during this epidemic.
