The need for EMI shielding is becoming more pronounced as it is driven by miniaturization of devices, higher bandwidthof market needs, multiple applications on the same device, and heightened safety concerns with regard to the threat ofelectromagnetism to the health of users. In this paper, we present a reliable method for thin fi lm coating on the surface of amolding compound by nickel and copper plating for EMI shielding applications. The correct adhesion promoter is carefullyselected before proceeding into the plating process. After that, the plated samples were subjected to a series of aging processesfollowing standard industrial compliance, and were found to have passed all the required criteria. The new approachhas several advantages, such as excellent distribution of three-dimensional conformal coating and ease of mass production,which ultimately lowers the cost of production.

The purpose of this study was to reconsider the concept of nursing education. especially at the baccalaureate level, related to the problems of higher education in Korea. Next to suggest one example of curriculum program. It may be said that man is a cognitive bio-psycho-social being who interacts with the forces in his environment, and has potential for development and self direction throughout his life-span. Nursing is to promote health and healing, to prevent illness and disability, and to alleviate suffering. The essential nature of professional nursing is understanding human interrelationships and using interpersonal process. It is a service rendered in the dynamic maintenance of health and . in the anticipation of a health-illness nature. Education is to developed individual's potential and makes it possible to function productively by maintaining and changing the community system. The primary focus of undergraduate education in nursing is the preparation of a generalist who will be able to function as a beginning professional practitioner. Another is to offer the educational base needed to continue into graduate education. The program of studies in nursing provides a sound professional major based upon a flexible core of content in general education. It is designed to prepare the student with a basic foundation in the three broad areas of human knowledge; the humanities, the social and behavioral sciences, and the natural sciences. Students have an opportunity to take nursing major elective according to their particular interests or needs. Curriculum model under the consideration of above is as follow.

In this study, the anisotropic hardening behavior of extra deep drawing quality (EDDQ) steel subjected to two-stage strain path changes was investigated. The experiment is designed as two-step of uniaxial tensile tests, in which specimens are pre-strained in the rolling direction (RD) followed by uniaxial tension in 0°, 45°, and 90°degrees from the RD. Stress overshooting and strain hardening stagnation were dominantly observed in the experiments, and these results were validated by the recently proposed anisotropic hardening model [I] and the kinematic hardening model by Chaboche [2].

<P>The Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK pathway (or ERK pathway) is an important signal transduction system involved in the control of cell proliferation, survival and differentiation. However, the dynamic regulation of the pathway by positive- and negative-feedback mechanisms, in particular the functional role of Raf kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP) are still incompletely understood. RKIP is a physiological endogenous inhibitor of MEK phosphorylation by Raf kinases, but also participates in a positive-feedback loop in which ERK can inactivate RKIP. The aim of this study was to elucidate the hidden dynamics of these feedback mechanisms and to identify the functional role of RKIP through combined efforts of biochemical experiments and in silico simulations based on an experimentally validated mathematical model. We show that the negative-feedback loop from ERK to SOS plays a crucial role in generating an oscillatory behavior of ERK activity. The positive-feedback loop in which ERK functionally inactivates RKIP also enhances the oscillatory activation pattern of ERK. However, RKIP itself has an important role in inducing a switch-like behavior of MEK activity. When overexpressed, RKIP also causes delayed and reduced responses of ERK. Thus, positive- and negative-feedback loops and RKIP work together to shape the response pattern and dynamical characteristics of the ERK pathway.</P>
