Fault Detection for a Class of Closed-loop Hypersonic Vehicle System via Hypothesis Test Method
Xunhong Lv,Yifan Fang,Zehui Mao,Bin Jiang,Ruiyun Qi 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2021 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.19 No.1
This paper studies the fault detection problem for a class of hypersonic vehicle with actuator faults, disturbances and random noises. To handle the unknown disturbances, an unknown input Kalman filter (UIKF) ispresented to estimate the unknown system states and disturbances, simultaneously. Considering that the closed-loopstructure brings the robustness to the hypersonic vehicle, which could cover some faults, the Total Measurable FaultInformation Residual (ToMFIR) is employed as the fault detection residual. Moreover, to deal with the randomnoises, the hypothesis testing method is utilized to obtain the thresholds under some fault detection performances(false alarm rate and missing alarm rate). The fault detectability condition is also derived. Finally, the simulationsverify the effectiveness of the proposed fault detection method

The aim of this study was to evaluate the predictive value of the polymorphism Glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1) Ile105Val on oxaliplatin/5-FU-based chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Patients with advanced gastric cancer accepted oxaliplatin/5-FU-based chemotherapy as first-line chemotherapy were investigated. GSTP1 Ile105Val polymorphism was detected by TaqMan-MGB probe allelic discrimination method. Response to treatment was assessed by disease controlled rate. Time to progression, overall survival and toxicities were recorded. Final patient outcomes were as follows: the allele frequencies of GSTP1 were 105Ile/105Ile 52%, 105Ile/105Val 41% and 105Val/105Val 7%. For patients with 105Ile/105Ile and those with at least one 105Val allele, disease control rate was 39% and 71% (P=0.026), respectively;median time to progression was 4.0 and 7.0 months (P=0.002); median overall survival time was 7.0 and 9.5 months (P=0.002). Neurological toxicity was more frequently occurred in patients with two 105Ile alleles (P=0.005). In conclusion, patients with at least one 105Val allele have better prognosis and response to oxaliplatin/5-FUbased regimen as first-line treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer.

Listeria monocytogenes is an important foodborne pathogen that comprises four genetic lineages: I, II, III, and IV. Of these, lineage II is frequently recovered from foods and environments and responsible for the increasing incidence of human listeriosis. In this study, the phylogenetic structure of lineage II was determined through sequencing analysis of the ascB-dapE internalin cluster. Fifteen sequence types proposed by multilocus sequence typing based on nine housekeeping genes were grouped into three distinct sublineages, IIA, IIB, and IIC. Organization of the ascBdapE internalin cluster could serve as a molecular marker for these sublineages, with inlGHE, inlGC2DE, and inlC2DE for IIA, IIB, and IIC, respectively. These sublineages displayed specific genetic and phenotypic characteristics. IIA and IIC showed a higher frequency of recombination (ρ/θ). However, recombination events had greater effect (r/m) on IIB, leading to its high nucleotide diversity. Moreover, IIA and IIB harbored a wider range of internalin and stress-response genes, and possessed higher nisin tolerance, whereas IIC contained the largest portion of low-virulent strains owing to premature stop codons in inlA. The results of this study indicate that IIA, IIB, and IIC might occupy different ecological niches, and IIB might have a better adaptation to a broad range of environmental niches.
