        운동부하 흰쥐에서 포도당 증합체가 심근 당원에 미치는 영향

        운동부하전 섭취한 탄수화물이 운동흰쥐의 심근 및 골격근이 당원량에 미치는 영향을 측정하여 심근과 골격근의 대사적 차이점의 일단을 연구한 본 논문의 결과는 다음과 같다. 심근과 골격근 당원량(mg/ g wet tissue, 이하 단위 동일)은 정상군에서 심근 2.62±0.51로서 골격근의 3.37±0.58보다 낮았다(p<0.01). 심근 당원량은 정상군이 2.62±0.51이었다. 운동 30분에서 대조군은 정상군의 63%수준으로 감소하였으며(p<0.01), 탄수화물섭취군은 정상군의 86 및 90%수준으로 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 탄수화물 섭취군의 당원량은 대조군의 142 및 137%정도로 양군 모두 대조군보다 유의하게(p<0.01) 높았다. 운동 60분에는 대조군은 운동30분의 78%(정상군의 49%)수준으로 감소하였으며(p<0.05) 탄수화물섭취군은 포도당중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 운동 30분에 비하여 72(p<0.01, 정상군의 62%), 81%정도(p<0.05, 정상군의 73%)로 감소하였다. 포도당 섭취군의 당원량은 대조군의 147% 정도로 대조군보다 유의하게(p<0.01) 높았다. 운동 120분에서 대조군은 운동 60분에 비하여 63%(정상군의 33%) 수준으로 감소하였으며 (p<0.01) 포도당섭취군은 운동 60분의 69%(정상군의 50%)수준으로 유의하게 감소하였으나, 포도당 중합체 섭취군은 차이가 없었다. 탄수화물 섭취군의 당원량은 포도당 중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 대조군의 202 및 162% 정도로 양군 모두 대조군보다 유의하게(p<0.01)높았다. 골격근 당원량은 정상군이 3.37±0.58 이었다. 운동 30분에서 대조군은 정상군의 69% 수준으로 감소하였으며(p<0.01) 탄수화물섭취군은 포도당 중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 정상군의 85 및 88% 수준으로 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 탄수화물 섭취군의 당원량은 포도당 중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 대조군의 125 및 129% 정도로 양군 모두 대조군보다 유의하게(p<0.05) 높았다. 운동 60분에는 대조군은 운동 30분의 77%(정상군의 53%) 수준으로 감소하였으며(p<0.05)탄수화물섭취군은 포도당중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 30분에 비하여 93(정상군의 80%), 89(정상군의 78%) %정도로 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 포도당중합체 및 포도당 섭취군의 당원량은 각각 대조군의 152 및 149% 정도로 대조군보다 유의하게 (p<0.001) 많았다. 운동 120분에서 대조군은 운동 60분에 비하여 50%(정상군의 26%) 수준으로 감소하였으며(p<0.001) 포도당 섭취군은 운동 60분의 75%(정상군의 58%)수준으로 유의하게(p<0.05) 감소하였으나 포도당 중합체 섭취군은 대조군의 84%(정상군의 67%)정도로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 탄수화물 섭취군의 당원량은 포도당 중합체 및 포도당섭취군에서 각각 대조군우ㅢ 255 및 221% 정도로 양군 모두 대조군보다 유의하게(p<0.001) 높았다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 심근과 골격근 간의 생리, 생화학적 특성의 차이에도 불구하고 탄수화물의 섭취후 중등도 정도의 달리기 운동시 근 당원의 함량에 미치는 영향은 정도의 차이는 있으나 같은 경향을 나타내었으며, 골격근에서 심근보다 더 많은 근 당원 절감효과를 나타내었다. 또한 운동전 탄수화물의 섭취시 이러한 근 당원 절감 효과로 장시간의 운동시 심근 및 골격근 당원의 고갈 지연으로 운동수행능력의 증가가 기대되며, 특히 포도당 보다는 포도당 중합체의 섭취시 효과가 더 크리라고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of glucose and glucose plymer ingestion on the concentration of the cardiac muscle glycogen at 30, 60 and 12 minutes of the treadmill running in rats. Rats were randomly assinged to normal, control, and carbohydrate groups. Carbohydrate group was divided into glucose, and glucose polymer ingested rats. The experiment was carried out after overnight fasting. Rats were administrated either water (control) of carbohydrates of formulated glucose(6%), and glucose polymer(6%) via polyethylene tube to the stomaach before treadmill run. Exercise was loaded by a treadmill run at the speed of I ㎞/hr for 30, 60, and 120 minutes. The results of experiment were as follows: Glycogen content of the cardiac muscle was lower than that of the skeletal muscle (plantaris) in normal rats. Glycogen content of the cardiac muscle was decreased in proportion to the exercise time compared to normal in control and carbobydrates ingested rats. It decreased in control, glucose, and glucose polymer compared to normal rats in decreasing order at 120 minutes treadmill running (% change of glycogen content of control, glucose, and glucose polymer compared to normal rats were 33, 50, and 63% in the cardiac muscle at 120 minutes of treadmill running respectively). Glycogen content of the skeletal muscle was decreased in proportion to the exercise time compared to normal in control and corbohydrates ingested rats. It decreased in control, glucose, and glucose polymer compared to normal rats in ecreasing order 120 minutes treadmill running(% change of glycogen content of control, glucose, and glucose polymer compared to normal were 26, 58, and 67% in the cardiac muscle at 120 minutes of treadmill running respectively). Change of the glycogen content of the cardiac and the skeletal muscle during treadmill running after glucose and glucose polymer ingestion showed that both muscles had tendency to decrease in proportion to exercise time similarly in control and carbohydrates ingested rats. Decreasing rate of glycogen content of cardiac and skeletal muscles during treadmill running compared to normal in carbohydrates ingested rats was lower than that of control. From these results, it is suggested glycogen content of cardiac and skeletal muscles had tendency to decrease in proportion to exercise time similarly in control and carbohydrate ingested rats. Glycogen content of cardiac and skeletal muscles in carbohydrate singested rats less decreased than that of control during treadmill running compared to normal. Glucose polymer of the carbohydrates ingested rats in considered as the most effective for glycogen sparing according to exercise time in both muscles. Therefore, intake of carbohydrate, especially glucose polymer, before exercise may be increase performance of the prolonged moderate exercise.

      • 멸치젓의 呈味成分

        멸치젓의 呈味成分에 관한 기초자료를 얻고자 생멸치와 이를 原料로 하여 제조된 멸치젓 중의 核酸關聯物質, 유리아미노산, betaine, TMAO, TMA 및 總creatinine을 分析하였다. 核酸關聯物質 중 생멸치에서는 IMP가 乾物量基準으로 2.8 μmole/g로 가장 많았으나 멸치젓에서는 hypoxanthine이 4.2 μmole/g으로 가장 많았고 , ATP는 흔적량에 불과 하였다. 멸치젓 중의 유리아미노산 중 함량이 많은 것은 leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, lysine, tyrosine, alanine, histidine, valine, methionine의 順이었고 glycine, proline, glutamic acid, arginine, threonine, serine 등은 함량이 적었다. 그리고 全유리아미노산은 젓갈 숙성중생원료에 비하여 약 2배로 增加 하였다. Betaine 은 생멸치 및 멸치젓 중에 各各 10.2㎎/100g, 30.0㎎/100/g였으며 이들이 엑스分室素에 대한 比率은 各各 0.6% 및 1.2%였다. TMAO 含量은 생멸치가 13.9㎎/100g, 멸치젓이 9.0㎎/100g였으며 TMA 含量은 各各 22.7㎎/100g 및 30.9㎎/100g였다. 總 creatinine 含量은 생멸치 및 멸치젓에서 各各 433.1㎎/100g, 575.8㎎/100g로서 엑스分室素에 대해 27.2% 및 22.8%였다. Omission test 結果 멸치젓의 呈味成分으로서는 유리아미노산 및 核酸關聯物質이 중요한 구실을 한다는 것을 알았다. This study was conducted to evaluate the taste compounds of fermented anchovy. The contents of such compounds as nucleotides and their related compounds, free amino acids, betaine, TMAO and total creatinine raw and fermented anchovy were analysed. The contents of IMP in raw anchovy appeared higher than other nucleotides and tended to decrease rapidly during fermentation. Therefore, in the case of fermented anchovy, hypoxanthine was abundant and IMP was very low in content. In the free amino acid composition of fresh samples abundant amino acids were leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, lysine, tyrosine, alanine, histidine, valine, methionine in order. Such amino acids as glycine, proline, glutamic acid, arginine, threonine and serine were poor in content. The contents of total free amino acids reached approximately about two times as compared with that of raw sample. The amount of betaine and TMA increased, while TMAO decreased during fermentation. The content of total creatinine in raw and fermented anchovy was occupied 22.8% and 27.2% of total of extractive nitrogen, respectively. As the results of omission test, the taste-active compounds of fermented anchovy are assumed to be free amino acids and nucleotides.

      • MOCVD법에 의해 제조된 Fe₂O₃-TiO₂계 산화물 박막의 내식특성에 관한 연구

        Fe₂O₃-TiO₂artificial passive films were formed at the temperatures of 200-350℃ by low pressure MOCVD technique. The relationship between the formation temperature and corrosion resistance of the Fe₂O₃-TiO₂films was examined in acid solutions. Fe₂O₃-TiO₂films deposited above 300℃ were crystalline and the films deposited below 250℃ were amorphous. The dissolution rate of the Fe₂O₃-TiO₂films deposited at 200 and 250℃ decreased with increasing the formation temperature in 5 M HCl, but the films deposited at 300 and 350℃ hardly dissolved in the solution. The films deposited at 200 and 350℃ easily dissolved at cathodic potentials in 1 M H₂SO₄and HCl owing to te selective reduction of iron oxide components in the films. But, the selective reduction in the films deposited at 300 and 350℃ was suppressed. The Fe₂O₃-TiO₂films deposited above 300℃ have higher corrosion resistance than that of the films deposited below 250℃, because the former have high crystallinity and cotain high chemical resistant oxides.

      • 油腐加工 중의 기름의 性狀變化 및 油腐貯藏 중의 品質變化

        油腐 튀김過程중 튀김用 기름의 性狀變化를 作業時間 經過에 따라 工場規模로 檢討하고 油腐를 4가지 貯藏方法으로 貯藏하여 貯藏期間에 따른 品質 變化를 實驗한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 튀김用 기름의 性狀變化에 있어서 산값과 色調는 低溫튀김솥(110±10℃) 및 高溫튀김솥(200±10℃)의 기름의 경우 모든 作業時間에 따라 增加하였으며 특히 低溫튀김솥의 기름의 變化가 더 컸다. 2. 과산화물값과 TBA값은 低溫튀김솥의 기름의 경우 增加하다가 減少하였으며 高溫튀김솥의 경우는 變化가 거의 없었다. 3. 油腐에서 抽出한 기름의 性狀은 高溫튀김솥의 기름의 영향을 크게 받았다. 4. 貯藏方法에 따른 油腐의 品質變化에 있어서 常溫(26±2℃) 貯藏의 경우 包裝하지 않은 것이 包裝한 것보다 貯藏性이 높았으며 脂肪의 酸敗面에서 볼 때 包裝하지 않은 것은 60日程度 貯藏이 가능하였다. 5. 4±2℃에서 貯藏할 경우에는 貯藏 期間에 따른 脂肪의 酸敗는 적었지만 長期貯藏은 困難하였고 -20℃에서 貯藏할 경우에는 貯藏期間에 따른 品質의 變化가 거의 없었으며 貯藏性이 매우 좋았다.

      • 스키시즌권 구매자들의 스키장별 선호도 조사

        The purpose of this study was to examine the perception and preference of skiers in a bid to provide ski resorts with useful information about successful positioning strategy. The subjects in this study were 9,722 skiers who purchased season tickets from N web site that sold ski season tickets. Their online purchasing route and page view were analyzed to find out what factors affected their purchase of ski season tickets. The findings of this study were as follows: First, 78 percent of the people investigated were make, and 22 percent were female. By age, the largest group was in their 20s(5,344 skiers), followed by those in their 30s(3,434), those in their 40s(631) and teenagers(229). Second, their page view rate with Yangji recorded highest with 24%, followed by Sungwoo Resort with 23% and Chonmasan with 13 percent. Third, by geographic area, the skiers from southern Gyeonggi province bought the largest number of tickets for the 2002/2003 season, followed by Gangweon province residents and northem Gyeonggi province dwellers. In the case of the 2003/2004 season, those from Gangweon provinece pruchased the most tickets, followed by southern Gyeonggi province dwellers and north Gyeonggi province residents.

        상수관로의 노후도 영향인자 및 가중치 산정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to estimate deterioration factors and weighting factors in pipe network which each local self-governments takes rehabilitation and replacement work present time. Deterioration factors in pipe network are able to effected of specific province or location related with water supply. Most of water supply pipes are laid under the ground, it is hard to quantify deterioration degree of water system. Moreover, the timing and economic limitation and insufficient information on the spot survey gives a difficulty to look over how old water supply system is. Accordingly, this study collects and analyses five data as the laying environment, visual analysis, analysis of soil contents, analysis of pipe material, and questionary survey data in water pipe of A city. The deterioration factor estimates 14 factors with excavation and experimental analysis and 9 factors without excavation and experimental analysis. Also, the weighting factors are estimated by using the multiple linear regressions and the linear programming. The estimated deterioration factor and weighting results are compared the analysis result of visual, pipe material, and soil contents with the Probabilistic Neural Network Model. Consequently, the model results of estimated 9 factors in this study and 14 factors show the 1-2% difference. The result show that the proposed model could be used to decide the deterioration condition of pipe line with real excavation and experimental analysis.

      • 원발성 연수 출혈증 1예

        Pure primary medullary hemorrhage is a rare condition, which is characterized by ipsilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy and contralateral hemiparesis. The hemorrhage usually extended to medial and ventral medulla, these two characteristic signs distinguished from the classical presentation of Wallenberg's lateral medullary syndrome. A 53-years-old man was admitted with sudden onset left sides weakness and vertigo. Neurologic examination showed dysarthria, mild dysphagia, Horner syndrome of right side, spontaneous horizontal jerking nystagmus to left side and right deviation of tongue at protrusion. Pain and temperature sensation of left trunk, left extremity and right face were decreased. Brain CT scan and brain MRI revealed focal hemorrhage in the right medulla. We report a case of pure primary medullary hemorrhage with undetermined etiology.

        Ruled Surface로 형성된 임펠러 블레이드 전용 CAD/CAM 시스템 개발 Ⅱ : 5-축 가공에 관한 연구 A Study on the 5-Axis Machining

        This study is continuous with the study 1 (A Study on the Modeling) and the sample impeller of this study is defined by the modeling process of the exclusive CAD/CAM system developed in the study I. And, this study describes a method for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. Therefore, the exclusive CAD/CAM system is the software for modeling and machining of impeller blades. By using the machining method suggested in this study, we could manufacture impeller blades on 5-axis CNC machining center and the machined impeller was very agreeable to the designed impeller. Thus, theories proposed in this study can be very useful for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades.

        Ruled Surface로 형성된 임펠러 블레이드 전용 CAD/CAM 시스템 개발 Ⅰ : 모델링에 관한 연구 A Study on the Modeling

        We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the modeling method for the effective machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled-surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works software. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective for impeller modeling.
