        간호사의 목표관리[MBO]에 대한 인식과 간호조직의 유효성

        Purpose: It is a descriptive study to analyze correlation between the perception of management by objectives(MBO) and organizational effectiveness among clinical nurses. Methods: The subjects were 315 nurses at two hospitals (A and B) of C university, who have had more than 3.5 years of nursing experience. The survey instrument included two major concepts, Perception of MBO (29 items) and organizational effectiveness, which has three sub-concepts, job satisfaction (18 items), organizational commitment (12 items), and motivation (20 items). The data analyses included t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. Result: The mean score of the perception of MBO was 3.13 out of 5. In organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction was 3.09, organizational commitment 3.25, and motivation 3.38. The perception of MBO had significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction(r=.71), organizational commitment(r=.65) and motivation(r=.61). The perception of MBO explained 50.4%, 42.4%, and 37.1% for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and motivation respectively. Conclusions: The results show that the MBO affected the organizational effectiveness, and the MBO serves as a useful system to improve the organizational effectiveness in a nursing department.

      • 전통복식의 양식 변화에 대한 연구 : 근대 여성복을 중심으로 In Morden Women's Costume

        The present study aims at investigating the change of the Korean folkdress design and analyzing its character during the period from 1884 to 1960. The dramatic changes of Korean society during this period, together with the introduction of western dresses, affected strongly the Korean folkdress design. Also, the folkdress design had been changed slowly from the old dress design to the stylish one since civilized women and high school girls wore the modified folkdresses or western style dresses. These changes might be classified generally by the following three stages : (1) the 1st stage (1884~1910), (2) the 2nd stage (1910~1945), and (3) the 3rd stage (1945~1960), according to historical events such as Kabokyungjang (1884), annexation by Japanese (1910), and liberation from Japanese (1945). The folkdress design of each stage was discussed in sense of beauty, and compared. As inherent beauty of the Korean folkdress could be recognized again from this study, its modification should be achieved continuously in accordance with tradition and modern sense.

      • 韓服 Pattern의 標準化에 대한 硏究 : 20대 여자 저고리를 중심으로 Traditional Costume Jackets for Women in Twenties

        This study was concerned with the development of new standardized patterns of ready-made Korean traditional costume jackets for women in twenties. Well-classified standards of the patterns were also suggested so that consumers could buy high-quality costume jackets easily without dissatisfaction on unsuitable measurements. Since the jackets fabricated by conventional patterns were not properly fitted to women's bodies, new standardized patterns of the jackets should be developed in consideration of women's bodies. The processes of a pattern development, a dressing experiment, and a subsequent pattern adjustment were repeated to develop the standardized patterns which were well fitted to women's bodies. Measurement standards were also established in accordance with characteristics of women's bodies.

        웹 기반 지리과 교수-학습 모형 개발

        지금까지 인터넷을 활용하는 대부분의 지리교육 연구가 인터넷 환경인 웹 상의 정보를 지리과 교수-학습에 활용하는 정도에 그치는 경우가 많았으며, 대부분 교사 중심의 전통적인 교실 수업의 테두리 속에서 이루어져 왔다. 이들 연구들은 실제적인 교실 수업의 활용을 고려한다는 긍정적인 측면도 있지만, 인터넷이라는 새로운 매체가 가지고 있는 기능적인 특성을 고려하지 못했다는 비판이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 문제의식에 기초하여, 웹의 특성과 지리 교육의 목적, 내용, 대상 등을 고려하여 웹 기반 지리과 교수-학습에 효과적인 모형을 탐색하고 실제를 개발했다. 문제중심학습 모형과 자원중심학습 모형에 해당하는 웹 기반 지리과 교수-학습 실제 사례를 통해 각각의 특성을 살펴본 결과, 웹 기반 지리과 교수-학습이 보다 효과적인 과정으로 이루어지기 위해서는 상호작용 환경의 구축 필요성을 인식하였다. 이에 학습자간, 학습자-자료간, 학습자-교사간의 상호작용 환경을 중심으로 하는 모형을 개발하고 적용하였다. Use of the Internet is proliferating rapidly, with mounting speculation as to the practical applications for teaching in education, yet few published or evaluated case studies are available in geography education characteristics. The purpose of this study is to review about Web-Based Instruction(WBD model and to develop WBI materials in geography, especially focused on Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) technique and networking of the Internet. The results of this study are as follows. First, WBI application model suitable to geography are Problem-Based Learning(PBL) as the teaching plan model and Resource-Based Learning(RBL) as the learning information resources model. PBL with individual learning program and cooperative learning program which requires the learner to actively participate in solving given problems. RBL can be defined as a student centered learning mode in which the student learns from their own interaction with a wide range of databases found on the Web to solve problems. These models are commonly effective in improving the geographical thinking competence by WBI. Second, Learning purpose of students is achieved through the interaction and communication with others in the constructivist environment by Web. Also related research and studies show that CMC is the effective technique in improving learning achievement. Thus, the development of Web-Based geographical teaching-learning models has based on the CMC techniques such as learner-learner interaction, learner-content interaction, learner-instructor interaction. This materials established homepage for the geographical instruction board utilizing Web.

      • 韓國女性 傳統服飾의 디자인 變化에 대한 硏究

        The purposes of the present study are to investigate the change of the Korean dress design and to analyze its character during the period from 1965 to 1994. As Korean economics, including textile industries, have been developed, Korean dress has been changed from the casual dress style to the formal dress style, resulting in the change of silhouette. These changes might be classified generally by the following three stages: (1) the 1st stage named the confusing period" (1965 - 1975), (2) the 2nd stage named "the golden period" (1976 - 1985), and (3) the 3rd stage named "the stabilized period" (1986 - 1994). The dress design of each stage was discussed and compared in detail according to historical events. From this study, inherent beauty of Korean dress could be recognized again, thereby clarifying its position as a Korean folkdress.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the reasons for gender differences of the students in Chejudo in attitude toward science and frequency of science experience, and contribute to the resolution of this problem. It has been shown that, as children get older, the science and mathematics achievement level of girls can be lower than that of the boys. In some elementary schools, the science achievement level of girls can be much higher than that of the boys. However, as the children grow, the boys tend to outmatch the girls in this field. We also see that the experiences with science tend to be much more frequent for boys than for girls, especially outside of classroom.

        의상에 나타난 Perfect Gentlemen의 이미지 연구 : 19세기 영국을 중심으로

        Black froak coat, white shirts, top hat and cane has been the symbol of gentlemen in 19th and early of 20th century. The pattern invented by Savile Row in London prevailed whole England. Such a patters has been the standard form for two hundred years all over the word, although it was replaced with a functionalism which developed in Italy and America at the end of 20th century. The clothes of gentlemen was developed by several factors; English people respect a tradition. The clothes was practical, since the weather in England was bad. The success of Industrial Revolution made England wealthy. Various special clothes in sports, fur example, riding, criket, golf and tennis also contribute the modern gentlemen clothes with advanced tailoring technique. The change of gentlemenship with social environment, from Regency dandy, Romantic gentlemen to Muscular Christianity, was studied. Idial gentlemenship and development its clothes which is now the standard of modem men's wear also studied.

      • 생활체육참여자의 여가활동 유형이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        This research is designed to make a comparative analysis of the types of leisure activities and the degree of and life satisfaction by demographic background variable and to present basic materials necessary for the development of programs for local policies on leisure in accordance with the local autonomous system with a view to determining the relationship between life satisfaction by type of leisure activity. The following are the findings. First, the survey failed to test a statistically significant difference between family member's mutual satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of age, job and health and general life satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of income. But there was a statistically significant difference in life satisfaction by gender, age, education, job, income and health at a level of 1 percent. Second, the survey on the influences of the types of leisure activities on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction revealed that there was a statistically significant influences in all the subordinate variables of and life satisfaction.
