FTA 확대에 따른 마산자유무역지역 운영 및 물품관리제도 개선에 관한 연구

This purpose of this study is to identify and suggest problems and solutions in the operation and material management under the FTA based on a survey and analysis of the present situation and operation of the MFTZ. To achieve this, this study examined the FTZ and the FTA through previous research. Then, it introduced an approach to solve the problems about the operation and the material management system through“a survey on the material management system of the MFTZ by the FTA”and interviews with the association of firms in the MFTZ. As a result, five problems are exhibited, (1) lack of incentive to positively attract foreign investments, (2) insufficiency of space for the MFTZ and the system to operate and effectively manage the space, (3) difficulty caused by the change in functions and systems, (4) unstable labor-management relations, and (5) weakening of comparative advantage caused by the reservation of customs duties according to FTA.

본 논문에서는 저소비 전력이고 회로설계가 용이한 CMOS 회로를 이용하여 음성신호 처리용 SCF를 집적화 할때 OP AMP를 디지탈 부분과 공존할 수 있도록 ${\pm}$5V로 전원을 설정하여 CMOS OP AMP의 설계예를 들고 설계방법에 의해 구한 MOS 트랜지스터의 채널폭과 길이를 설계회로에 적용하여 LAYOUT 하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통하여 동작특성을 조사하였다. 또한 이 설계법은 주어지는 설계조건에 따라 설계 되어지므로 다른 용도의 CMOS OP AMP 설계에도 이용되어질 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, as we have integrated SCF for voice signal processing using CMOS circuit with the low power dissipation and the easy circuit design, it has been presented the simplified CMOS OP AMP design method with ${\pm}$5V pwoer source in order to use together with digital part. After an example about SCF CMOS OP AMP design, it has been performed layout appling channel width and length obtained by design method, and then its characteristics were simulated by SPICE 2G program. Therefoe, this design method will be applied the general CMOS OP AMP design in the electronic circuit.
입사전후 직업가치의 인식차이에 따른 종업원 태도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 직업선택과 직업만족에 중요한 영향을 미치는 직업가치가 입사이후에 어떻게 변화하며, 이러한 변화가 직장생활에 어떠한 영향을 미치게 되는지를 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장을 선택하는 입사시점에서의 직업가치와 입사이후 현재 시점에서의 직업가치 사이의 차이를 조사하여 이러한 차이가 조직몰입, 직무만족, 이직의도 등의 조직 및 직무관련 태도에 미치는 영향을 검정하고자 하였다. 또한 종업원이 직장에서 직업가치를 실현하는 과정에서 조직지원과 개인의 성장욕구에 따라 직업가치에 대한 만족과 평가가 달라질 수 있으므로, 입사전후 직업가치 인식차이와 종업원 태도 사이에 대한 조직지원 인식과 성장욕구강도의 조절효과를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 입사 전에 인식하였던 직업가치가 입사이후에도 기대한 바대로 추구되고 있거나 그 가치의 인식정도가 높아질 경우는 조직몰입도와 직무만족도를 증대시키며, 이직의도를 낮추게 된다. 그리고 일부직업가치 요인에서는 조직지원 인식과 성장욕구 강도가 직업가치 인식 차와 종업원태도의 관계에 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 조직의 유효성을 제고하기 위해서는 종업원들이 입사 시기대한 바와 같이 직업가치를 계속적으로 추구하도록 하고, 이를 실현하는데 있어서 조직이 종업원들을 적극적으로 지원하며 개인의 성장욕구를 높여주는 것이 필요하다. This paper attempted to study how work value changes after joining a company and how such changes affect the work life. First of all, this study conducted a literature survey on work value, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention, perceived organizational support, and the strength of growth needs. The survey has resulted in the model and hypotheses on the relationship of those values. After examining hypotheses based on the collected data through the survey, this study has found that the factors of work value are identified as ability utilization and achievement, social service, economic rewards, power, comfortability and leisure, social awareness, social relations, job stability, change and variety, autonomy. Also, the differences between work values factors at the time of entering a company and the others after joining a company turned out to have a statistically significant impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. In addition, it demonstrated that there are the moderate effects of the strength of growth needs on the relationship between two factors of work value(change and variety, autonomy) and organizational commitment, and the other relationship between three factors of work value(social relations, power, autonomy) and turnover intention.Furthermore, it illustrated that there are the interactive effects of perceived organizational support on the relationship between social relations of work value and organizational commitment, and the other relationship between social relations of work value and turnover intention.

Recently, a lot of study about active steering bogie which can control steering on the small curve rail has been progressing. Compared with existing bogie, active steering bogie decreases wear and noise between wheels and rail. Also it improves running safety and curving performance. In this study strength analysis of axle box in the active steering bogie was performed using the finite element method. Also fatigue analysis of axle box under variable loading was performed. Finally, structurally stable axle box on the curve rail was designed by modifying design.
