In previous studies, as the textual source for Dashinjeon, Kim Myeong-bae recommended using Jeungbomanbojeonseo, the Buddhist Monk Yongun Gyeongdangjeungjeongmanbojeonseo, and Park Dong-choon of the transcription of Manbojeonseo which was supplemented, modified, and complemented while it was being made. In this study, it was carefully checked both Jeungbomanbojeonseo and Gyeongdangjeungjeongmanbojeonseo, which were thought of as textual sources for Dashinjeon in previous studies, against the original Dayegwanbon Dashinjeon and determined which of these two printings is the textual source for Dashinjeon. The comparison of Jeungbomanbojeonseo and Gyeongdangjeungjeongmanbojeonseo showed that Dayegwanbon Dashinjeon contained less misspelled and omitted letters than Jeungbomanbojeonseo. Also, after checking it against the original, it was determined that Dashinjeon was not supplemented, modified or complemented while writing it out, but was a fair transcript of the original Jeungbomanbojeonseo. Therefore, this paper determined Jeungbomanbojeonseo to be the textual source for Dashinjeon.

The authors experienced a patient with insulinoma presented with neuropsychiatric symptoms. It was demonstrated that Whipple's triad is highly suggestive of the presence of an insulinoma. Therefore physicians and/or psychiatrists, who refer patients with insulinoma to third institution, always have a alertness to neuropsychiatric symptoms of insulinoma and Whipple's triad. This case also illustrated the persistence and cooperation between psychiatric and medical teams including the involvement of a neurologist, endocrinologist, and surgeon for diagnosis and treatment planning of patient with insulinoma.

5일 보존용 채혈백에 따른 보존일자별 농축혈소판의 생화학 및 성상 분석

Biochemical changes and icon of platelets on platelet concentrates preserved for a 5day term in several plastic containers were investigated. The authors evaluated the TOTM-PVC second generation container produced by Green Cross Medical Corp. and Boin medica. Blood obtained from 40 persons was manufactured for platelet concentrates within 4 hours and each divided into 20 units of platelet concentrations. Samples were taken at 0, 3, and 5days and the platelet count, pH, pO_(2), pCO_(2), HCO_(3)-, glucose, LDH, lactate, electrolytes, and mineral element were tested The number and MPV, for platelets icon, were well preserved on two different platelet concentrates during storage. A test for biochemical function appeared to be effective data. pH was maintained above 6.8 on two different platelet concentrates during storage. The results suggest that the TOTM-PVC second generation platelets storage container produced by Green Cross Medical Corp. and Boin medica was able to preserve platelets for at least five days without lesion and was it concluded to have biochemical efficacy on patients with transfusions.

치과병원에서 사용되는 진단영상에 대한 JPEG 2000 압축률에 대한 평가

Purpose : To find out the proper compression ratios without degrading image quality and affecting lesion detectability on diagnostic images used in dentistry compressed with JPEG 2000 algorithm. Materials and Methods : Sixty Digora periapical images, sixty panoramic computed radiographic (CR) images, sixty computed tomographic (CT) images, and sixty magnetic resonance (MR) images were compressed into JPEG 2000 with ratios of 10 levels from 5 : 1 to 50 : 1. To evaluate the lesion detectability, the images were graded with 5 levels (1: definitely absent; 2: probably absent; 3: equivocal; 4: probably present; 5: definitely present), and then receiver operating characteristic analysis was performed using the original image as a gold standard. Also to evaluate subjectively the image quality, the images were graded with 5 levels (1: definitely unacceptable; 2: probably unacceptable; 3: equivocal; 4: probably acceptable; 5: definitely acceptable), and then paired t-test was performed. Results : In Digora, CR panoramic and CT images, compressed images up to ratios of 15 : 1 showed nearly the same lesion detectability as original images, and in MR images, compressed images did up to ratios of 25 : 1. In Digora and CR panoramic images, compressed images up to ratios of 5 : 1 showed little difference between the original and reconstructed images in subjective assessment of image quality. In CT images, compressed images did up to ratios of 10 : 1 and in MR images up to ratios of 15 : 1. Conclusion : We considered compression ratios up to 5 : 1 in Digora and CR panoramic images, up to 10 : 1 in CT images, up to 15 : 1 in MR images as clinically applicable compression ratios.

Extended-C 컴파일러에서 중간 언어 TUP의 해석기 설계 및 구현

One of the methods of compiler construction is to design an abstract machine and to implement it's interpreter which simulates the abstract machine code compiled from the source program. As using this method, you can make higher portable compiler. In this study, I designed and implemented the TUP code interpreter as a abstract machine of a intermediate language TUP. TUP code interpreter can execute the TUP code generated from front-end without making compiler's back-end. so, it doesn't need a machine dependent back-end. By using the machine-independent abstract machine, you can use the compiler abstractly without a machine dependency and it plays a part to make portability of compiler higher. Actually, TUP code interpreter implemented from MIPS RS 2000 and it moved into SUN SPARC 10. As a result, it was possible to execute TUP code interpreter without any special modification. Also, TUP code interpreter can be used as a tool to test a front-end when you develop a compiler and it has some debugging function.

중간 언어 RTL의 실행 환경

In compiler construction, an intermediate language is very important, because most of the work of the compiler is done on an intermediate representation. In this paper, we introduce intermediate language RTL and design RTL interpreter that simulates it's excution environments. The RTL is a compact language with operations so elementary that every machine has them, thus ensuring that every RTL program corresponds to some machine program. Also it works well for code optimization. It's interpreter help you understand it's operation. To enhance portability and performance of a compiler. we need more reseach of intermediate language, and the RTL is good sample for future works.

In this study, a fiber-optic bundle sensor has been developed using water-equivalent organic scintillating fibers for photon beam measurement. Beam penumbra and percent depth doses(PDD) are measured according to the depth of the photon beam. This sensor has many advantages such as high resolution, real-time measurement and ease of calibration over conventional radiation measurement devices.

한글 처리를 위한 유닉스 인터페이스 설계

At the beginning, the best advantages of UNIX which adopts opened structure are the portability and compatability among several different machines. The UNIX is gradually developed while it is ported on different kinds of machines and caused the problem of compatability among machines as a result. The POSIX(Portable Operating System Interface) and X/Open which are the organizations of UNIX standardization suggest "Portability Guide" and are in the situation which the UNIX standardization. Thix thesis deals with Hangul interface design in UNIX environment and suggest the frame to standardize the Hangul UNIX. It is designed based on international standardizations, and consists of design of Hangul I/O module and construct of user's environment. In design of Hangul I/O module, Hangul module and algorithm of hangul terminal driver are suggested using the design method of STREAMS subsystem which provides the flexibility. User's environment is divided into the message, locale and Hangul I/O and provides the each design method and function.

The growth of the internet in the past few years has led to network congestion and server overloading. Use of proxy cache solve this problem. Despite success of proxy cache in the internet, proxy cache is not efficient for multimedia stream such as video and audio. In this paper, we propose a new proxy cache policy and a efficient cache replacement algorithm for multimedia stream. We expect that a new proxy cache policy is efficient for multimedia stream.

광섬유 방사선 센서와 EBT 필름을 이용한 심부선량 백분율 측정 및 비교

In this study, fiber-optic sensor is fabricated to measure PDD of CLINAC. As a scintillating light generated by a high energy X-ray from the medical LINAC is measured using photo diode amp system, It is expected that a high-resolution, real-time fiber-optic dosimeter for medical LINAC can be developed.
