토양분석 결과 시험전에 비해 P_(2)O_(5), K, EC의 함량이 시험 후에 높았고, 식물체 분석결과 늦게까지 추비한 처리에서 C_(a)O의 함량이 높았다. 생육은 처리간 일정한 경향이 없었고 수량은 농가관행의 고형비료 처리가 시험장 및 농가포자에서 ㏊당 53.MT 및 56.6MT인 것에 비해 2월과 3월 액비처리는 58.2MT 및 60.8MT, 3월과 4월 액비처리는 53.6MT 및 59.1MT 였다. 8월 하순까지의 부패율은 농가관행 고형비료 처리가 각각 23.6% 및 41.0%인 것에 비해 2월과 3월에 액비로 추비한 것이 15.8% 및 28.9%로 가장 낮았으며, 3월과 4월에 액비로 추비한 것은 20.7% 및 31.7%였다. This study was carried out to investigate the yield and storability of onions on top-dressing period. Top-dressing period was applied in February, March and March, April with liquid fertilizer and solid fertilizer of farmhouse practice during the onion growing season. The yields of onion in experimental station field and farmhouse field treated with conventional fertilization were 53.2 and 56.6MT, respectively. However, they were 58.2 and 60.8MT with application of liquid fertilizer in February August were lower with application of liquid fertilizer on February and March(15.8%, 28.9%, compared with application of solid fertilizer by farmhouse practice(23.%, 41.0%), and were 20.7% and 31.7% by treatment of liquid fertilizer on March and April. In conclusion, treatment of liquid fertilizer on February and March decreased the rotting rate.

Sinorhizobium meliloti β-glucosidase (β-D-glucoside glucohydrolase: EC 3.2.1.21) is an exocellulase and cleavages β-(1-4) glycosidic bonds in poly- and oligosaccharides. It has also high activity toward indican, a precursor to indigo and indirubin used as clothing dyes, cosmetics and antimicrobial agents. Typically, this enzyme induced with IPTG under the control of the corresponding promoter was mainly produced as non-functional aggregates in Escherichia coli XL1-Blue and BL21 (DE3). In this study, expression vectors with a mined constitutive promoter (CEM) from metagenome were employed to increase the soluble expression of S. meliloti β-glucosidase. The resulting efficiency of constitutive expression systems was compared with those of the commonly used inducible systems in terms of the specific activity and solubility ratio. Consequently, recombinant β-glucosidases were mainly expressed in soluble form (82-97%) by the constitutive promoter CEM and thus showed the highest specific activity in the recombinant E. coli XL1-Blue harboring pCEMT.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Bacterial-mediated drug delivery is a potential and promising strategy for the specific treatment of cancer with therapeutic molecules, especially with genetically encoded proteins. These proteins must be tightly regulated due to cytotoxicity and thus are usually expressed under the control of the P<SUB>BAD</SUB> and TetA/TetR promoters <I>in vivo</I>. Since protein expression from these systems is triggered by exogenous inducer, periodic intravenous injection of inducer is necessary. However, these treatments can result in non-homogenous and/or inefficient expression of therapeutic proteins <I>in vivo</I> due to impeded diffusion and dilution of the inducer further from the injection site. To overcome these hurdles, we designed a conditional constitutive expression system equipped with the artificial transcription factor, AraC<SUP>C</SUP>, which has two operator-binding domains and simultaneously binds to the I<SUB>1</SUB> and I<SUB>2</SUB> operators of the P<SUB>BAD</SUB> promoter for gene expression in an arabinose-independent manner. Using this construct and the wild type protein AraC under the control of the P<SUB>BAD</SUB> promoter, we constructed a self-positive feedback system to constitutively express the therapeutic protein when the induction of AraC was triggered once using arabinose. This expression system could be useful in various cancer treatment strategies using bacteria to deliver genetically encoded drugs <I>in vivo</I>.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A designed artificial transcription factor AraC<SUP>C</SUP> is functional without the inducer arabinose. </LI> <LI> AraC<SUP>C</SUP>-coupled expression system allows the continuous production of the target protein after the initial triggering. </LI> <LI> This self-positive feedback loop produces a target protein in repeated subculture without further addition of arabinose. </LI> </UL> </P>

치과파노라마 촬영은 구강에 대한 선량의 증가와 안전관리가 필요하여 이에 대한 안전관리 및 장치관리에 대한 실태의 조사와 연구가 필요하다. 치과파노라마 촬영에 대한 기본 데이터 확보와 파노라마 촬영에 대한 국내 및 국외의 문헌에 대한 보고와 조사가 전무하여 이에 대한 조사 및 선량의 측정이 필요하다. 파노라마 촬영에 따른 유효선량, DAP, DWP를 분석하였고, ICRP에서 규정한 흡수선량과 가중계수 및 논문에서 국외의 진단참고준위를 참고하였다. 파노라마 촬영은 방사선의 피폭에 따른 환자에게 위험도를 수반하므로 진단참고 준위를 참조하여 환자의 방사선 방어를 최적화해야 한다. 또한 파노라마 방사선 촬영은 부위에 따라 흡수선량의 차이가 있어 선량에 가능한 노출되지 않도록 해야 한다. Dental panoramic radiography is an imaging technique which shows the information of teeth, jaws and superficial structures on a single image. In this study, we propose the clinical dose reference for dental panoramic radiography. Dental panoramic radiography is an application which can increase the radiation does of oral cavity. It is very important to study the real condition of management for these panoramic X-ray equipments. Since there was no researches on dental panoramic equipments in domestic and foreign study groups, we measured and analyzed the dose such as effective dose, DAP and DWP of panoramic radiography.
