백서에 있어서 Indomethacin이 수술후 부종에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Indomethacin on postsurgical edema in rats. For this study, 35 male rats, each weighing about 300 grams, were divided into 2 groups. Group 1: Composed of 10 rats that received no medication. Group 2: Composed of 20 rats that were administered Indomethacin intramuscularly (5mg/kg), preoperatively and 12 hours postoperatively. Results were obtained as follows. 1. Tissue water content of Group 2, that was administered Indomethacin intramuscularly were markedly reduced compared to that of Group 1 that received no medication. 2. Tissue water content of Group 1 and 2 were all higher than control group which received no surgery. 3. Tissue water content of Group 1 and 2 after 24 hours, were slightly higher than tissue water content after 48 hours. 4. In the microscopic finidngs, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and edema were markedly reduced in Group 2 than that of Group 1.

Purpose of Study: This study is to establish a plan for revitalizing lifelong education for the elderly in the Chungcheongbuk-do region through an analysis of the current status of lifelong education for the elderly and a survey of opinions related to lifelong education. Research content: The literature study analyzed secondary data published by national institutions such as the Ministry of Education, and a target group interview (FGI) was conducted from October to December 2022 with 20 people involved in lifelong education for the elderly. Research Result: The Chungbuk area lifelong learning center program is the lowest level nationwide, and only 4.12% of all lifelong learning center users. Elderly socialization education at senior welfare centers is active, but the number of registered senior classes is the lowest in the country. There is no support budget for lifelong education for the elderly, there is a lack of experts, and support from local governments is very poor. Research Suggestions: It is necessary to establish the concept of lifelong education for the elderly, establish a basis for institutional support for lifelong education for the elderly, establish a linkage system between welfare facilities for the elderly and lifelong learning centers, and conduct an accurate fact-finding survey. 연구목적 : 본 연구는 노인평생교육 현황분석 및 평생교육 관계자 의견조사를 통해 충북지역 노인평생교육 활성화 방안을 수립하기 위함이다. 연구내용 : 문헌연구는 교육부 등 국가기관에서 발간한 2차 자료를 분석했으며, 표적집단면접(FGI)은 노인평생교육 관계자 20명을 대상으로 2022년 10월부터 12월까지 실시했다. 연구결과 : 충북지역 평생학습관 프로그램은 전국적으로 가장 저조한 수준이며, 평생학습관 전체 이용자 중 4.12%에 불과하다. 노인복지관의 노년 사회화교육은 활발한 편이나 등록된 노인교실은 전국에서 가장 낮다. 노인평생교육에 대한 지원 예산이 전무하고, 전문가가 부족하며, 지자체의 지원이 매우 열악하다. 연구제언: 노인평생교육에 대한 개념 정립이 필요하고, 노인평생교육에 제도적 지원 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 노인복지시설과 평생학습관의 연계 체계 구축 및 정확한 실태조사가 이루어져야 한다.
분산전원의 배전계통 연계 평가 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

국가차원의 신·재생에너지 활성화 방안에 따라 풍력발전 등의 대규모 분산전원 단지의 도입이 이루어지고 있으나, 이에 대한 기술적인 평가방안이나 해석 방법이 구체적으로 제시되어 있지 않아, 설치자(시도 및 지자체)와 운용재한전의 배전지사/지점)들은 많은 혼돈과 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광, 풍력 등의 분산전원이 배전계통에 도입되는 경우, 계통 연계에 대한 기술적인 적합여부를 종합적으로 평가하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 즉, 분산전원을 제작하거나 시공하는 업체와 일반 운용자나 사용자(분산전원을 잘 모르는 비전문가 포함)들이 손쉽게 접근하여, 분산전원의 연계시의 기술적인 문제점과 적합 여부를 판단하는 기술지원 평가 S/W를 제작하였다. 주요 평가 기능으로서는 분산전원의 계통연계 시에 발생할 수 있는 정상, 비정상(사고), 전력품질에 대한 항목으로서, 누구나 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있는 표준계통에 근거한 평가 알고리즘에 의하여 연계 적합 여부를 판단하는 것이다. Recently, new dispersed sources (DSG) such as Photovoltaic, Wind Power, Fuel cell etc. are interconnected with distribution systems as national projects for alternative energy preparing for oil crisis. This paper deals with the optimal evaluation algorithms in the case where new dispersed sources are operated in distribution systems. It is very difficult and complicated to handle the interconnection issues for proper voltage managements, because professional skills and enormous amounts of data for the evaluations are required. The typical evaluation algorithms mainly depending on individual ability and quality of data acquired, inevitably cause the different results for the same issue, so unfair and subjective evaluations are unavoidable. In order to overcome these problems, this paper proposes reasonable and general algorithms based on the standard model system and proper criterion, which offers the fair and objective evaluations in any case.

In an inclined enclosure with the upper part cooled and the lower part heated, quantitative data of the temperature and velocity are obtained simultaneously using thermo-sensitive liquid crystals. Experimental results are Presented for Pr=909. aspect ratios of 1/14. 2/14 and 3/14, angle of inclination, 0$\leq$$\theta$$\leq$45 to the horizontal line. The numerical results are obtained in the same conditions as experiments by the finite volume method and its results are compared with experimental results. It is found that the number of cell is decreased with increasing the angle of inclination. and a unicell is formed at nearby 6=30$^{circ}$ which is not affected by the aspect ratio.

In this paper, we propose a voltage regulation control algorithm in DC micro-grid using BESS. The BESS is installed at the load end of the DC micro-grid, and the bidirectional DC/DC converter measures the grid voltage in real time to autonomously charge/discharge without external communication. The sag and swell range of the grid voltage is set to (±)5% of the rated voltage, and a VR control algorithm for this case is proposed. The proposed algorithm is verified through simulation and experiment.
