        論文(논문) : 자유비행 충돌회피 알고리즘 비교분석

        The evaluation of Conflict detection and Resolution Algorithms require the use of analytical that describe encounter flight safety and the costs and benefits of optimization maneuver. A number of such algorithms have been applied in the past to the free flight. Each algorithm has benefits and limitations, and flight safety may be facilitated by combining the best features of various techniques. This paper studied a summary of conflict detection and resolution algorithm approaches. Algorithm techniques are categorized and the fundamental assumptions, capabilities, and limitations of each approach are described. The Algorithms are evaluated and compared based on their applicability to free flight airspace conflict situations.

        자유비행 다중 충돌회피 효율성 측정 연구

        본 논문에서는 자율형 운항 알고리즘을 활용하여 분리보증 해결과 충돌탐지거리와의 상관관계, 충돌회피 후경로점 복귀와 시간제약 조건에 따른 항로 복귀, 3대 이상의 다중 충돌회피 상황의 분리보증 실험을 수행하여 운항환경에서 발생하는 실증적인 문제를 규명하였다. 실험결과 자유비행 충돌회피를 위하여 탐지거리 확대가 분리보증 해결과 운항 효율성 향상에 유리하며, 충돌회피 후 복귀기동 시 충돌예측상황에 따라 고정 경로점 복귀 또는 시간제약 조건을 적용한 항로 복귀기동을 선택할 수 있었다. 그리고 다중 충돌 상황에서 2도 이상의 선회각을 적용하면 분리보증 해결되었고, 최적의 선회각 선택 시에는 운항 효율성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있었다. In this paper, study the substantial issues which occurs upon free flight environment by performing separation assurance under multiple conflict(over 3 Aircraft), recovery en route under the terms of time constrains and fixed way point after the conflict avoidance, correlations between conflict detection distance and separation assurance by utilizing Autonomous flight algorithm. Result of this experiment demonstrates that the extension of detection distance is advantageous to solution of separation assurance and enhancing of flight efficiency, choose to maneuver by applying time constrain terms and fixed way point according to the situation of conflict prediction in case of recovery maneuver after the conflict avoidance. And separation assurance can be solved by applying 2 degrees or more of bank angle. When choosing the optimal bank angle could be drastically improved flight efficiency.

        항행 및 항법 분야 : 자유비행 분리보증 효율성 측정모델 연구

        항공기 분리보증은 자유비행 분리보증의 핵심요구사항이다. 본 논문에서는 자유비행 공역 효율성 측정을 위한 다양한 분리보증 및 효율성 측정 모델을 고찰하고, 자유비행 분리보증을 위한 포텐셜 필드 알고리즘과 기하학적 알고리즘, 두 가지의 충돌회피 기법을 모델링 하여 항공기 성능데이터와 두 가지 조건의 시나리오 상황에서 분리보증 해결과 운항 효율성을 측정하였다. 실험결과 자유비행 공역 하에서 기하학적 알고리즘 적용이 포텐셜 필드 알고리즘 보다 분리보증 해결, 운항 효율성 측면에서 우수하였으며, 동일한 알고리즘에서도 선회각, 속도 복합모델인 기하학적 결합 알고리즘이 더욱 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. Airborne separation assurance is a key requirement for Free Flight Airspace operations, This paper study the feasibility of airborne separation assurance for free flight Airspaces operations by evaluating the efficiency measurement models. Three qualitatively different methods are utilized; one based Ground and Air conflict probability model, other based Dynamic Density model. the other based Direct operating cost model. The evaluation is Direct Operating Cost model and Two metrics are utilized for the efficiency measurements; airborne separation assurance performed quite well in the Free Flight evaluation; (1) 2 scenario of the conflict situations are resolved; (2) The MD-80 flight peformed separation assurance and efficiency, Not only appling for geometric method algorithm is more efficiently than potential method, but also the most efficiently geometric combined method.

        자율형 운항 알고리즘 설계 연구

        항공기 분리보증은 자유비행의 핵심요구사항이다. 본 논문에서는 위임권한 확대, 공역 효율성 문제 등 자유비행의 실증적 문제해결을 위해 자율형 운항 알고리즘을 제안하고, 제안된 알고리즘과 포텐셜 필드 알고리즘을 모델링하여 두 가지 조건의 시나리오 상황에서 항공기 성능 데이터를 활용, 알고리즘 성능 및 충돌해결과 운항자율성 효과 등을 측정하였다. 실험결과 자유비행 공역 하에서 자율형 운항 알고리즘이 포텐셜 필드 알고리즘 보다 알고리즘 성능, 충돌해결, 운항 자율성 효과 측면에서 우수하였다. Airborne separation assurance is a key requirement for Free Flight. This paper is to propose autonomous flight algorithm, such as extended authority of delegation, efficiency of airspace issue to deal with the empirical solution for free flight, and to measure flight efficiency and conflict detection and resolution (CD&R) by utilizing flight performance data under the two circumstances of scenario with the modeling of proposed algorithm and potential field algorithm. The results show that the autonomous flight algorithm is superior to the potential field algorithm under the circumstances of free flight airspace in terms of algorithm performance, CD&R, and flight efficiency.

        세굴을 고려한 해상풍력터빈 지지구조물 위험도 평가

        세굴에 의한 해상풍력터빈 지지구조물의 위험도 평가기법을 제안하였다. 제안방법은 세굴깊이별 발생확률과 세굴깊이에 따른 취약도를 이용한 위험도 평가방법이며 지진위험도 평가기법을 변형한 것이다. 세굴깊이의 확률분포는 유의파고, 유의 주기, 조류속 등 해양 환경조건을 고려하기 적합한 경험식을 이용해 산정했으며, 해상풍력터빈 지지구조물의 동적응답을 이용하여 세굴취약도 곡선을 산정하였다. 세굴깊이별 발생확률과 세굴에 의한 구조물의 세굴취약도 곡선을 결합하여 세굴위험도를 분석하였다. The risk of offshore wind turbine support structures by scour has been proposed. The proposed utilize probabilities of scour depths and fragilities according to scour depth and a modification of a seismic risk analysis method. The probability distribution of scour depth was calculated using a equation which is suitable to consider marine environmental conditions such as significant wave height, significant period, and current velocity, and dynamic analysis was performed on an offshore wind turbine equipped with an suction bucket to find fragility. Then, the risk of offshore wind turbine support structure considering scour can be found by integrating the scour probability and the fragility.

        급성 결핵성수막염의 양상을 보이는 속립성 결핵에 동반된 신경 베쳇증후군

        A 14-year-old girl diagnosed with Behçet's disease 15 months previously presented at the emergency department with severe headache, fever, and vomiting. Chest radiographic and computed tomography findings were consistent with miliary tuberculosis, and pleocytosis and increased protein levels were found on examination of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Tuberculous meningitis associated with miliary pulmonary tuberculosis was suspected, and a four-drug regimen for tuberculosis plus intravenous dexamethasone was initiated. However, negative results of real-time polymerase chain reaction and CSF cultures led us to reconsider our initial diagnosis. On brain magnetic resonance imaging, the results supported neuro-Behçet's syndrome rather than tuberculous meningitis. However, it is unclear how miliary tuberculosis complicated neuro-Behçet's syndrome because the patient had no history of tuberculosis or contact with patients with tuberculosis, and had not used any immunosuppressive agents such as anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha drugs. This is a very rare case of neuro-Behçet's syndrome associated with miliary tuberculosis. More commonly, cases of neuro-Behçet's syndrome presenting with features mimicking acute tuberculous meningitis have been reported. Neuro- Behçet's syndrome should be considered in patients with a history of Behçet's disease presenting with signs of meningeal irritation.

        생후 90일 미만 영아의 요로 감염에서 세균성 수막염의 동반 가능성

        Purpose: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the most common serious bacterial infections in young infants. Lumbar puncture (LP) has been used to diagnose coexisting meningitis in infants under 90 days of age with suspected UTI in many hospitals. However, the incidence of bacterial meningitis associated with UTIs is low. We aimed to describe the prevalence of concomitant bacterial meningitis in young infants with UTIs. Methods: The medical records of infants with the first episode of UTI admitted to the Chung-Ang University Hospital from January 2010 to December 2019 were retrospectively reviewed. Infants aged < 90 days who underwent LP with initial evaluation were included. Demographic and clinical features, laboratory findings, and imaging findings were collected and analyzed. Results: Eighty-six infants with UTIs were enrolled in the study. The median age was 61.5 days (interquartile range, 42.3-73.8 days) and boys (90.7%) were predominant. Escherichia coli was the most common pathogen (n=80, 93.0%) and followed by Klebsiella species (n=5, 5.8%). Fifteen (18.1%) specimens produced extended spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL). Five (5.8%) infants had positive blood culture results. Seven (8.1%) infants showed pleocytosis in the cerebrospinal fluid, but none had coexisting bacterial meningitis. Twenty-four (30.8%) infants showed renal dilatation or hydronephrosis on ultrasonography. Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) scans revealed cortical defects in 17 (21.3%) infants while voiding cystourethrography revealed vesicoureteral reflux in 6 (46.2%) infants. Conclusion: Co-existing bacterial meningitis was not observed in young infants with UTIs. LP could not be routinely performed considering the clinical condition of <90 days old UTI patients.

        인구통계학적 특성에 따른 태권도장 서비스품질, 고객만족 구매행동의 차이

        This paper aimed to provide basic resources in managing Taekwondo gymnasiums and to suggest their activating methods through the analysis of how much the satisfaction of Taekwondo trainees’ parents regarding its training program, facility, trainers, re-purchase intention, the effect of Word of mouth and continuance intention influenced on their selection of Taekwondo training centers. The subjects of analysis were 180 samples of trainee's parents at Taekwondo gymnasiums located in Gyeonggi area. Using SPSS/PC 13.0 version, I applied following analyzing methods. First, I conducted frequency analysis and factor analysis as the content validity certificate for the purpose of demonstrating each question's validity and evaluated the Cronbach's αcoefficient of each factor for reliability demonstration. Second, in order to identify the difference in customer satisfaction and purchase behavior, I carried out t-test, one-way ANOVA. Viewing analyzed result of the effect of parents' satisfaction on their choosing Taekwondo training centers: First, in terms with the customer satisfaction level in accordance with parents’statistical-populational variables, as for in the training center facility and trainer realm, meaningful difference of satisfaction was revealed according to trainees’ training period and parents’ age. Second, by analyzing the purchase behavior due to parents’ statistical-populational variables, the result presented no meaningful difference. As for the Word of Mouth effect, meaningful difference was reflected in the result according to the training period of their children.

        병저항성 GM(OsCK1)벼가 미꾸리(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)및 잉어(Cyprinus carpio)에 미치는 영향

        BACKGROUND: The disease resistant (OsCK1) rice was generated by inserting choline kinase (CK1) and phosphinothricin acetyltransferase (PAT) genes isolated from Oriza sativa and Streptomyces hygroscopicus into the genome of rice (Nakdongbyeo). With the potential problems of safety, the non-target organism evaluation is required as an essential element for the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified (GM) crops. In present study, we studied the effects on survival of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Cyprinus carpio, commonly used as a model organism in ecotoxicological studies. METHODS AND RESULTS: The M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio were fed on disease resistant (OsCK1) rice and non-genetically modified (non-GM) rice (Nakdongbyeo) to 0, 10, 100, 1,000 and 5,000 mg/L, as treatment concentration respectively. The OsCK1 rice used for the test was confirmed to have the OsCK1/PAT gene expression by the PCR and ELISA analysis. Feeding test showed that no significant differences in cumulative immobility and abnormal response of M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio fed on between OsCK1 rice and non-GM rice. The 96hr-LC50 values showed no difference between OsCK1 rice (>5,000 mg/L) and non-GM rice (>5,000 mg/L). CONCLUSION(S): The results of this study suggested that there was no significant difference in toxicity for M. anguillicaudatus and C. carpio between OsCK1 rice and non-GM counterparts.
