      • [논문]Operational Characteristics of CO2 Laser Adopted by Superposing-Discharge

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

        In this study, The method to produce anticorrosive paint using reproductive wastepaint was investigated. The liquid-phase resin, BHO-500 and powder-phase paint BHO-300 were produced through wastepaint reproductive process. BHO-500 and BHO-300 could be replaced respectively polyvinylchloride resin and filler, which are thr components of anticorrosive paint. The properties of the anticorrosive paint produced through this process were excellent in comparison with the existing anticorrosive paint.

      • Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ 촉매를 이용한 Dimethyl Carbonate 합성에서 탈수제 첨가의 영향

        The effect of dehydrating agent in DMC(dimethyl carbonate) synthesis from methanol and carbon dioxide over Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst was studied in this work. Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O₂ catalyst having the best activity among Ce_(1-x)Zr_(x)O₂ catalysts was selected. We could supposed that the addition of dehydrating agents improved the DMC yield by H₂O elimination. When the dehydrating agents such as Na_(2)SO₄ or K₂SO₄ was added into the synthesis of DMC, the formation amount of DMC increased to about 0.8∼0.9 mmol through the elimination of formed H₂O as by-product.

        In this paper was studied on the mechanical characteristics of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics(GFRP) of the steel bar it is to replace The advantage of FRP such as high strength low weight and chemical inertness or noncorrosiveness can be fully exploited. GFRP bar were successfully fabricated at 10mm nominal diameters and hollow types using a pultrusion method Tensile and bending specimens from this bar were tested and compared with behavior of GFRP rebar and steel bar.

      • 석탄 플라이애쉬의 중금속 제거능에 관한 연구

        To investigate the potential of coal fly ash for landfill cover material and adsorbent of heavy metals in waste water, the use of coal fly ash for removal of heavy metals such as Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn from aqueous solution was investigated using batch adsorption and subsequent desorption. And the effect of organic compounds such as C(glucose). PO₄-P and NH₃-N on the removal efficiency of heavy metals was also investigated. The removal capacity and removal efficiency of fly ash for heavy metals were observed to be greater than those of the soil mostly used as landfill cover material. The removal capacity increased in the presence of organic compounds. Coal fly ash showed the preference for heavy metals in sequence of Cd>Cu>Zn>Pb, and showed an excellent removal capacity for Cd and Cu of 10 ㎎ metal per g of coal fly ash. The PO₄-P of 5 ㎎ per g of coal fly ash was removed, but the removal capacity did not increased with increased concentration. The NH₃-N and C(glucose) were hardly removed by coal fly ash. The dominant possible mechanisms are precipitation on the fly ash surface, precipitation in the fly ash pore and adsorption. The use a mixture of coal fly ash and soil as landfill cover material will enhance leachate stabilization and refuse decomposition by the alkalic property of coal fly ash. And the use of coal fly ash in cover material will provide the source of inexpensive cover material, and an outlet for coal fly ash. the coal fly ash also showed the potential as adsorbent of heavy metals in waste water.

      • Wire Saw 슬러리로부터 Si와 SiC의 선택적 회수

        This study was focused on the recovery of Si and SiC from wire saw slurry in wire saw slicing process. In order to separate Si and SiC from wire saw slurry, alkali dissolution method was used and then Na₂O showed superior dissolution property of Si. At this time, SiC was separated as powder from alkali aqueous solution. Si was dissolved as a liquid in alkali aqueous solution. After removing SiC powder, the powder was obtained by drying alkali aqueous solution and then it's XRD analysis showed that it was the water glass (Na₂SiO₃).

      • Wire Saw 슬러리로부터 Si, SiC 분리 및 제올라이트 합성에 대한 연구

        This study was focused on the separation of Si and from Wire Saw Slurry in Wire Saw Slicing process and synthesis of zeolite by mixing with water glass obtained from its process and Alumina. In order to separate Si and SiC from Wire Saw Slurry, Alkai disslution was used and then Na₂O showed superior dissoluble property of Si. At this time, SiC was separated as powder from Alkali apueous solution. Si was dissolved as a liquid in Alkali aqueous solution. After removing SiC powder, the powder formed was obtained from drying. Alkali aqueous solution and then it was the water glass (Na₂SiO₃)confirmed by XRD analysis. Water glass (Na₂SiO₃) and Alumina mixed with pure water made as a synthesis of zeolite through the crystallization by aging and hydrothermal reaction. The manufactured zeolite was Sodium Aluminum Silicate Hydrate confirmed by XRD analysis.

        한국성인 정상교합자의 치아크기와 비율에 관한 연구

        대한치과교정학회 부정교합백서 발간위원회에서 보관중인 한국성인 정상교합자의 표본(남 : 22명, 여 : 55)과 연세대학교 치과대학 교정과에서 부정교합 백서발간을 위하여 수집한 표본(남자 : 21명)을 이용한 한국성인 정상교합자의 치아크기의 계측과 비율에 관한 연구를 통해, 한국성인 정상교합자의 치아크기의 평균치를 구하고, 조화로운 교합관계와 심미성의 획득에 기여하는 치아크기의 비율을 구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.한국성인 정상교합자의 남녀 치아크기의 평균치를 구하였다. 2.남녀간 치아크기의 평균치 비교에서 상하악 제1대구치를 제외한 치아에서 총계적으로 유의하게 남자의 치아크기가 여자의 치아크기에 비하여 크게 계측되었다(p<0.05) 3.계측된 한국성인 정상교합자의 치아크기 평균치를 바탕으로 교정치료시 전치부에서의 적절한 수직피개도와 수평피개도, 구치부에서의 적절한 교합관계를 예측할 수 있게 해주는 치아비율을 산출하였다. 1) Sum of incisors = 4 : 2.97 2) Neff의 anterior coefficient = 1.28 3) Bolton의 anterior ratio = 78.29%, overall ratio = 91.14% 4.혼합치열기에서 맹출된 4전치 폭경의 합과 강하악 편측 미맹출 견치와 소구치 폭겸의 합과의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 이 상관관계에 의해 상하악 편측 미맹출 소구치 폭경의 합을 예측할 수 있는 회귀방정식을 구하였다. 1) 미맹출 편측 상악 견치와 소구치 폭경의 합 예측 회귀방정식 =10.435018+0.513346×(하악 4전치의 합) 2) 미맹출 편측 하악 견치와 소구치 폭경의 합 예측 회귀방정식 = 9.654002+0.502565×(하악 4전치의 합) The purpose of this study was to measure the average tooth size of Korean with normal occlusion. According to the study, the average tooth ratios between the upper and lower teeth which could assure the proper ovebite, overjet and good interdigitation ware calculated. The normal occluson sample of this study consisted of 43 Korean male adults and 51 Korean female adults. Among them, 22 Korean male adults and 51 Korean female adults were from KAO(Korean Association of Orthodontists), 21 Korean male adults were from Department of Orthodontics, College of Dentistry, Yonsei University. The results from this study were as follows : 1.The average tooth size of Korean Norm classified by male and female was measured. 2.The average tooth size of Korean male adults with normal occlusion was significantly larger than that of Korean female adults except upper and lower first molars.(p<0.05) 3.The tooth ratio which could predict the proper overbite and overjet in anterior teeth and proper occlusion in posterior teeth was calculated. 1) Sum of inciosrs = 4 : 2.97 2) Neff's anterior coefficient = 1.22 3) Bolton's anterior ratio = 78.29%, overall ratio = 91.14% 4.A positive correlation was observed between the sum of lower anterior incisors and the sum of unilateral canine and premolars in each jaw. Based this correlation, the regression equation was made which could predict the sum of unerupted unilateral canine and premolars in mixed dentition, 1) Sum of unilateral unerupted upper canine and premolars' width = 10.435018+0.513346×(sum of lower 4 incisors' width) 2) Sum of unilateral unerupted lower canine and premolars' width = 9.654002+0.502565×(sum of lower 4 incisors' width)

      • 間接螢光抗體法 및 免疫黃金標識法을 이용한 肝吸蟲組織內 抗原性部位에 관한 硏究

        Indirect fluorescent antibody test and immunogold labeling method were accomplished to observe the antigenic localization in the tissues of adult Clonorchis sinesis. Immunoglobulins (IgG) for the reaction were obtained from white rats and rabbits, at eight weeks after experimental infection with 50 and 500 metacercariae of C. sinensis, respectively. Frozen sectioned adult worm antigen (8μm) and FITC-conjugated goat anti-rat, rabbit IgG were used for indirect fluorescent antibody test. On the other hand, sectioned tissue antigen embedded in Lowcryl HM 20 medium and secondary antibody protein A gold complex (particle size:12 nm) were used for immunogold labeling method. In the results, fluorescence or gold particle were not observed on the tissue antigens of the worm when reacted with the noninfected control IgG. However, with the infected animal groups IgG, fluorescence or gold particles were observed on the interstitial matrix (body fluid) between the various organs, such as the tegumental cells, parenchyma, testes, receptaculum seminis. And the cecal epithelium including cecal contents and epithelium of excretory bladder also showed strong reaction. Therefore, antigenic materials which stimulate the IgG antibodies against the host were thought to be fluid substances and digestive enzymes or excretory materials which make up the interstitial matrix in the tissues of the worm.
