Computer Game System Modeling and Searching Algorithm for Occupancy of Niujiu Card
Chuanxi Zhang,Dongmei Li,Cong Dai 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.3
As a carrier of artificial intelligence research, computer game can establish a sound theoretical foundation for the research of non-zero-sum card games with imperfect information. In this paper, we first propose a game model based on the finite Moore automaton, which illustrates the implementation of the model for Niujiu card. At the same time, a novel search strategy combining IMP-minimax and Monte Carlo algorithm is presented in this model. Through the given algorithm, this paper accomplishes the simulation, including not only the process of minimal and optimal occupancy for the first player, but the available frequency of special card type. Experiments show that our model and algorithm are feasible and effective.

Background: At the therapeutic doses, diclofenac sodium (DFS) has few toxic side effects on mammals. On the other hand, DFS exhibits potent toxicity against birds and the mechanisms remain ambiguous. Objectives: This paper was designed to probe the toxicity of DFS exposure on the hepatic proteome of broiler chickens. Methods: Twenty 30-day-old broiler chickens were randomized evenly into two groups (n = 10). DFS was administered orally at 10 mg/kg body weight in group A, while the chickens in group B were perfused with saline as a control. Histopathological observations, serum biochemical examinations, and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction were performed to assess the liver injury induced by DFS. Proteomics analysis of the liver samples was conducted using isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) technology. Results: Ultimately, 201 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were obtained, of which 47 were up regulated, and 154 were down regulated. The Gene Ontology classification and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis were conducted to screen target DEPs associated with DFS hepatotoxicity. The regulatory relationships between DEPs and signaling pathways were embodied via a protein-protein interaction network. The results showed that the DEPs enriched in multiple pathways, which might be related to the hepatotoxicity of DFS, were “protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum,” “retinol metabolism,” and “glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism.” Conclusions: The hepatotoxicity of DFS on broiler chickens might be achieved by inducing the apoptosis of hepatocytes and affecting the metabolism of retinol and purine. The present study could provide molecular insights into the hepatotoxicity of DFS on broiler chickens.

A one-step facile method of synthesizing fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) has been demonstrated, whereby fluorescent CDs are produced through hydrothermal treatment of glucose in the presence of H3BO3 with a fluorescence quantum yield of 14.5%. It is found that spherical CDs have an average size of 3.7 nm as well as good monodispersion in aqueous solution. The added Cr (VI) selectively leads to the inner filter effect (IFE)-based fluorescence quenching of the CDs. Such fluorescence responses can be used for well quantifying Cr (VI) in the range of 0.05–200 µM. Significantly, the CDs possess negligible cytotoxicity, excellent biocompatibility and high selectivity. All these features are favorable for label-free monitoring of Cr (VI) in complex biological samples. It was then successfully applied for the fluorescence imaging of intracellular Cr (VI). As an efficient chemosensor, the CDs hold great promise in broadening their applications in biological systems.

Chemosensory proteins (CSP) afford insects the ability to recognize complicated environmental cues and are involved in diverse physiological processes. The planthoppers Laodelphax striatellus and Sogatella furcifera are serious specialist pests of rice throughout eastern Asia. In this study, we identified 21 putative CSP genes (namely LsCSP1–12 and SfCSP1–9) in the two planthoppers L. striatellus and S. furcifera, and profiled their transcript accumulation in different developmental stages and body parts by real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). All CSPs had the characteristic typical features of the CSP family, with the exception of LsCSP10 and SfCSP2, which lacked the predicted signal peptide sequence. Among these putative CSP genes, only two (LsCSP9 and SfCSP5)weremore highly expressed in the antennae, indicating that they might be involved in olfaction. On the contrary, eleven genes (LsCSP2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12; SfCSP1, 4, 6, 7, 8) and one gene (SfCSP9) were more highly expressed in the legs and heads (without antennae), respectively. The remainders of the genes were ubiquitously expressed in the heads (without antennae) and the bodies (without the legs and heads). The broad expression patterns in different body parts indicate that the CSPs of these two delphacid species may be involved in diverse functions besides chemosensation. These findings increase the understanding of the chemosensory protein system of Hemiptera species.
