최근 기업 경영의 관심은 환경 변화에 신속히 대응하고, 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 경쟁력 확보에 있다. IT(Information Technology)가 이러한 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 핵심 동인으로서 주요한 역할을 담당하면서, 경영과 IT의 연계, IT를 통한 제품 및 서비스의 혁신등이 최근 주요한 화두로 자리 잡았다. 그러나 기존의 국내외 정보화 평가지수 및 관련 연구들은 IT 자체의 양적인 구축과 활용수준, 그 경제성 효과에 초점이 맞추어져 있어서, IT가 경영 혁신을 지원하고 주도하는 수준에 대한 평가가 미흡한 것이 사실이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 차세대 정보화수준 평가 시스템이 갖추어야 하는 요건을 정의하고, 이를 기반으로 한 평가영역과 평가항목을 개발한다. 또한, 기업 정보화의 다양한 특성유형을 설명할 수 있는 다차원의 해석 방식을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 평가시스템 EIII 2.0은 국내 금융업종의 2개 기업을 대상으로 한 파일럿 테스트로 실용성을 검증하였다. Recently, the main concerns of enterprise management activities is how to strengthen the competitiveness to quickly respond to changes and sustain the growth in business environment. As IT(Information Technology) has become to be viewed as a key driver for the business competitiveness, new paradigms, such as business and IT alignment, IT-driven product/service innovation and so on, are regarded as the hot topic in many industries. However, previous studies related to IT evaluation, which is more critical than any other IT activities, have focused on quantitative IT deployment, utilization and its economical effects. Therefore, this study presents the newly-developed evaluation domains and items based on four pairs of relative concepts in industrial informatization, and their multi-dimensional analysis methodology which explains various types of IT characteristics of enterprises. And finally, pilot tests at 2 companies in financial service sector will be performed in order to verify the practicality of the evaluation system.

업무성과 기반의 기업 간 협업 정보화 수준분석 방안 연구

정보화 수준은 개별 기업에서뿐만 아니라, 산업이나 국가적 차원에서 분석될 수 있으며, 개별 기업들의 총체적인 정보화 수준은 산업의 정보화 수준으로 발현되며, 산업의 정보화 수준을 통해 국가의 정보화 수준을 파악할 수 있다. 하지만 지금까지의 정보화 수준과 관련된 연구들은 주로 개별 기업들에 초점이 맞추어져 있었기 때문에, 산업의 관점에서 보다 구체적인 정보화 수준을 도출하는데 한계가 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 개별 기업 간의 협업 정보화 수준을 포함한, 보다 넓은 범위의 정보화 수준 분석 방법이 필요하다. 또한 기존의 정보화 수준을 단순히 인프라의 개념으로 생각했던 관점에서 벗어나, 업무성과 기반의 연계분석 방법을 활용함으로써, 문제의 원인과 결과를 명확히 파악하고, 실질적인 방향성 도출이 가능할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 협업성과와 IT를 연계하기 위한 모델과 분석 방법론을 제시하였고, 조선산업에 적용함으로써 방법론의 유용성 및 적용 가능성을 검증하였다. Informatization level can be analyzed in a perspective of enterprise, industry and national level. The industrial informatization level has relation to each enterprise informatization level and it provides an analyzing method to evaluate the informatization level of nation. However since many studies have been focused on individual enterprise until now, it has been difficult to analyze the infromatization level from an industrial perspective more detail. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to analyze the informatization level of collaboration which is the methodology to cover a wide scope. In addition, it would be possible to demonstrate the practical directions and causal problems of informatization level, as using the analysis methodology based on business performance. Accordingly, in this paper, we suggest an analysis model of collaboration performance with Information Technology. And we verified our research through the practical application of our methodology to the shipbuilding industry.

기업은 적극적인 IT의 활용이 경영성과를 높이는데 크게 기여할 것이라고 기대한다. 하지만 기업의 생산성과 운용효율성을 향상시키고, 기업경쟁력 확보를 통한 비즈니스 기회를 창출하는데 정보화 투자가 얼마나 기여하고 있는지를 명확히 설명하기에는 한계가 있다. 그것은 기업전략과 IT를 연계할 수 있는 실천적인 도구가 없기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 KPI 기반의 정보화 수준진단 방법론 개발을 통해 KPI 별 IT의 전략기여도를 산출하는 방법을 제시하여 기업의 정보화가 전략의 요체라 할 수 있는 KPI에 미치는 IT의 기여수준을 평가한다. 그리고 국내 금융기업을 대상으로 방법론을 적용하여 방법론의 유용성 및 적용가능성을 검증하였다. KPI 기반의 정보화 수준진단 방법론은 기업전략, 즉 KPI의 분석에서 시작하여 핵심업무활동 분석, 그리고 IT의 업무지원수준 분석으로 구성되어 있고, 최종적으로 KPI 별 IT의 전략기여도를 산출하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구는 핵심업무활동과 이를 지원하는 정보시스템 기능을 매개체로 활용하여 기업전략과 IT를 연계할 수 있는 실천적인 논리를 개발하였다고 할 수 있다. 본 방법론의 적용을 통해 IT의 전략기여도를 주기적으로 평가하고 관리함으로써 기업의 정보화 투자를 최적화시킬 수 있으며, 유기적인 IT 거버넌스 체계 구축의 시발점이 될 것을 기대한다. Corporate certainly expects that the practical usage of IT would lead the firm performance. However, it is not clear that IT investment would increase business productivity and create business opportunity because of the absence of definite methods for aligning IT with business strategy. In this study, we suggested IT evaluation methodology based on KPIs that would evaluate IT effectiveness on KPIs-IT strategic value index which means how much corporate informatization would influence on KPIs. In addition, we verified the practical usefulness of this methodology by implementing on Korean financial company. IT evaluation methodology is composed of KPI(Key Performance Index) analysis, KPA(Key Performance Activity) analysis, and IS Function analysis. Finally we evaluate IT strategic value index for each and every KPIs. In this study, we initiate the practical logic for aligning IT with business strategy through the intermediary of KPAs and supporting IS functions. Regular evaluation and control of IT through IT strategic value index could optimize IT investment and make organic IT governance structure for the initial step.

사이버 쇼핑몰에서 효과적인 정보탐색을 위한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인에 관한 연구

사이버 쇼핑몰에서 정보탐색이나 사용자와의 상호작용은 전자상거래 구현에서 필연적으로 요구되는 기능들이다. 사이버 쇼핑몰의 인터페이스에서 인지/감성적 요소를 파악하기 위해 사이버 쇼핑몰의 거래 프로세스를 분석하여 쇼핑몰에서 고려해야 하는 인지/감성적 요소들을 추출하였다. 이러한 요소들에 대해 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 물품을 구입하는 과제를 수행하여 사후설문을 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 자료구조와 정보량, 정보탐색이 구매활동에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 항해 지원도구를 제공하는 방법과 사이트 전체의 자료구조를 제공하는 방법이 사용자가 효율적으로 쇼핑몰과 상호작용하는지를 파악하고자 했다. 은유모형의 항해지원도구에 대한 사용성 공학 실험에서는 공간 은유모형과 비공간 은유모형의 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 특정 상품과 특정 목적에 맞는 상품을 구입하도록 하였다. 회상 프로토콜과 사후 설문조사, log data를 분석한 결과, 공간 은유모형에서의 부가적 항해 지원도구가 쇼핑몰의 구조를 효과적으로 파악하게 해줌으로써 편리한 쇼핑을 가능하게 하여 만족도와 재미를 높여준 것으로 해석되었다. 자료구조정보가 정보탐색에 미치는 영향에서는 깊이 수준이 다른 두 가지 자료 구조(너비 구조, 깊이 구조)에서 정보탐색율과 오류경로율의 분석을 통해 문서구성도의 제시가 정보탐색에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 문서구성도를 제시하면 정해진 시간에 더 많은 정보를 탐색하는 것으로 나타났고, 깊이 구조보다는 너비 구조에서 더 많은 정보를 탐색한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 자료구조와 정보량에 따른 효과적인 정보탐색을 위한 공간 은유모형의 부가적 항해지원도구와 문서구성도라는 자료구조정보의 유용성을 검증함으로써 사용자 인터페이스의 디자인 방향을 제안하였다. This paper studied on user interface design for effective information searching in cybershopping mall, One of the prerequisites for Electronic Commerce is the information search and the interaction with users in cybermalls. At first, Through the analysis of shopping business process. we have experimented and extracted the cognitive and emotional factors to be considered using the Analytic Hierarchy Process with post-questionnaire. The result showed that the treemap and the navigation aid have an important influence on users’ shopping. As the result of the first experiment. we analyzed each effect of the two factors, a treemap and a navigation aid, on users’ interaction with cybermalls. In the second experiment, the study classified various navigation aids into two types based on spatial or directory metaphors, and analyzed the effects of each metaphoric navigation aid with post-questionnaires, log data, and recall protocols in an experiment. The result indicated that subjects with spatial metaphoric navigation aids more effectively recognized the structure of a cybermall, and thereby felt more convenient and satisfied during the shopping. In the third experiment. search tasks were set to compare the effect of the treemap on search behaviors between depth-structure and breadth-structure by increasing depth of data structure. Subjects performed search tasks with the treemap better than without it and in breadth-structure better than in depth-structure. Finally, analyzing the effect of the treemap and navigation aid. the study concluded with The issued in developing the user interface in the cybermall.

소프트웨어 사업자 평가 시스템 개발 및 활용에 관한 연구

소프트웨어 자체나 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 평가를 위한 기존의 평가 시스템들은 소프트웨어 조직의 다양성과 측정 요소들의 정성적인 특성 등으로 측정이 어려웠고 이로 인해 조직의 프로세스, 기업환경이나 제품 기능성과 같은 제품위주의 단편적인 측면만을 고려한 평가 시스템들이 주를 이루어왔다. 따라서 잠재적 고객의 소프트웨어 구매나 제휴 업체 선정 등에 있어 일부 제한적인 정보만을 이용할 수 있었고, 이로 인해 소프트웨어나 소프트웨어 업체의 결정에 있어서 합리적이며 적절하고 빠른 의사결정을 하는 데 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 평가 시스템들이 안고 있는 한계를 극복하여, 기업이 가지고 있는 역량에 대한 측면과 기업이 제공하는 고객 서비스 그리고 제품에 대한 고객 만족도 측면을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 평가 시스템(SISW)을 개발하였으며, 이를 국내 유수한 소프트웨어 기업을 대상으로 적용하여 그 결과를 분석, 제시하였다.
