        광선각화증, 보웬병, 편평상피세포암에서 Ki-67, Cyclin A, p53, p16의 발현 양상

        Background: Actinic keratosis (AK) and bowen`s disease (BD) are pre-cancerous diseases, and are regarded as an early squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). AK and BD can be progressed into SCC. In this process, tumor suppressor and cell proliferative proteins may play important roles. Objective: To investigate the differences of expression patterns of the immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and useful markers for differential diagnosis in AK, BD and SCC. Methods: Biopsy had proven 17 cases of AK, 20 cases of BD and 17 cases of SCC, which were all selected. IHC staining for Ki-67 and cyclin-A, as cell proliferative markers, p53 and p16 as tumor suppressor markers, were performed. Labeling index (LI) and distribution pattern of IHC expressions were measured. Results: LI of Ki-67 in AK, BD and SCC were 30.6%, 60.2% and 54.8%, respectively. LI of cyclin-A in AK, BD and SCC were 9.2%, 24.4% and 24.1%, respectively. LI of p53 in AK, BD and SCC were 20.7%, 37.9%, and 39.9%, respectively. LI of p16 in AK, BD and SCC were 10.6%, 38.3% and 39.9%, respectively. Lower 1/3 was the most frequent distribution pattern in AK in all IHC stains, full thickness lower 2/3 were the most frequent distribution pattern in BD and SCC in all IHC stains. Conclusion: LI and distribution pattern of Ki-67, cyclin-A, and p16, as well as the distribution pattern of p53 may be useful markers to differentiate AK from BD and SCC. Higher degree and full-thickness distribution pattern IHC expressions in all stains may be helpful in the diagnosis of BD, rather than AK. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(4):290∼298)

        본 연구는 산업화과정에서 발생하는 급속한 사회경제적 변화의 흐름 속에서 근로자계층이 인지하는 복지 즉 근로복지의 수준이 어떻게 변화하는가를 동태적으로 파악할 수 있는 어떤 지표 즉 근로복지지표를 개발하기 위해 행해졌다. 근로자의 복지수준을 일관성 있고 일목요연하게 파악하는 것은 정부의 노동정책의 방향정립과 정책평가는 물론 사용자나 근로자의 입장에서도 근로복지증진을 위한 자신들의 역할ㆍ기능을 명확히 할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 긴요한 연구과제였다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 근로복지의 내용을 구성하는 요인을 고용사정, 임금 및 근로조건, 노사관계, 사생활 등 제1차적인 주요관심사항 4개와 그 각각에 대응하는 세부관심사항 3~4개씩으로 확정하여 세부관심사항에 따라 근로복지지표를 체계화하되 그 것을 양적 지표와 질적 지표로 나누어 모두 57개의 개별지표로 구성하였다. 지표들은 대체로 이용가능한 기존통계 및 자료들로부터 측정가능하도록 노력하였으나 일부 지표는 새로운 자료의 작성을 요구하는 것도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 근로복지지표체계는 현실적 고려가 충분히 감안되긴 했으나 기본적으로는 이론적(이상적)인 체계라 할 수 있으며 단기적으로는 제한적으로 밖에 활용될 수 없을 것이라는 한계를 갖는다. 본 연구에서 행한 시산의 결과도 이러한 한계에 유념하면서 해석되어야 할 것이다.

      • 토끼에서 enrofloxacin과 enrofloxacin acetate의 比較藥物動態學

        This study was designed to examine the in vitro antibacterial activities and pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin acetate (ENFXA) and enrofloxacin (ENFX). Two enrofloxacins had wide spectrum antibacterial activities against Gram positive and negative bacteria, and mycoplasma, showing potent antibacterial activities with low MICs (0.05-3.33 ㎍/㎖ for Gram positives, 0.002 ㎍/㎖ for Gram negatives and 0.02 ㎍/㎖ for mycoplasma). In order to investigate the profiles of two formulations of enrofloxacin we studied comparative pharmacokinetics of them in rabbits. Five rabbits were given 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight of each enrofloxacin formulation intravenously (i.v.) and orally (p.o.) in a cross-over study. Pharmacokinetic parameters of both formulations were calculated by the use of PCNONLIN, a computer program. Their bioavailibility in rabbits, the means of the area under the curve (AUC). After oral administration of each formulation in rabbits, the mean elimination half-lives (t_1/2,ke) were 3.25h (ENFX) and 4.32 h (ENFXA), and mean AUC 4.27 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFX) and 6.21 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFXA). Both enrofloxacin formulations seemed to have good tissue distribution and penetration as indicated by large volume of distribution: 4.76 1/㎏ for ENFX and 7.23 1/㎏ for ENFXA. With the results obtained in this study, ENFXA could be used in place of ENFX in rabbits.

In this treatise, analyzed and analyze single-screw that is using developing in Human Resource Training Project for regional Innovation subject considering pressure, temperature etc.. of extrusion screw using CFdesign that is 3 dimensional analysis program.

      • Latex Modified Concsdrete 교면공법을 이용한 포장공법의 Life Cycle Cost 분석

        라텍스 개질 콘크리트(Latex Modified Concrete : 이하 LMC라 약칭함)는 방수성, 동결성 등에서 뛰어난 재료이기 때문에 과거 35년 전부터 전 세계적으로 널리 이용되고 있는 포장재료이다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 고가의 초기공사비 부담으로 인하여 시공실적이 전무한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라에서 초기도입단계에 있는 라텍스 개질 콘크리트 교면 포장공법을 위한 LCC 분석 절차 및 사용자비용 모델을 제안하고자 하였고, 이러한 절차 및 모델에 기초하여 실제 대상교량의 포장공사에 적용하여 LMC의 LCC 측면에서의 비용 절감효과를 정량적으로 조사하고자 한다. Latex Modified Concrete(LMC) has been widely used for the pavement of highway bridges over the past 35years around the world since it is more resistant to the intrusion of chloride ions, has higher tensile, compressive, and flexural strength, and has greater freeze-thaw resistance. However, in Korea, it has not been introduced to fields due to higher initial construction cost for its overlay than conventional pavement materials. Due to durable characteristics, it should be noted that the LMC may be more cost-effective than conventional pavements such as asphalt pavement considering life-cycle cost(LCC) concept. The objective of this study is intended to suggest a practical LCC analysis model for pavement projects and to demonstrate relative cost-effectiveness of the LMC overlays in comparison with conventional pavement techniques. It may be stated that the procedure proposed in this study may be utilized for making optimal decision on cost-effective pavement design.

      • 항공우주용 복합재튜브의 충격압궤특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 준정적 및 충격실험에 대한 CFRP 박육부재의 에너지흡수특성에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 준정적실험은 신강좌굴실험기를, 충격실험은 수직식 충격압궤실험장치를 사용하였으며, 총 178개의 CFRP 박육부재에 대하여 준정적 및 충격압궤실험을 수행하였다. CFRP 원형관의 압궤실험시 그 응답특성은 매우 복잡하며, 압궤과정중 상이한 역학적 상호관계에 의존하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 적층조건을 갖는 박육부재의 압궤특성과 흡수에너지에 관하여 실험후 고찰하였다. 그 결과 CFRP 박육부재의 에너지 흡수 특성은 초기결함(Trigger)과 계면수 등에 관한 다양한 함수로 나타났으며, 일반적으로 CT-타입의 CFRP 박육부재의 에너지 흡수특성이 다른 박육부재에 비해 가장 높음을 알수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate on the energy absorption characteristics of CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) tubes on quasi-static and impact tests. Quasi-static and impact compression tests were performed on 178 tubes. Static compression tests have been carried out using the static testing machine(Shin-gang buckling testing machine) and impact compression tests have been carried out using the vertical crushing testing machine. When such tubes are subjected to crushing loads, the response is complex and depends on the interaction between the different mechanisms that control the crushing process. The collapse characteristics and energy absorption of a variety of tubes have been examined. The results varied significantly as a function of trigger and interlaminar number. In general, the CT-type tubes absorbed more energy than the others.

      • 근적외선 분광분석법을 이용한 LAS (linear alkyl benzene sulfonate)의 정량분석법

        Linear alkyl sulfonates (LAS) constitute a large fraction of the surfactants used in cleaning processes in households, trade and industry. Despite the industrial significance and the possible environmental impact of these compounds, the fast and inexpensive determination of LAS concentrations is still a difficult task. In this study, near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy which is a rapid spectroscopic analysis method compared with a traditional analytical method for the measurement of LAS concentration such as HPLC, GC and standard wet chemistry method. NIR spectra of LAS between 0.313 and 25.0% (w/v) in water were utilized to develop a calibration model. The best results (R = 0.998, SEP = 0.244% (w/v)) obtained by using partial least-squares regression with spectral data treatment and 2nd derivatization were comparable to the results (SEC = 0.186% (w/v), SEP = 0.206% (w/v)) obtained by using multiple linear least-squares regression (MLR). However, models based on derivative spectra have no significant advantage with MLR.
