      • 蒸發濃縮法을 利用한 酒精廢水의 最適處理에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out as a part of total solid recovery and energy economy in distillate wastewater, in which was investigated the characteristics of treatment with the variation of temperature, thickened concentration and residence of wastewater of Rise, Barley and Tapioca, Tapioca, and sweet potato by using Vacuum Vapor Compression. The results are as follows; 1. In case of Rise wastewater, 10 ㎥/hr of planned treatment flow can be treated under the range of 0.9979∼1.0491 g/c㎥ of thickened concentration and 50∼70 % of enriching liquid, and the both of organic fixation and scale sticking in heat transfer tube is out of the question. Further, it is considered that it is possible to treat the total flow for generated wastewater reaching up to 1.5 times of productivity when chemical scrubbing using NaOH is utilized with the situation of treatment periodically. 2. In Tapioca Wastewater, all the generated wastewater can be treated, and on operating of Tapioca-experiment, it is shown as a question that fibrous materials of Tapioca gunny bag and remained particles of PP gunny bag sticked on heat transfer tube reduce the thermal conductivity. 3. In treating Rise and Tapioca (50 and 50), 10 ㎥/hr of planned treatment flow can be treated under the 0.860∼0.878 g/c㎥ of thickened concentration and 60∼75% of enriching liquid. Its efficiency of treatment, however, is inferior to the both of Rise and Tapioca wastewater. 4. In case of Barley wastewater, the planned treatment flow can be treated under the 0.810∼0.873 g/c㎥. Organic fixations of heat transfer tube is made progress faster than the both of Rise and Tapioca Wastewater, and enriching liquid is generated more 1.5 times than other wastewater, thus, in treating Barley wastewater, it is possible to treat total flow by installing the drying equipment larger 1.5 times than other treatment equipment. 5. Sweet potato wastewater is not suitable for treatment of V.V.C. because of the difficulty of vaporization by its high viscosity. In blending with other distillate wastewater, however, it can be treated.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the perfluorocarbone emulsion in a novel membrane module that satisfied the limiting factor of minimizing the pressure loss in the intravascular blood flow pattern. It observed the mind on the viscosity that to mix with blood in the ratio of 1:4. The device used a bundle consisted of several hundred hollow fiber having the outside diameter of 380㎛. and the axial jacket length of 600 ㎜. The pressure drop of the membrane module device consisting of 300 hollow fibers was observed 10 ㎜Hg at the flow rate 4 ℓ/min and could be get sphere of pressure drop to apply equipment.

        진동에 의한 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 산소전달 특성

        본 연구는 급성호흡부전환자를 치료하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 기체전달을 향상시키기 위하여 중공사막에 진동기법을 사용하여 기체전달을 향상시키고자 시도하였다. 그리고 혈관 내 폐 보조장치를 정맥에 삽입하기 전, 혈관 내 폐 보조장치의 설계조건을 실험적 모델을 통하여 기체전달을 예측할 수 있는 예측식을 만들고자 하였다. 실험결과, 본 연구에서는 진동기법이 기체전달을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 충진율과 가징 주파수의 함수관계를 이용하여 기체전달을 예측 할 수 있었다. 실험에 의하여 얻어진 결과는 예측식에 의하여 얻어진 결과와 유사한 결과를 얻었다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충진율과 가진 주파수의 함수를 이용하여 VIVLAD의 기체전달을 예측할 수 있었다. In this paper, we tried to improve gas exchange of the vibrating intravascular lung assist device(VIVLAD) using vibrating method in the hollow fiber membrane, for the patients suffering from acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). And we tried to formularize prediction equations to make a prediction about gas transfer for designing intravenous artificial lung assist device, and designed modules under various conditions were studied through an experimental modeling before inserted the artificial lung assist device into as venous. As a result, we are convinced that vibration method is very useful for the has transfer increasing. Also, we can estimate the gas transfer as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies. The gas transfer obtained from the experiment was similar to that from the prediction equation, confirming the usefulness prediction equation. Therefore, we can estimate the gas transfer of the VIVLAD as a function of the packing density and excited frequencies.

      • 古紙廢水의 生物學的 處理時 處理效率과 適定 運營에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to estimate the efficiency of treatment and proper management of wastewater treaterment plant in biological treatment of old paper mill wastewater. In this study, the F/M ratio was changed 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4, HRT and temperature were changed 12hr, 24hr, 48hr, 72hr and 20℃, 26℃, 30℃ respectively. 1. By case of the F/M ratio, the range of COD result was 83%∼85% and the SS result was 82%∼93% in the efficiency of treatment when the F/M ratio was changed from 0.1 to 0.4 and the HRT was 48hr. Therefore, the efficency of treatment of COD and SS was little influenced by the change of F/M ratio. 2. And in the change of hydraulic retention time(HRT) when the HRT was changed as 0hr, 12hr, 24hr, 48hr and 72hr, the efficiency of treatment was upgraded as the term of HRT. 3. In the case of temperature, when the condition of inside of the reactor was changed from 20 ℃ to 32 ℃, the efficiency of the COD and SS was moved up. 4. Because the COD is 130 ㎎/ℓ and the SS is 120 ㎎/ℓ as the standard of applied wastewater discharge, in the condition of old paper mill was wastewater plant of 20℃ the hydraulic retention time of 48hr is suitable. In the case of 26℃ and 32℃ the HRT of 24hr is proper.

        초등학교 과학교실 및 과학동아리 관련 현장 조사 및 프로그램 개발 모형 설정

        본 연구의 목적은 과학 교실 및 과학반, 과학동아리 활동과 관련하여 일선 학교 현장에서는 어떤 문제점을 갖고 있으며 어떤 요구가 있는지 조사연구를 통해 알아보고 그 결과를 바탕으로 활동 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 개발 모형을 제시하는 것이었다. 146개 초등학교의 과학 관련 교사를 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며 조사결과, 교사들은 다양한 문제점과 해결 덜'간을 제시하였는데 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 다양한 과학 활동에 대한 행·재정적 지원이 절실히 필요하다. 둘째, 과학비전공 교사도 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 활동 프로그램의 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 재미있는 활동으로 구성된 프로그램이 있어야 한다. 넷째, 프로그램은 준비가 용이한 활동으로 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 탐구 활동 중심의 평가 방법이 제시되어야 한다. 이러한 조사 결과를 바탕으로, 교사, 학생, 운영 환경을 축으로 하는 프로그램 개발 맥락을 설정하고 주제 설정, 활동구성, 차시구성, 활동지 구성, 교사용 지침서 구성의 단계로 이루어진 개발 모형을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of elementary school teachers on extra-science programs and to suggest development model for extra-science program. Survey research was conducted on 146 science-related teachers all over the country. As the result, teachers presented several problems and solutions on extra-science activities and programs. The suggestions from the results are as follows. First, more administrative and financial supports are required. Second, it must be the programs with which any teachers, regardless of their major fields, can execute easily. Third, the programs should be interesting for students to do. Fourth, it should be easy to prepare activities and materials, Finally, the inquiry-focused assessment method should be presented in each program. Based on these suggestions, the context of development of programs was established. Three axises of, students, teachers, and environment, were included in the context. The model of development of programs was set up based on the context. It was constructed with six process steps, Confirmation of theme, Composition of work frame, Organization of each period, Worksheets for students, Guidebook for teachers, Completion, and one or two assessment criteria in each process steps. It must be useful to development of extra-science programs that is appropriate to the need of teachers.

        In vivo tracking of human mesenchymal stem cells in experimental stroke.

        <P>To understand the fates of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) following transplantation into a rodent model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques were employed, hMSCs were labeled with ferumoxides (Feridex)--protamine sulfate complexes, which were visualized and examined by MRI up to 10 weeks following transplantation. Migration of the transplanted cells to the infarcted area was further confirmed by histological methods. We found that the hMSCs transplanted in MCAo models possess the capacity to migrate to the infarcted area extensively in both ipsilateral and contralateral injections, exhibiting a pathotropism. We also analyzed the detailed migration patterns of transplanted hMSCs. We speculate that the extensive migratory ability of hMSCs may represent a therapeutic potential for developing efficient cell transplantation strategies in stroke.</P>

        Formulation and statistical analysis of an herbal medicine tablet containing Morus alba leaf extracts

        It has reported that Morus alba has properties to treat fever, protect liver damage, improve eyesight, strengthen the joint, facilitate discharge of urine, and prevent high blood pressure. Extracts from herbal plants, have hygroscopic and low flowability characteristics. Due to these properties, it is difficult to develop the formulation using herbal extracts in pharmaceutics. In this study, Morus alba leaf extract (MLE) was fermented by Viscozyme ® (MLE-V) and Pectinex ® (MLE-P) as well as non-fermented MLE (MLE-C). Physicochemical properties of MLEs were evaluated for optimization of formulation. As a result, cell viability was higher MLE-V than MLE-P, although there was no difference in flowability depending on the enzyme type. Based on the pre-formulation study, MLE-V was selected. Wet granulation method was used to overcome the poor flowability of MLE and MLE tablet was developed by statistical-based experimental design method. A Box-Behnken design, one of the models of experimental design, was constructed using lactose content in lactose plus microcrystalline cellulose (X1), disintegration agent (X2), and binding agent (X3). The dependent variables were hardness (Y1), friability (Y2), and disintegration time (Y3). Finally, MLE tablet with hardness (11.83 ± 0.36 Kp), friability (0.26 ± 0.01%) and disintegration time (1395.56 ± 49.84 s) were optimized. This is the first work to report the formulation design using herbal extracts fermented with enzyme through quality by design.

        스크류용 합금강의 마모 특성에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The screws used in agricultural machinery are worn by friction due to relative motion during prolonged high-pressure use. The wear can be categorized as abrasion and cohesion wear, which shorten the performance and life of agricultural machinery and eventually lead to failure. This study focused on determining the wear rate of the screw surface in dehydration machinery. Methods: We sought to select the optimal material by comparing and analyzing the wear characteristics of three types of materials: STS, SCM, and SNCM. The wear test was performed under variable load, dry, and wet conditions on a total of 3 samples using a pin-on-disk wear tester. The friction coefficient, amount of wear, and specific wear rate were obtained from the test results and compared for the three materials. Results: The friction surface was imaged using SEM. It was found that the specific wear rate of STS was the highest under all load conditions in both dry and wet environments. The specific abrasion rate of SCM was similar to that of SNCM in a dry environment but the lowest in a wet environment, revealing its excellent abrasion resistance. Conclusion: A material with high wear resistance was identified by analyzing the wear characteristics of three types of materials. Moreover, its use increased durability of the screw, a critical component in dewatering machines.
