학교 단위 학생건강체력 증진 사업 운영에 대한 CIPP 모형 기반 성과 분석

본 연구의 목적은 정부(교육부)의 지원으로 초·중·고등학교에서 실시된 학생건강체력 증진을 위한 사업(이하 본 사업)의 운영 성과를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 CIPP 모형을 적용하여 사업운영 성과를 상황 요인, 투입 요인, 과정 요인, 산출 요인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 프로그램에 참여한 학교의 교사와 학생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고 본 사업의 운영을 담당한 교사와 이 사업운영을 지원하고 감독하는 업무를 수행한 장학사로 구성한 전문가 집단을 대상으로 면담 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생 건강체력 증진을 위한 사업의 성과 분석에 있어서 학생의 만족도와 건강체력의 수준은 향상된 것으로 나타났으며 종합적으로 사업 운영 조건의 확인, 학교 실정 맞춤식 프로그램 개발 및 운영, 학생 참여 증대와 교육적 효과 촉진, 교사의 인식과 역할 증대 등의 효과를 확인하였다. 그러나 기존의 건강체력 증진을 위한 사업과의 차별성 부족이나 교육 대상 학생이 불명확한 점, 일률적인 예산 분배, 프로그램의 다양성 부족 등이 사업 운영상의 문제점으로 도출되었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the result of the project which was supported by government(ministry of education) for promoting students" health-related fitness through CIPP(Context, Input, Process and Product) model. CIPP model was developed by Stufflebeam(1983) to accomplish the evaluation requirements which oriented to the goals. So this model is useful for describing the information, context, input and process with program product. The participants of the study included 5,741 students, 704 teachers and 20 supervisors. Data were collected by questionnaire and interviews and then were analysed using statistical techniques and qualitative analysis method. As the result of study the degree of students" satisfaction and health-related fitness promotion was progressed. This study identified the condition for conducting the project and the necessity of developing programs according to school environment, inducing students to the project and facilitate their educational experience and increasing teachers" perspectives and roles. And this study described about various problems and improvement when the project was propelling.

In this study student administration system based the .net foundation was implemented that can effectively address the attendance processing and the student management tasks for numerous courses that constituents many students and professors. The system configuration is largely divided into student management server, student management client system, and attendance processing system. The attendance processing system performs automatic attendance processing by utilizing the student ID cards.
RGB-D Visual SLAM Algorithm Using Scene Flow and Conditional Random Field in Dynamic Environments

For many years, SLAM algorithms for dynamic environments have been studied. Most methods use semantic segmentation models and it was applied to SLAM by erasing a predetermined type of dynamic object. However, these methods ignored static elements that could exist within dynamic objects in the SLAM process. In this paper, we propose an RGB-D Visual SLAM method using Scene flow and Conditional Random Field in dynamic environments. The proposed method uses static elements inside dynamic objects for Visual Odometry. First, we use dense optical flow to obtain pixel matching between frames and RANSAC algorithms to obtain relative pose. Then, we use depth maps between scenes and matching information to obtain Scene Flow. We calculate dynamic likelihood from this scene flow and create dynamic mask and modify it to be resistant to noise using the Conditional Random Field. We conducted experiments in TUM dataset containing dynamic objects. In experiment, this algorithm has been able to achieve similar or better results than the previeous method using semantic segmentation.

레이싱 로봇이 자율 주행을 수행하기 위해서는 예상치 못한 장애물 나타났을 때 충돌을 회피하기 위한 지역 경로 계획 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자율주행 레이싱 로봇을 위한 지역경로 계획을 위하여 먼저 장애물 사이의 공간을 Gap으로 정의하고, 로봇이 지나가기에 적합한 최적의 공간을 선정한다. Gap 정보로부터 가상의 트랙 경계를 생성한 후 Voronoi diagram 기반의 경로생성 방법을 제안한다. 생성된 경로는 장애물들이 존재하는 환경에서도 로봇이 원활하게 주행할 수 있는 경로이며 시물레이션을 통해 본 방법의 타당성을 증명하였다.
Potential impact of climate change on plant invasion in the Republic of Korea

Background: Invasive plant species are considered a major threat to biodiversity, ecosystem functioning, and human wellbeing worldwide. Climatically suitable ranges for invasive plant species are expected to expand due to future climate change. The identification of current invasions and potential range expansion of invasive plant species is required to plan for the management of these species. Here, we predicted climatically suitable habitats for 11 invasive plant species and calculated the potential species richness and their range expansions in different provinces of the Republic of Korea (ROK) under current and future climate change scenarios (RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5) using the maximum entropy (MaxEnt) modeling approach. Results: Based on the model predictions, areas of climatically suitable habitats for 90.9% of the invasive plant species are expected to retain current ecological niches and expand to include additional climatically suitable areas under future climate change scenarios. Species richness is predicted to be relatively high in the provinces of the western and southern regions (e.g., Jeollanam, Jeollabuk, and Chungcheongnam) under current climatic conditions. However, under future climates, richness in the provinces of the northern, eastern, and southeastern regions (e.g., Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Gyeongsangnam, Degue, Busan, and Ulsan) is estimated to increase up to 292%, 390.75%, and 468.06% by 2030, 2050, and 2080, respectively, compared with the current richness. Conclusions: Our study revealed that the rates of introduction and dispersion of invasive plant species from the western and southern coasts are relatively high and are expanding across the ROK through different modes of dispersion. The negative impacts on biodiversity, ecosystem dynamics, and economy caused by invasive plant species will be high if preventive and eradication measures are not employed immediately. Thus, this study will be helpful to policymakers for the management of invasive plant species and the conservation of biodiversity.
