        The purpose of this study was to examine in which way the active physical fitness and personality change of elementary school students were affected by programs constituted by group plays they contacted in daily living. The subjects in this study were 60 elementary school students in I-kun, K Province, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The 32-member experimental group were engaged in group play for 10 weeks, five times a week, 40 minutes each, and the 28-member control group was blocked from group play activities. The group play used in this study included snail house play, 8-shape play, the 38th-parallel play, turning round in triangular form, peanut play and squid play. To measure active physical fitness, speed, explosive muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility, balance and flexibility were tested. And the personality was tested by the Korea Psychological Advisory Research Institute's special personality inventory A. The pretest and posttest results were analyzed with SAS program, and t-test was conducted to test the research questions. The findings of this study were as below: 1.The group play activities served to develop the speed, explosive muscular strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility and balance of the boy students. 2.For the girl students, speed, muscular endurance, agility, balance and flexibility got better after engaged in group play activities. 3.The group play activities brought a positive change to the self- esteem and stress of the boy students. 4.The group play activities resulted in lowering the sex role security of the girl students, but their stress and deviant behavior control showed a positive change.

        Adiponectin Attenuates the Inflammation in Atopic Dermatitis-Like Reconstructed Human Epidermis

        Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic disorder, with a vicious cycle of repetitive inflammation and deterioration of the epidermal barrier function. Adiponectin, an adipokine, has anti-inflammatory effects on various metabolic and inflammatory disorders. Recently, its level was found to be reduced in serum and tissue samples from AD patients. Objective: We aimed to investigate the effects of adiponectin on epidermal inflammation and barrier structures in AD skin. Methods: A three-dimensional in vitro epidermal equivalent model mimicking AD was obtained by adding an inflammatory substance cocktail to normal human epidermal equivalents (HEEs). The expression of epidermal differentiation markers, primary inflammatory mediators, and lipid biosynthetic enzymes was compared between adiponectintreated AD-HEEs, untreated control AD-HEEs, and normal HEEs. Results: Adiponectin co-treatment 1) inhibited the increase in mRNA expression of major inflammatory mediators (carbonic anhydrase II, neuron-specific NEL-like protein 2, thymic stromal lymphopoietin, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and human beta-defensin-2) from keratinocytes in AD-inflammatory HEEs, 2) enhanced the expression of lipid biosynthetic enzymes (fatty acid synthase, HMG CoA reductase, and serine-palmitoyl transferase), and 3) promoted the expression of differentiation factors, especially filaggrin. We also found that the expression of adiponectin receptor-1 and -2 decreased in the epidermis of chronic AD lesion. Conclusion: Activation of the adiponectin pathway is expected to enhance epidermal differentiation and barrier function as well as attenuate inflammatory response to AD as a therapeutic approach.         Gonadal Development, Spawning and Plasma Sex Steroid Levels of the Indoor Cultured Grunt, Hapalogenys nitens

        The gonadosomatic index (GSI), gonadal development and changes in hormones in plasma level of the indoor cultured grunt (Hapalogenys nitens) were investigated by histological study from August 2011 to October 2012. The GSI showed similar trends with gonad developmental stages during the culture periods. Changes in plasma level of estradiol-17β of female H. nitens reached the highest value before the spawning period, and seasonal changes in plasma level of estradiol-17β were similar in trends of oocyte developments and GSI changes. Testosterone levels of male H. nitens reached the highest value before and after the spent stage. Ovarian developmental stages of H. nitens could be classified into early growing stage, late growing stage, mature stage, ripe and spawning stage, recovery and resting stage. The testicular developmental stages could be divided into growing stage, mature stage, ripe and spent stage, and recovery and resting stage.

        에이전트의 사리에 맞는 행동과 그에 따라 다양한 사건, 행위를 하기 위해 필요한 주의는 크게 인식, 성향, 욕구에 따라 발생할 수 있고 이 주의가 변화함으로써 컨텍스트의 변화가 생긴다. 본 논문에서는 주의의 처리 방법에 대한 알고리즘과 그에 따른 컨텍스트의 변화에 대한 처리방법의 알고리즘을 제시한다. In order that An agent acts activity that makes sense corresponding to a variety of event and behavior, attention maybe occur according to perception, personality and desire. As a result contexts are switched while this attention is changed. In this paper. We propose the processing algorithm of the attention and corresponding contexts to it that are switched.

      • Giant hidroacanthoma simplex combined with variable eccrine tumors mimicking clonal seborrheic keratosis

        Hidrocanthoma simplex(HAS) is a rare benign intraepidermal neoplasm arising from eccrine duct. Clinically, it appears as brownish or verrucous plaque on the lower extremities. Histologically, HAS can exhibit intraepidermal cell nests which are called “Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon”. It could be observed in the HAS, clonal seborrheic keratosis (SK), Bowen’s disease and actinic keratosis. An 86-year-old female presented with several decades history of huge brown, verrucous plaque on the right buttock. At initial biopsy, intraepidermal clonal expansion of polygonal basaloid cells were observed within acanthotic epidermis. She was diagnosed as clonal SK, and was removed by CO2 laser ablation. After 3 months, she returned with polypoid grouped papules on the previously treated area. Histologic examination showed intraepidermal proliferation of small to medium-sized polygonal basaloid cells as well as large cells with abundant clear cytoplasm. Atypical cells with large, hyperchromatic nuclei were observed. There was a component of eccrine syringofibroadenoma which is characterized by thin, anastomosing cords of epithelial networks with duct formation extending from the base of the tumor. Tumor cells were stained with EMA and PAS. Final diagnosis was HAS combined with eccrine poroma, eccrine syringofibroadenoma and focal malignant changes. Herein we report a case showing natural history of eccrine tumor from HAS to malignant changes over time.

      • Auto Exposure Control을 사용하는 흉ㆍ복부 검사 시 Scan Projection Radiography의 획득방법에 따른 복부 CT의 DoseLength-Product 비교

        목적 : Multi-scan 하는 흉부와 복부 CT 검사 시 SPR을 흉ㆍ복부 한 번에 획득한 경우와 각각 나누어서 획득한 경우 복부 CT의 DLP값을 분석하여 환자 선량을 비교하고자 했다. 대상 및 방법 : Phantom 연구에서 사용된 phantom은 whole body phantom(KUPBU -50 Kyoto kakaku Co,LTd)을 사용하였고 CT 장비는 Brilliance iCT(Philips healthcare, Cleveland, OH, USA, 이하 P사), Light Speed VCT(General Electric Medical System, Milwaukee, USA, 이하 G사), Somatom Definition Flash(Siemens Healthcare, Forchheim Germany, 이하 S사), Aquilion 64 (Toshiba medical system, Auklet Japan, 이하 T사)를 사용하였다. 각 장비 마다 흉ㆍ복부 한 번에 획득한 SPR(이하 W-SPR)과 흉부와 복부 각각 획득한 SPR(이하 S-SPR)을 이용하여 각 병원에서 사용하는 복부 protocol로 복부 scan을 하였고 장비에서 제공하는 DLP를 비교하였다. 임상연구는 2014년 5월부터 6월까지 내원한 환자 100명을 Group1로 분류하여 W-SPR로 복부 scan을 하였다. 2014년 7월부터 8월까지 내원한 환자 100명은 S-SPR로 복부 scan을 하였고 이를 Group 2라고 분류하였다. 각 Gruop간의 DLP의 차이는 Box-Whisker plot Chart를 이용하여 중앙값을 구했으며 DLP 증감률을 알아보았다. 결과 : Phantom을 이용한 실험에서 P사의 W-SPR로 검사한 복부 CT의 DLP가 367.1 mGyㆍcm, S-SPR의 복부 CT의 DLP는 398.1 mGyㆍcm로 측정되었다. 반면 S사, G사, T사는 흉 복부 포함하여 촬영한 SPR과 흉ㆍ복부 각각 촬영한 SPR에서의 복부 DLP는 거의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 임상 연구에서는 Group 1의 DLP의 중앙값이 442.7 mGyㆍcm, Group 2의 DLP의 중앙값이 494.2 mGyㆍcm 로 나타났다. 각 Group 간 DLP 증감률은 10.42%정도의 수치를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 각 제조사별로 ACE의 특징이 다르다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 특히 P사는 SPR의 Scan length에 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되므로, P사를 사용하는 검사자는 흉ㆍ복부 검사 시 SPR을 한 번에 획득하여 검사 하는 것이 환자 선량을 줄일 수 있다. Purpose : This study compare dose of patient by analyzing the DLP value of abdominal CT when the case of acquired SPR separately each of the chest and abdomen and when acquired SPR in chest-abdomen once in Multi-scan of Chest and Abdominal CT Scan. Materials and method : In phantom study, Whole body phantom (KUPBU -50 Kyoto kakaku Co,LTd) was used and CT scanners Brilliance iCT(Philips healthcare, Cleveland, OH, USA), Light Speed VCT(General Electric Medical System, Milwaukee, USA), Somatom Definition Flash(Siemens Healthcare, Forchheim Germany) and Aquilion 64 (Toshiba medical system, Auklet Japan) were used. Each of manufacture, we compared the DLP and compared the value of SPR when scanning chest and abdomen once(W-SPR) with scanning Chest and Abdomen separately (S-SPR). In Clinical study, 100 patients who visited the hospital May-June 2014 were classified into Group 1. And Scanned Abdomen using with W-SPR. 100 patients who visited July-August 2014 were classified as Group 2. And Scanned using the S-SPR. Using a Box-and- Whisker plot Chart, obtained the median value of differences between Gruop 1, 2 and DLP changes. Result : In phantom study, Philips result is 367.1 mGyㆍcm in DLP using a W-SPR and 398.1 mGyㆍcm in DLP of abdomen CT using a S-SPR. Otherwise, Siemens, GE, and Toshiba results are no difference between the DLP of abdomen CT using a W-SPR and S-SPR. In clinical study, the median DLP value percentage change was 10.42% decreased in Group 1. Median DLP values were 442.7mGyㆍcm in group 1 and 494.2mGyㆍcm in Group 2. Conclusion : According to the results, we once more confirm, each vendor’s AEC system applies different mechanism and characteristic. Especially, P vendor’s AEC system is influenced by SPR length, sensitively. Therefore, we recommend scanning chest and abdomen at once regarding the dose reduction for P machine users.

      • MODIS NDVI 시계열 패턴 변화를 이용한 산림식생변화 모니터링 방법론

        정규식생지수(NDVI)는 식생자원을 모니터링할 수 있도록 설계된 식생지수(VI-Vegetation Index) 중 하나로 여러 응용 분야에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 지수이다. 산림 분야에서도 NDVI가 많이 활용되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 산림 변화 모니터링을 위해 MODIS NDVI를 활용하는 방법론이 연구되었다. 특정 시점을 기준으로 NDVI 값을 비교 및 분류하여 변화를 탐지하는 방법은 기계나 기상상태의 영향으로 자료의 정확성이 떨어질 수 있고 장기적인 변화를 탐지하는데도 어려움이 있다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 하모닉 모형을 이용하여 NDVI 시계열 자료를 통해 NDVI 패턴을 고려하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 먼저 하모닉 모형을 적용하여 미관측 자료나 자료의 오류를 보정한 NDVI 시계열 자료를 재구축하고 추정된 하모닉 요소의 모수를 기준으로 장기적 패턴을 통해 식생의 변화를 모니터링할 수 있다. 제안된 방법은 한반도 지역의 2009년 8월 21일부터 2011년 9월 6일까지 총 49개의 MODIS NDVI 시계열 자료에 적용하여 모형의 유용성을 입증하였다. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) has been used to measure and monitor plant growth, vegetation cover, and biomass from multispectral satellite data. It is also a valuable index in forest applications, providing forest resource information. In this research, an approach for monitoring forest change using MODIS NDVI time series data is explored. NDVI difference-based approaches for a specific point in time have possible accuracy problems and are lacking in monitoring long-term forest cover change. It means that a multi-time NDVI pattern change needs to be considered. In this study, an efficient methodology to consider long-term NDVI pattern is suggested using a harmonic model. The suggested method reconstructs MODIS NDVI time series data through application of the harmonic model, which corrects missing and erroneous data. Then NDVI pattern is analyzed based on estimated values of the harmonic model. The suggested method was applied to 49 NDVI time series data from Aug. 21, 2009 to Sep. 6, 2011 and its usefulness was shown through an experiment.
