        요추부 유합수술 후 가동인접분절의 후기변화

        The spinal fusion in a lumbar region may influence biomechanically in the remained mobile segment to take over the lost motions Therefore the stress concentration on the adjacent segments may accelerate the degenerative changes, and then various late changes could occur. The aim of this study was to evaluate the late changes occuring in the adjacent segments to lumbar fusions. A retrospective review of radiographs and medical records was undertaken for 67 consecutive patients who had undergone various fusions in the lumbar region for various pathologic conditions. Included in this study were the patients who had performed active daily livings without any significant pain or disability after fusion and followed for a minimum of five years(up to 18 years with a mean of 8.3 years). The results of this study were as follows : The instability, disc narrowing, spinal stenosis, vertebral slipping, or isthmic defect were found in the adjacent segments to fusions in the patients who were followed longer, in L4-5 segment and above segment of fusion, and in the adjacent segments where a degenerative changes existed before surgery and where the angular motion increased considerably in a few years after fusion. The symptoms of these patients were responded well with conservative theraphy and no patient needed any surgical theraphy during these follow-up periods.

        피부 T 세포 림프종 1예

        Cutaneous T cell Lymphoma encompasses a spectrum of unique T cell malignancies having an affinity for the epidermis and upper dermis. most T cell neoplasm, including T cell ALL and adult T cell lymphoma resulting from HTLV-Ⅰ infection of T4 cells, have a variable propensity for cutaneous infiltration, but 2 related disorders, mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome, display such singular epidermotrophism that both are now set apart from other T cell disorders by the generic term cutaneous T cell lymphoma. The authors report a case of custaneous T cell lumphoma diagnosed by clinical, histopathological and electron microscopical examinations in a 70 year-old-female. We regard this case as a mycosis fungoides in a plaque stage.

        고교 3학년 학생의 요통에 관한 역학적 조사

        The low back pain in children has been knwon to be uncommon and has been regarded as a serious problem if any. The low back pain in students, however, has shown a high prevalence in several surveys. Practically, the education system in Korea concerns a serious health problems, praticularly the low back hygiene. The purposes of this study were to evaluate the prevalence rate and the related factors to LBP, and to seek a preventive measure of this low back pain. Authors underwent a questionaire survey for 1,525 18-year-old high-school students who were impending their graduation from five boys and five girls high-schools in Taegu, Korea with concerning their low back pain The lifetime prevalence rate of low back pain among these students was 73.2% with higher prevalence in girls compared with boys and higher prevalence with advancing school grade. Higher prevalence was also noted in the students who have been involved in less sports activities, who have studied hard, and who have history of low back pain among their families. The steady sitting for study in forward leaning on the uncomfortable school chair and table was suggested to be a main factor related to the low back pain. Most of the low back pain disturbed their attempts at study for entrance examination into college. In conclusion, the prevalence rate of low back pain in high-school students were considerably high and a preventive measure is supposed to be urgent. Regarding these results, most of the low back pain in students may be preventable by regular exercise during school life and by and education of good sitting posture on the comfortable school chair and table during their study.

        In this paper, We research into the way of improving electronic vehicle’s dynamic safety. We expect the performance of four wheel driven independent electronic vehicle. Because of the possibility that can be controlled the motor independently. So the vehicle controlled of the motor independently can distribute torque convenient to more than conventional vehicles. Our aim is a development the control algorithm about vehicle dynamic control system for four wheel driven electronic vehicle. And we develop the control algorithm for safe driving under any environment. We use Simulink and Carsim for development the control algorithm and simulation the system. We simulate the vehicle system under slalom course with low mu surface. And we decision the system’s suitability with vehicle’s behavior.

        In this paper, simulation of four wheel independent driven electric vehicle is introduced using commercial software like Matlab and Sumulink. Existing vehicle simulation has limit to simulate electric vehicle. Because this simulation software to fit the internal combustion engine vehicle. Especially the electric vehicle ,using multiple independent driven motor, was much more difficult to determine the character as vehicle dynamics. Considering these issues, the simulator for the four wheel independent driven electric vehicle was designed, thereby some problems that may arise producing electric vehicle will be resolved.

        Ti-6Al-4V 합금 기지 위에 FGM 방식으로 적층제조 된 Inconel 718의 접합 특성 분석

        In the present work, Inconel 718 alloy is additively manufactured on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and a functionally graded material is built between Inconel 718 and Ti-6Al-4V alloys. The vanadium interlayer is applied to prevent the formation of detrimental intermetallic compounds between Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718 by direct joining. The additive manufacturing of Inconel 718 alloy is performed by changing the laser power and scan speed. The microstructures of the joint interface are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and micro X-ray diffraction. Additive manufacturing is successfully performed by changing the energy input. The micro Vickers hardness of the additive manufactured Inconel 718 dramatically increased owing to the presence of the Cr-oxide phase, which is formed by the difference in energy input.
