In recent days, the study of a new phosphorescent phosphor has been performed in order to overcome the defect of sulfide phosphor and increase the brightness and long after-glow characteristic of phosphorescent phosphor. Particularly, sulfide phosphor usually used is so chemically unstable that the study of oxide phosphors are processing. Eu^2+, Nd^3+ doped Ba-Al-O phosphors sintered at 600 sim1500^circC for 2hours had the PL emission spectrum and after-glow over 1200^{circ}C. In this system, as the mole concentration of alumina increases, emission bands of phosphors moved from 500nm to 380nm. The optimum concentration of flux was 5wt% and after-glow characteristics of phosphors were found at the host material molar ratio (BaCO3:Al2O3), 1:1 and 1:3.
선체구조용 EH36 TMCP 후판의 FCAW 및 EGW 조합 용접부 기계적 성질에 미치는 개선조건의 영향

Characterization of microstructures and mechanical properties of 83mm thickness EH36-TM welds produced by the combined flux cored arc (FCA) and electro gas (EG) welding processes has been studied with the two different groove conditions, single-V (SV) and double-V (DV) bevels. The welding consumables used for FCA and EG welding processes were ASME/AWS A5.29 (E81T1-K2) and A5.26 (EG72T), respectively. Experimental results showed that all the mechanical properties of welds such as tensile property, CVN toughness and Vickers hardness met IACS requirements. The tensile strength of EG welded plates were reduced by approximately 4% (DV: 3.8%, SV: 4.2%) compared to the base metal. The hardness value of SV-beveled weld metal was slightly lower than that of DV-beveled one. There were no significant differences as per welding groove conditions except for the weld metal. In addition, at the fusion line, the toughness of SV condition was 20J lower and the weld metal was 40J lower than DV condition, respectively. On the basis of microstructural analysis, grain boundary ferrite (GBF) structures for SV condition were 2 times higher volume fraction than for DV condition and their packet sizes were coarsened to almost double. It was thus suggested that the GBF volume fractions and packet sizes in the weld metal of EH36-TM steel plates are the most important factors affecting the mechanical properties of the combined FCA and EG welded joint. Nevertheless, all the results of welds with both DV and SV conditions were found to be excellent.

mer, trans-Re(=O)(PPh_3)_2Cl_3, I, 과 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroaniline (C_6F_5NH_2)을 triethylamine 및 trimethylsilyl chloride 존재하에서 반응시켰을때 염 형태의 [Re(=O)Cl_4(PPh_3)] [NHEt_3], II, 화합물을 얻었다. 이 화합물의 결정구조를 X-선회절법으로 규명하였다. 화합물은 단사정계로 결정화되었고, 공간군 P2_1/n, 단위세포 상수값들은 a=9.592(2)Å, b=31.380(4)Å, c=9.219(3)Å β=95.59(2)°이고, 그리고 한 단위세포 안에는 4 개의 분자들이 있었다. 2951개의 측정된 회절점들을 갖고 최소자승법으로 구조를 정밀화한 결과 R (wR_2) 값들은 0.0489(0.1111)이다. The reaction between mer, trans-Re(=O)(PPh_3)_2Cl_3, I, and 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroaniline (C_6F_5NH_2), in the presence of triethylamine (NEt_3) and trimethylsilyl chloride (TMSCl) at 75℃ produced [Re(=O)Cl_r(PPh_3)][HNEt_3], II, in a salt form. The crystal structure of II was determined through X-ray diffraction. II crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1/n with cell parameters a=9.592(2)Å, b=31.380(4)Å, c=9.219(3) Å, β=95.59(2)°, and Z=4. Least-squares refinement of the structure led to a R(wR_2) factor of 0.0489 (0.1111) for 2951 unique reflections of I>2 σ(I) and for 218 variables.

<P>In this paper, the dual peak current limiting characteristics of superconducting fault current limiters (SFCLs) using dual iron cores were compared to each other. The SFCLs were connected in series between two coils (<I>N </I><SUB>1</SUB> and <I>N</I><SUB>2</SUB>). However, the two coils were connected differently to the current source location. The dual peak current limiting characteristics and power burden of these SFCLs could be varied depending on design factors, such as the current source location between the two coils. Using a short-circuit simulation experiment, we compared and analyzed the operating status of the two superconducting elements and their peak current limiting characteristics based on the current source location.</P>
Modeling of I–V characteristics in a 3-channel SFFT with nanobridges by gate current signals

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A superconducting flux flow transistor (SFFT) with three channels and nanobridges was successfully fabricated by electron beam (e-beam) lithography and an Ar ion milling technique. The SFFT is composed of three weak links with a nearby gate current line. We explain the process to obtain the equation for the current-voltage characteristics and describe the method to induce external and internal magnetic fields by Biot–Savart's law. The equation can be used to predict the current-voltage curves for the 3-channel SFFT fabricated using e-beam lithography. <I>I–V</I> characteristics were simulated to analyze the SFFT with three channels and nanobridges by a Matlab program. From the <I>I–V</I> characteristics equation of the 3-channel SFFT, the drain currents and the output voltages as the gate current is applied are graphically compared with the measured value and the simulation value. The simulated <I>I–V</I> curves were in good agreement with the measured curves of the 3-channel SFFT with nanobridges.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A 3-channel SFFT with nanobridges was fabricated by e-beam lithography and Ar ion-milling. </LI> <LI> I–V characteristics equation related to the output voltage and the drain current induced at the 3-channel bridges was derived, and a simulation was performed. </LI> <LI> The physical quantities representing the characteristics of the vortex motion occurring at the 3-channel bridges were calculated by using the equation for the voltage induced by the vortex. </LI> <LI> To show the validity of the I–V characteristics equation for the 3-channel SFFT with nanobridges, the device was fabricated by e-beam lithography, and the measurement values were compared with the simulated values. </LI> <LI> The vortex velocity was changed more steeply in the narrow channel than in the wide channel. </LI> </UL> </P>

본 논문은 성인 이미지 데이터셋으로 학습된 Human Pose Estimation 네트워크를 유아와 어린이 대상으로 테스트한 결과에 관한 것이다. 논문에서 사용된 네트워크는 사용자의 14개 관절 좌표를 2D값으로 추출하며 테스트 대상에 따른 관절 좌표 추출정확도를 시험하기 위해 15개의 자세를 선정하였다. 유아, 어린이, 성인에게 테스트한 결과를 기술하였다.
