「白鹿潭」에 나타난 芝溶의 現實認識

Literary works are the fabric of the poet's activity of consciousness. For this reason, by disclosing the typical works expressed in his antho-logy, we can examine the fixed direction of his consciousness. This thesis attempted to search Ji-Yong's consciousness of those day's situatin and his spiritual attitude through the two typical poems, Jangsusan(長壽山), and Paekrokdam (白鹿潭) in his anthology Paekro-kdam(白鹿潭). He had been confused the matter of spirit that is the lost of native place and the destruction of the traditional spiritual order by the situaiton of a colony. Thus, he seek for compensaion, and that is the adhension to mountain. In Jangsusan(長壽山), he expressed his consciousness through the disocrd of the situation's action and speaker's reaction. His intention keep up to make the confrontaion of the situaion's action and the speaker's reaction. Thus it is very anxiety. But for the anxiety, his agony is expressed very strong. In Paekrokdam(白鹿潭). he pursued the harmory and the light between the situation and speaker. Eventually, he presented the hope of those days situatin. Thus, the poetic world of Paekokdam is seen not the defeatism but the positivism which pursue the peace and light.

약관절강내 천자술시 히알루산(Hyaluronic acid) 사용에 대한 임상적 연구

To compare the effect of hyaluronate and dexamethasone on the temporomandibular joint arthrocentesis the author investigated 22 temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD) patients with pain and limitation of mouth opening who visited at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Chosun Dental Hospital and were made a diagnosis as Wilkes stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ of TMJ internal derangement clinically and radiographically. The two groups consisted of 10 patients with injection of sodium hyaluronte 10mg(Artz)(hyaluronate group) on the upper joint space of the affected temporomandibular joint 5 times at intervals of a week after arthrocentesis, and 12 patients with injection of dexamethasone(Oradexon) at a time(dexamethasone group). Maximum mouth opening, pain value and satisfaction value during mastication were assessed on a visual analog scale before arthrocentesis and after 6 months. Then the within-group and between-group differences were evaluated in the obtained data and the clinical success rate of each group was calculated according to our success criteria. The results were as follows. 1. the mean of maximum mouth opening before arthrocentesis and after 6 months in the hyaluronate group were 24.9mm and 39.0mm respectively, and those before arthrocentesis and after 6 months in the dexamethasone group were 25.7mm and 41.3mm respectively. 2. The mean of pain value on a visual analog scale in the hyaluronate group before arthrocentesis and after 6 months were 6.7 and 1.8 respectively, and those in the dexamethasone group before arthrocentesis and after 6 months were 7.0 and 1.8 respectively. 3. The mean of satisfaction value during mastication on a visual analog scale in the hyaluronate group before arthrocentesis and after 6 months were 2.8 and 7.7 respectively, and those in the dexamethasone group before arthrocentesis and after 6 months were 3.1 and 7.8 respectively. 4. There were statistically significant differences between all meansurements before arthrocentesis and after 6 months(P<0.001), but no difference between all meansurements in the hyaluronate group and those in the dexamethasone group. 5. The over all success rate of the hyaluronate group and the dexamethasone group were 60.0% and 63.6% respectively. In summary, there was significant difference between the effect of hyaluronate and dexamethasone on the temporomandibular joint arthrocentesis but hyaluronate is better than corticosteroid as the injection drug in consideration of the side effect related with repeated injection.

유산소성훈련이 뇌성마비의 심박수, 환기량, 호흡상, 최대 섭취량에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the response and the adaptation of the aerobic exercise function related variances before and after 16 weeks' swimming training and after 4 weeks' rest for the cerebral palsied adolescents. For this examination, the capacity of aerobic exercise function(HR, VOmax(㎖/㎏/min), VE, RQ) are selected as variances. The average ages of the 6 subjects were 15.17?.72yrs for 3 males and 15.14+0.68yrs for 3 females. They were medical grades 7~8 cerebral palsied adolescents in the track game of the National Athletic Competition for the Handicapped. The swimming was done 60minutes per day and 5 times for 16 weeks. Warming up for the exercise test was done at the speed of 2.0mile/h, on the degree of 3%, with a three minutes exercise and a three minutes rest. According the subjects' performance, the exercise test was done. The females were tested at the 2-3miles/h speed and on the degree of 3% during the first 25 minutes and at the 3-.5miles/h speed with the degree of 3-5% until all out. The males were tested at the 2-3.5miles with a degree of 3% for the first 25minutes and at the 2.5-3.5miles with degrees of 3-9% until all out. In order to analyze aerobic exercise capacity the experimental design at sex(male and female), trainings(before training, after training and detraining), test times(before exercise, after exercise and rest 30 minutes) were carried out with a repeated measures of 3?? (trainings?ests times) and ANOVA repeated measure design. The results of the tests are as follows. 1. The heart rate of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05) and it was lower than that of after-detraining (P<.05). 2. The ventilation of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05). 3 The oxygen consumption of after-training was higher than that of before-training (P<.05), on the other hand it was lower after detraining (P<.05).

탄화규소 연삭숫돌의 파괴특성

In this study, the fracture characteristics of carbonized silicon grinding wheels were examined with tensile, compression, impact and bending test. The experiment was performed for the various grinding wheels with grain size #46, #80, and grade H, L, P, and one vitrified bond and one structure No. 7. Also the centrifugal fracture rpm of carbonized silicon grinding wheels were measured and compared with the calculated values for the various wheel diameters and thicknesses. The results showed that the fracture tensile strength was 1.5~2.0㎏/㎟, and it was increased by decreasing grain size and increasing grade. The fracture compression loads were 1,600~3,000㎏_f, and the inner stress was higher than outer's. And the abosrption energy of impact test was 3.3~4.7 J, and it was increased by decreasing grain size but it was not effected by grade. The fracture bending stress was 0.1~0.2㎏/㎟, and it was increased by decreasing grain size and increasing grade. The centrifugal fracture rpm of carbonized silicon grinding wheel was about 8,500~12,000 and agreed well with the calculated value, and it was increased by decreasing diameter. However, it was almost constant for the reduction of wheel thickness.

A high cell density culture system for the anchorage dependent CHO cells was developed based on the combination of in removal of ammonium ion and microcarrier culture system, and semi-fed-batch feeding of glucose and glutamine was employed to the developed culture system. The glass bead was selected as an optimum microcarrier in terms of cell growth. An ammonium ion selective zeolite, Phillipsite-Gismondine, was packed in a dialysis menium ion. The semi-fed-batch operation was employer to the novel culture system for the high density cell culture, and the results showed the cell growth was improved by 32% and tPA productivity by 250%.

A novel antihypertension agent, sargachromenol D from marine brown algae, <i>Sargassum siliquastrum</i>, exerts dual action as an L-type Ca²⁺ channel blocker and endothelin A/B₂ receptor antagonist

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We isolated the novel vasoactive marine natural products, (5<I>E</I>,10<I>E</I>)-14-hydroxy-2,6,10-trimethylpentadeca-5,10-dien-4-one (<B>4</B>) and sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>), from Sargassum siliquastrum collected from the coast of the East Sea in South Korea by using activity-guided HPLC purification. The compounds effectively dilated depolarization (50mMK<SUP>+</SUP>)-induced basilar artery contraction with EC<SUB>50</SUB> values of 3.52±0.42 and 1.62±0.63μM, respectively, but only sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>) showed a vasodilatory effect on endothelin-1 (ET-1)-induced basilar artery contraction (EC<SUB>50</SUB> =9.8±0.6μM). These results indicated that sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>) could act as a dual antagonist of <SMALL>L</SMALL>-type Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> channel and endothelin A/B<SUB>2</SUB> receptors. Moreover, sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>) lowered blood pressure in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRs) 2h after oral treatment at a dose of 80mg/kg dose and the effect was maintained for 24h. Based on our ex vivo and <I>in vivo</I> experiments, we propose that sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>) is a strong candidate for the treatment of hypertension that is not controlled by conventional drugs, in particular, severe-, type II diabetes-, salt-sensitive, and metabolic disease-induced hypertension.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Sargachromenol D (<B>5</B>) acts as a dual antagonist of L-type Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> channel and endothelin A/B<SUB>2</SUB> receptors.</P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

전자상거래물품 통관의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구

It has been about 5 years since Korea Customs Service enacted and enforced the notification of special customs clearance for Electronic Commerce Goods. There has been an effort in the meantime to conform with the new clearance environment through revising the notification a few times. However, it is still the want of ability to catch up with smart business ability in merchants who respond dynamically to the evolving cyber market. Many improvements are needed. As for this, a few improvement plans are proposed in order to enhance problems according to the customs clearance of special delivery for Electronic Commerce Goods. First, the separate list format for customs clearance of electronic commerce is needed. Second, the designation of special-clearance target companies by transaction type needs to be expanded. Third, the requirements for applying for designation of express-clearance target companies need to be eased. Fourth, there is necessity for preventing a consignor from moving a dealing company frequently. Fifth, there is necessity for connecting B/L number and door-to-door delivery number in order to confirm the appearance of real delivery.
