      • Cluster Head Selection Optimization of IOT Medical Data Transmission Ant Colony Algorithm

        According to the standard ant colony algorithm in Internet of things (IOT) medical data transmission path selection, there are the problems of searching time is not long, easy to fall into partial optimization. This paper puts forward a kind of IOT medical data transmission model based on quantum pheromone updating and cluster heads choose optimization ant colony algorithm. First of all, using quantum bit probability amplitude encodes information of each path element, using quantum revolving doors and the route of the ants to update pheromone, then the ant search behavior is concentrated near the optimal solution, and the way of searching and restriction mechanism of avoiding precocious pheromone are combined, and finally optimizing the cluster heads of IOT medical data transmission model with the improved algorithm. The simulation experiments show that, through the pheromone update optimization of standard ant colony algorithm, and after the cluster heads optimization of IOT medical data transmission model, improved ant colony algorithm is more robust compared with the standard algorithm.

      • Lung Sounds Signal Separation Model of Medical Monitoring Based on Wireless Sensor Network

        According to the present medical monitoring system still exist the problems such as low accuracy of the condition judgment and the less range of data transmission, a kind of lung sounds signal separation model of medical monitoring is put forward based on wireless sensor network. First, using the optimization strategy of the flying speed and the effect between particles to two-way optimization for particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSOA), and then applied it to the blind source separation of lung sounds signal, in order to improve the precision of the blind source separation of lung sound signals, then carried on the optimization of artificial fish behavior through tabu search, did coverage optimization for wireless sensor network by using the improved algorithm, to expand the scope of wireless data transmission. As the simulation experiments results showed that, the proposed lung sounds signal separation model of medical monitoring based on wireless sensor network had good accuracy and large range of data transmission, and deserved to be popularized and used.

      • Medical Monitoring Model of Internet of Things Based on the Adaptive Threshold Difference Algorithm

        There are still problems such as low detection accuracy and poor noise immunity in the application of the standard threshold difference algorithm in the signal detection of electrocardiosignal (ECG), in this paper, a medical monitoring model based on the adaptive threshold difference is proposed. First we use a nonlinear filter to filter the P wave and T wave which are low frequency in ECG signal. Then complex wave QRS will be tested. Then the algorithm will be more accuracy through the detection of the R-R interval length and the adjustment of threshold. Finally, the ECG signal will be test with quadratic spline wavelet twice, and the error judgment will be known through adaptive threshold difference. In the simulation experiments, after judging error by wavelet transformation and making the standard threshold difference algorithm optimize adaptively, algorithm showed excellent detection accuracy with and without noise.

      • Generalization Threshold Optimization of Fuzzy Rough Set algorithm in Healthcare Data Classification

        There is ineffective classification problem in application of K-means clustering algorithm in massive data cluster analysis. This paper presents a K-means algorithm based on generalization threshold rough set optimization weight. Firstly, utilize attribute order described method, using the average distance calculation with Laplace method to optimize the generalization threshold of fuzzy rough set , then the Euclidean distance metric is used in the calculation of the similarity of K-means algorithm, introducing the variation coefficient into the cluster analysis, clustering the Euclidean distance weighted K-means algorithm totally based on data, finally, combine the rough set algorithm based on the generalization threshold optimization and K-means clustering algorithm, applied to medical and health data classification. The K-means algorithm based on generalization threshold rough set optimization weight presented by this paper has a better effect on medical and health data classification.

      • Research on Home Healthcare Management System Based on the Improved Internet of Things Architecture

        This paper designs an improved internet of things architecture to redefine the internet of things architecture into the node domain, the network domain and the application domain so as to design and implement a home healthcare management system based on this improved internet of things architecture. In this way, all of the equipments characterized with Zigbee communication function in the blood pressure measuring node, the blood oxygen measuring node and the ECG measuring node can be connected to the internet through the Zigbee-Wifi gateway. Meanwhile data uploaded by the users can be stored and analyzed on the backend server of the internet of things so that the users can review their health data and control the node devices through the intelligent terminals such as cell phone etc. Taking the blood pressure measurement as an instance, the experiment has proved the feasibility and reliability of this system.

      • Combination of Cloud Computing and Internet of Things (IOT) in Medical Monitoring Systems

        With the fast development of cloud computing and computer science technology, the combination of the IOT and clod computing in the medical-assisted environment is urgently needed. The prior research focus more on individual development of the single technique, quite a less research on the field of medical monitoring and managing service application have been conducted. Therefore, in this paper, we study and analyze the application of cloud computing and the Internet of Things on the field of medical environment. We are trying to make the combination of the two kinds of technology monitoring and management information system in hospital. Remote monitoring cloud platform architecture model (RMCPHI) set up medical information in the first place. Then the RMCPHI architecture was analyzed. Eventually, the last effective PSOSAA algorithm proposed the hospital medical information service cloud system monitoring and management application. Experimental simulation illustrates that the proposed algorithm outperforms the other state-of-the-art algorithms. Further potential research areas are discussed.

        ESL-Γ-Z- Source Inverter

        On the basis of the traditional ZSI (Z-source inverter), this paper presents a ESL-Γ-ZSI, which uses a unique Γ-shaped impedance network and an extended SL network for boosting its output voltage in addition to their usual voltage-buck behavior. The inverter can increase the boost factor through adjusting shoot-through duty ratio and increasing the number of inductors. Capacitor voltage stress of ESL-Γ-ZSI is a constant when 1>D>0, and ESL-Γ-ZSI has small inductor current stress. The working principle of ESL-Γ-ZSI and comparison with the classical ZSI and SL- ZSI are analyzed in detail. The power loss comparison between ESL-Γ-ZSI and Cuk converter is analyzed detailedly. Simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the operation features of the inverter.

        Numerical and Experimental Analysis of Rotating Backward Extrusion as a New SPD Process

        Rotating backward extrusion (RBE) as a new severe plastic deformation technique is a continuous process to produce cylindricaltubes with fine grains and superior properties. In this study, the RBE process with an open punch was applied to theAZ80 alloy at 653 K, and the deformation mechanisms and the microstructure evolution were examined by the finite elementmethod (FEM) and thermal simulation experiment. The results showed that the effective strain of the RBE process was higherthan that of the conventional backward extrusion (CBE) process, and the strain increased with revolutions increasing. Thestrain improvement of the RBE process was related to the large cumulative plastic deformation imposed by the continuousrotation of the open punch. Furthermore, the extrusion load was reduced significantly in the RBE process comparing withthe CBE process, due to the change of friction stress and stress state of the materials. And the maximum load reduction ofthe FEM and experiment was 47.33% and 31.6%, respectively. The average grain size of the RBE sample could be reducedby up to 90% in the region A at 30 N compared with the CBE sample. The maximum increase in microhardness of the RBEsample relative to the CBE sample was 23% at 30 N in the region A. Therefore, the grain refinement and mechanical propertiesof the materials can be substantially improved by the RBE process.

        Novel NO removal using combined sodium erythorbate and FeIIEDTA system

        To solve the difficulty of easy oxidation of FeIIEDTA in nitric oxide removal, FeIIEDTA combined with sodium erythorbate (SE) was employed for nitric oxide absorption. SE quickly reduced FeIIIEDTA to FeIIEDTA and maintained FeIIEDTA activity for a long time in the air. The influences of various operating parameters such as FeIIEDTA concentration, SE concentration, original pH value and temperature on NO removal in the bubbling device were examined preliminarily. The results reveal that the SE significantly enhanced nitric oxide absorption with FeIIEDTA. Nitric oxide absorption efficiency increased with the increase in the concentration of absorbent components or the decrease in temperature. Weak alkalinity (about pH 8.0) is beneficial to NO absorption. Besides, the NO removal efficiency continually decreased as the NO or O2 concentration increased, while the NO removal efficiency increased first and then decreased as the SO2 concentration increased. However, pH and temperature hardly affected nitric oxide absorption efficiency at FeIIEDTA with high concentration. Finally, the kinetic studies demonstrated that NO absorption by mixed FeIIEDTA and SE was more effective in reducing total mass transfer resistance and enlarging the NO flux compared with the normal FeIIEDTA approach. The absorption process was controlled by the liquid film.
