      • 마우스에 있어서 Cimetidine, Ranitidine 및 Famotidine이 免疫反應에 미치는 影響

        Expreiments were preformed on mice to investgate the influences of cimetidine, ranitidine and famotidine on the immune response. Immune response were evaluated by antibody. Arthus reaction(Arthus), delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), rosette forming cell(RFC), phagocyte activity and white blood cell (WBC) in mice, sentitized and challenged with sheep red blood cells (SRB). The weight of liver, spleen and thymus were measured. Following results obtained in this experiment. 1) The administration of cimetidine as compared to normal group significantly decreased Arthus, Hemagglutinin titer(HA), RFC, DTH, WBC and phagocyte activity, but increased the activity of serum albumin. 2) The administration of ranitidine as compared to normal group decreased RFC and HA. 3) The administration of Famotidine as compared to normal group decreased DTH and RFC, and significantly decreased HA, Arthus and serum protein. 4) The administration of ranitidine and famotidine decreased more humoral immune response than cellular immune response, but the administration of cimetidine significantly decreased humoral and cellular immune response, WBC and phagocyte activity.

      • 호우로 인한 수공구조물의 홍수피해 영향

        In this study, small water power dam established for water-power generation in rivers, it alnalyze about effect that get in innudated damage by storm. If construction is established in rivers, the flood discharge will not pass rivers harmoniously. By this cause, storage happens and backwater effect is happened to upper stream. Draw basin characteristics index using GIS method, and do link with HEC-HMS and calculated the flood discharge 14,659CMS to 19:00 August 7 in Yeongchun gaging station (No.108), storage effect of small water power dam is calculated by 1,940CMS and effect on the backwater analyzed water lever rise of 0.27m to Yeongchun 2 bridge(No.89+70).

      • 山淸地方의 梅實 開花期 및 發育段階 調査

        安相烈,李英喆 진주산업대학교 농업기술연구소 1991 農業技術硏究所報 Vol.4 No.-

        山淸地方에 植栽된 梅實品種의 肥培管理 및 收穫期의 基礎資料를 알기 위하여 開花期 및 發育段階를 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 開花期는 백가하가 3月 13日에 시작하여 3月 19日에 滿開하였고 화향실, 남고 等은 3月 18日에 시작하여 3月 23日에 滿開하였으며, 풍후는 3月 20日에 시작하여 3月 24日에 滿開하였다. 2. 梅實 發育段階에서 종경은 풍후가 3.93cm로 가장 크고 백가하, 남고, 화향실, 順이었으며, 횡경은 풍후, 백가하, 화향실 順이었다. 3. 果重과 乾物重은 풍후, 백가하, 남고, 화향실 順이었으며, 풍후, 백가의 後期 發育이 旺盛하였다. 4. 果肉率은 풍후가 88.9%로 가장 높고 백가하, 남고 順로 높았으며, 화향실이 82.6%로 가장 낮았다. The investigation on bloossom time and developmental stage of Japanese apricot is carried out in San Chung district with 4 cultivals. The results of this investigation were summarized as follows; 1. The bloossom time is no March the 13th and the ful bloom is the 19th with Sirokaga. It is March the 18th and the 23th with Nankoro and Hanakami. Also, It is March the 20th and the 24th with Bungo. 2. The fruit hights of Bungo, Sirokaga, Nankoro, Hanakami are high in order and the fruit hight of Bungo, is 3.93cm. Also, the fruit width is similar to the fruit hight. 3. The fruit weight and the weight of dried fruit are similar and they are heavy in order of Bungo, Sirokaga, Nankoro and the late stage of development of Bungo and Sirokaga are vigorous. 4. The flesh ratio of Bungo is 0.889 and Sirokaga, Nangoro and less than Bungo and Hanakami is least.

        The Objective of this article is to make a bibliographical introduction and to discuss the historical value of several literatures on the Sasang constitutional medicine established by Jema Lee(1837-1900). Literatures are as follows: 1. 『HamsanSachon Donguisusebowon(喊山沙村 東醫壽世保元 甲午舊本)』; newly found draft of 『Donguisusebowon』that contains an old edition written in 1894. 2. 『Bojeyeonseol-Supplement of Donguisusebowon (普濟演說-東醫壽世保元 元補編)』; a clinical book which is regarded as to had been published before the first edition of 『Donguisusebowon』was printed. 3. 「Gyukchigo appendix(격치고-附錄)」, 「Sasang Medicine - A Memorandom of the first edition(四象醫學草本卷 備忘錄)」; which were aquired in Yanbian(China) several years ago. 4. 『Donguisusebowon』- The first edition published in 1901; owned by Mikki Sakae, a Japanese medical historian. 5. 『Donguisusebowon』- Manuscript; poetry on natures of herbal drugs are appended.

      • Hill의 신 이방성 항복이론에서의 m값과 소성변형률비 R값의 변형률의존성

        For the analysis of equibiaxial tension, the strain ratio(R) was measured by photo-grid method at the various strain levels in uniaxial tension test experimentally. It was clarified that R-value depended on strain levels. Based upon the R-value measured eperimentally, the analysis of equibiaxial tension was carried out. Hill's exponent, m which requires additional experiment for prediction of stress-strain relation was found by comparing the case(Ⅳ) in theory of Hill's new yield criterion with the experimental results of bulge test. The tendencies of R-values in commercial aluminium, brass and copper are showed to decrease remarkably with the strain levels in the regions less than 15% strain, but are stable in the regions more than 15% strain respectively. Hill's exponent(m) should be varied with strain for the better coincidence of the theory and experiment.

        Osteopoikilosis is a rare condition showing characteristic multiple sclerotic lesions on radiographic examination. We report one patient presenting with multiple sclerotic areas in several bones of the body. This 29-year-old female patient complained left side inguinal pain after slip down. The radiographs showed fracture in left inferior ramus of pubis and multiple, small, variably shaped radiodensities. Conservative treatment was continued until there was clinical and radiological evidence of union.

        스타 공동 브랜딩에 대한 연구

        음반시장의 불황을 타개하기 위한 한 방법으로 음반기획사들은 원소트 멀티유즈가 가능한 스타 매니지먼트에 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 스타 공동브랜딩 전략에 초점을 맞추고 어떠한 스타 간 조합이 더 성과가 높을 수 있는지 보고자 한다. 기존 공동브랜드에 대한 연구에서는 상품군 간 보완성이 높을수록 그 성과가 높다고 주장하였다. 그러나 스타의 경우 감성적 포트폴리오 구매가 일어나는 상품 특성을 가지고 있어, 동일 상품군 내에서의 결합이 일반적이다. 본 연구는 현재 활동 하는 가수들의 가상 조합을 소비자들에게 제시하고 그 평가를 바탕으로 컨조인트 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 공동브랜드를 구성하는 스타들이 유사한 음악 장르를 할수록, 음악성(가창력)이 높을수록, 친숙도가 높을수록 더 우호적으로 평가되는 것으로 나타났다. 속성의 상대적 중요도에 있어서는 음악성이 다른 속성보다 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 결합하는 스타들의 인지도가 다른 경우 공동브랜드를 결성한다면 인지도가 낮은 스타의 팬 크기가 인지도가 높은 스타보다 그룹 결성 후 더 커지는 결과를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 스타를 브랜드 이론과 연결시킴으로써 다양한 스타 매니지먼트 전략과 그 이론적 바탕을 마련한 공헌점이 있다. Recently, Korea pop music recording industry has suffered from a decrease in sales due to many external factors such as MP3 and new media. Accordingly a Star system has been paid attention by many record corporations. Our study focuses on the star cobranding-turning soloists into a group- in the music industry. Previous co-branding researches focus on product category fit, especially completeness among categories. However, stars are hedonic portfolio products(Moe and Fader, 2001) and star co-branding has a characteristics of being made by stars in the similar category. Our research shows that members with similar musical features, the similar genre and high familiarity can make co-branding more favorable. Moreover, it shows that the musical features are more important than other factors. Additionally, after making a group, the constituent member with low-awareness get more fans then one with high-awareness.

      • 다기준 의사결정 방법에 응용한 흐름생산방식에서의 작업순서

        In this paper, we propose a simple and efficient heuristic method to determine job sequencing in the flow-shop considering multiple criteria such as processing time, due date and cost. The proposed method is applicable to the flow-shop were the jobs are released simultaneously and their processing sequence is predetermined and not changed until the whole jobs are processed. To develop this method, we mixed and modified some well-known multi-attribute decision heuristics such as the simple linear weighting scheme, the lexicographic rule and the 'elimination by aspect' rule. Some computer simulations were conducted to test the efficiency of the proposed method and it has been compared with the SWPT(Shortest Working Processing Time) rule and EDD (Earliest Due Date) rule. The results show that our method is as effective as the traditional ones in terms of mean flow time, tardiness, makespan, cycle time, machine utilization, etc., and proved to be much simpler and more flexible to be used in real situations.

        "Blow-out골절"의 임상적 고찰(54례)

        This retrospective study includes consecutive 54 Blow-out fractures patients to whom underwent surgical correction (June 1988-Feb 1994) and 25 patients have been followed up for more than 1 year. The diagnoses of blow out fracture was made through a physical examination, X-ray, and CT and It is confirmed at the time of surgery. Initial physical examination revealed limitation of ocular motion and diplopia in all 25 patients, and infraorbial nerve hypoestesia in 18 patients, and enophthalmos in 1 patient. There were 27 patients who had associated ocular injury including subconjunctival hemorrhage, angle recession and iris sphincter damage. and the three most common causes of blow-out fractures were traffic accident, fist blow and fall down. The latent period between injury and surgical intervention was average of 8 days and the longest time was 12 days. Surgical approach was done by subciliary incision and autogenous (10 cases) or synthetic (37 cases) implant was inserted over the fracture site in 47 patients. The floor and medial wall of orbit were the frequent site of blow-out fracture in this retrospective study. Among 28 patients who have been followed up for more than 1 year, 3 patients had diplopia persistently which developed only when the patient was tired, and 5 patients had late developed enophthalmos. We found that early surgical reduction of blow-out fracture with implant gave a favorable results without any significant complications.
