On Comenius Literary Theory Approach and the Reflection of his Personality in the Contemporary Czech Literature

얀(또는 요한) 아모스 코메니우스의 문학이론과 현대 체코문학 속에 투영된 그의 독창성에 대해 논하는 것은, 세계적으로 유명한 그리고 코메니우스의 학 문적 주제로 자주 등장하는 ‘교육학과 철학’을 분석하는 것보다 더 난해하다 말 할 수 있겠다. 오늘날 체코에서 코메니우스는, 1415년에 화형당한 종교개혁가 얀 후스의 뒤를 이어 체코 사상사의 맥을 이어온 것으로 평가받고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그가 지닌 세계적 명성과 라틴어로 쓰인 자신의 명작들 덕분에 해외에서도 수많은 학자나 논문들의 연구 대상이 되고 있으며 그에 대한 수많은 서적들이 출판되 고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 논문에서 다루고 있는 주제에 대한 연구들은 극소수 에 달할 정도로 철저히 무시되어 온 것이 사실이다. 그 이유는, 한편으론 ‘코메니우스 자신이 그의 문학이론을 책의 형태로 기록 하지 않았다는 사실과 다른 한편으로는 그의 독창성을 투영하고 있는 예술적 작품들은 단지 체코어로만 쓰인 것들뿐이다’는 사실에 근거하고 있다. Discussing John (also Johan) Amos Comenius, Latin name for Jan Amos Komenský, his literary theory {and the reflection of his personality in the Czech literature} is undoubtedly more difficult than analyzing his work on pedagogic and philosophy which are very frequent scientific Comenius themes, too. Following the religious reformer Jan Hus (John Huss), who was burned at the stake in 1415, John Amos Comenius (1592–1670) became another Czech thinker winning world-wide renown, reflected by thousands of books, studies and articles not only in his homeland, and because of his prestige and Latin writing works in abroad, too. Our above-mentioned themes {in the title of this paper} were although fast neglected till now. The reason could be connected partly to the fact that Comenius himself did not built a literary theory book and partly to the fact that the artistic reflection of his personality is written the only in Czech.

Noverre의 舞踊論(3) : Mask의 排擊에 對하여

The rejection of mask means that the natural face of a human being is more dynamic insistence than one of the speech, which allowed Gaetano Vestris as a male dancer to firstly appear on the stage in 1770. This fact caused a great change in ballet that resulted in a scandle. Nevertheless, this case came to the natural result of the dancing which caused the effect of expression beating the breast. As a result, it was also possible to improve the level of the dancing at that time to the level which was same as the painting or poem. However, Noverre's great contribution to the mask rejection has been not described in history at all. Of course, it is required to examine this contribution, by considering several factors such as the period, generation and individual. This study is to analyse Noverre's theories relating to the use of mask for ballet and its prohibition, centering around the basic culture of mask, in order to easily understand the rejection of mask.

Because the dancing history is mainly composed of Ballet history, it is very important to examine in details the theory of Noverre. In addition, studying on his theory implies examination into trend and form of contemporary dancing art as a whole since he reformed the Ballet form and Ballet daction. Moreover, it seems that his reformation was an essential course because the trend related to the period, generation and individual has effect each other from the standoint of artistic history trend. As shown in the Dancing Theory(Ⅰ), his theory is so wide that it is impossible to analyse all his theory. As a result, this study(2) is carried out, centering around his instructions to dancers and his human relations concerning maitre de Ballet. Other studies including Pantomine and Mask will be suggested in the next study(3).

동남권 광역 거버넌스를 위한 지역 대표체계의 구축

기존의 광역권 거버넌스 기구들은 이명박 정부의 5+2 광역경제발전위원회를 포함하여 다양하게 구성되어 있으나 실제로 참여적 의사결정이나 연계협력의 개발 방식의 협력적 거버넌스로 작동하는 데 큰 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 논문은 광역권 거버넌스의 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 부산, 울산, 경남의 동남권 광역자치단체의 협력기구를 사례로 운영실태를 분석하고, 실질적인 광역권 협력을 위하여 민주적 대표성을 높이고 의사결정의 정치적 권위를 부여하는 기능이전형 지역 대표체계 구축 방안을 제안하였다. There are various governance organizations in Korean local governments, including Lee Myung Bak administration's 5+2 Regional Economic Development Committees. However, these organizations have not been very effective in yielding either participatory decision-making or cooperative governance between metropolitan cities and province governments for revitalizing regional development. Analyzing operational problems of the south-east regional governance institutions in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyungsangnamdo, this study proposes a function-transfer regional representative system that enhances accountability as well as effectiveness.

Anti-proliferative and Apoptotic Effects of Dendrosomal Farnesiferol C on Gastric Cancer Cells

Farnesiferol C is a natural compound with various anti-cancer properties that belongs to the class of sesquiterpene coumarins. However, the low bioavailability of farnesiferol C limits its therapeutic potential. Here, we overcame this problem utilizing dendrosome nano-particles and evaluated the anti-cancer effect of dendrosomal farnesiferol C (DFC) on the AGS gastric cancer cell line. The 3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2yl)-2,5- diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were respectively used to detect the anti-proliferative properties of DFC and expression ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 as a hallmark of apoptosis. Compared to the void farnesiferol C (FC), our data showed that DFC significantly suppresses the proliferation of AGS cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner (P<0.01). Also, DFC meaningfully increased the expression ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 in AGS cells (P<0.01). The findings demonstrate that our nano-based formulation of farnesiferol C could be considered as a potential therapeutic agent in cancer targeting.

본 연구에서는 arPLS(asymmetrically reweighted penalized least squares) 방법에서 분광신호의 길이와 차수를 이용한 최적의 평활화 매개변수를 위한 결정함수를 제안한다. 분광신호의 기준선 보정은 분석 시스템의 성능을 좌우하는 매우 중요한 과정으로 많은 경우에 육안 검사로 매개변수를 선택하여 추정한다. 이 과정은 매우 주관적이고 특히 대량의 데이터인 경우 지루한 작업을 동반하므로 좋은 분석 결과를 보장하기 어렵다. 이러한 이유로 기준선 보정에서 최적의 매개변수를 결정하기 위한 객관적인 방법이 필요하다. 제안한 결정함수는 기준선 보정에 사용 가능한 매개변수 범위의 중앙값이 신호의 길이가 길어질수록 증가하고, 신호의 차수가 작아질수록 감소하는 관계를 정리하여 모델링하였다. 모의실험 데이터는 신호의 길이 7가지에 대해 조합한 분석신호 4가지와 선형 기준선과 2차, 3차, 4차 곡선 기준선을 각각 더하여 모두 112개를 생성하였다. 모의실험 데이터와 실제 라만 분광신호를 이용한 실험에서 제안한 결정함수의 평활화 매개변수가 기준선 보정에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this study, we present a decision function of optimal smoothing parameter for baseline correction using Asymmetrically reweighted penalized least squares (arPLS). Baseline correction is very important due to influence on performance of spectral analysis in application of spectroscopy. Baseline is often estimated by parameter selection using visual inspection on analyte spectrum. It is a highly subjective procedure and can be tedious work especially with a large number of data. For these reasons, an objective procedure is necessary to determine optimal parameter value for baseline correction. The proposed function is defined by modeling the median value of possible parameter range as the length and order of the background signal. The median value increases as the length of the signal increases and decreases as the degree of the signal increases. The simulated data produced a total of 112 signals combined for the 7 lengths of the signal, adding analytic signals and linear and quadratic, cubic and 4th order curve baseline respectively. According to the experimental results using simulated data with linear, quadratic, cubic and 4th order curved baseline, and real Raman spectra, we confirmed that the proposed function can be effectively applied to optimal parameter selection for baseline correction using arPLS.
