        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in body fat mass and skeletal muscle mass during walking and running after resistance training based on healthy college student. One male college student (age = 25 years, Height = 175.0 cm, Weight = 86.9 kg, Body fat = 27%) volunteered to participate in the study. Body composition was assessed by bioelectrical impedance (Inbody 270, Korea). Walking exercise (4.8 km/hr, 60 min) was performed for 3 weeks, followed by running exercise (7.0 km/hr, 26 min) for 3 weeks. The experimental results are as follows. Running was more effective at dropping body weight and BMI than walking, however walking was more effective at reducing body fat (%) and increasing skeletal muscle mass (kg) than running in male college student. In conclusion, both walking and running provide benefits for body composition, and the best exercise for weight and body fat loss is the one that it actually do on a regular basis.

        태권도 품새 옆차기시 타겟 높이 변화에 따른 운동학적 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to present the scientific and quantitative data by finding the common points and differences of the side-kick according to the height change through the difference of the side kick motion performance according to the three target height changes and the function of the lower limbs muscle in side kick motion of Taekwondo Poomsae. Method: For this, total 14 players were selected who were registered in Korea Taekwondo Association and skilled group 7 players who had a medal from national competition and 7 players who did not have Taekwondo experience from department of physics. 4 video cameras to the feature on side kick per target height, and the subjects' support foot was located on the ground reactor and the practice was conducted 3 times: waist, chest, and head as the target height. the basic materials were collected by using Kwon 3D XP program and the T-test was conducted to verify the statistic difference between groups (SPSS 24.0). At this time, the statistics significance level was set as .05 and the following conclusion was obtained. Results: The lower the proficiency and the higher the height, the more the joint coordination between the hip and the knee. Conclusion: Summary of the result shows a common point that the change of target's height makes the lower the proficiency and the higher the height, the more the joint coordination between the hip and the knee. Also, the higher the target's height became, the greater angular momentum of thighs, shanks, foot became in common.

        가상환경 변화에 따른 덤벨 컬 운동효과에 관한 운동역학적 검증

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to apply exercise learning effect to various subjects through training effect and information accumulation based on verification of the effect on dumbbell curl exercises applied with virtual reality. Method: To analyze the effect on the dumbbell curl exercise in the virtual environment, a total of 20 persons with 10 males and 10 females who does not have orthopedics diseases were selected. The dumbbell weight of the subjects was set to a weight of 70% strength of 1RM. At this time, the virtual environment situation was set to four types; presence/absence of virtual environment, preferred colors, and unfavorable colors to perform dumbbell curl exercise. The anaysis of muscle activity was conducted by adhering four surface electrodes (Biceps Brachii, Triceps Brachii, Brachioradialis Muscle, Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus Muscle) on the right upper limbs. Independent sample t-test using SPSS (24.0) program was carried out to analyze average values and standard deviations for each variable depending on the presence/absence of virtual environments and changes in color (preferred colors, unfavorable colors) and the level of significance was set to a=.05. Results: In the eccentric contraction, males showed high muscle activity in the Biceps Brachii under virtual reality. On the other hand, females had high muscle activity in the Biceps Brachii in the absence of virtual reality. Also, in case of a change of colors in the virtual environment, females had the high muscle activity in the unfavorable color in the eccentric contraction. Conclusion: During the dumbbell curl exercise, results of different exercises present depending on gender. When males put VR on and performs a basic dumbbell curl exercise, the effect of Biceps presents Brachii for them while exercising in unfavorable colors. However, since it is the basic research data of muscle exercise using virtual reality, it is necessary to verify whether or not it is effective for myopachynsis through long-term training rather than unity.

        Screening of Antifungal Microorganisms with Strong Biological Activity against Oak Wilt Fungus, Raffaelea quercus-mongolicae

        Since the mass mortality of Quercus mongolica has been first reported in Gyeonggi province at 2004, the disease spread rapidly over Korean peninsula annually. Ambrosia beetle (Platypus koryoensis) was known as the insect vector of oak wilt fungus, Raffaelea quercus-mongolicae, and control methods of the disease had mainly been focused on eradication of insect vector. However, for the efficient management of the disease, combined control methods for both of the pathogenic fungus and insect vector are strongly required. As one of the efforts to suppress the pathogenic fungus, antifungal activities of Streptomyces isolated from oak forest soil were assayed in this study. Optimum culture condition for the selected isolates was also studied, As a result, Streptomyces blastmyceticus cultured in PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) at $25^{\circ}C$ for 1 week showed the strongest antifungal activity against oak wilt fungus. Mycelial growth inhibition rates (MGIRs) of Streptomyces isolates were compared on culture media supplemented with heated and unheated culture filtrates of S. blastmyceticus. MGIRs on culture media with unheated culture filtrates were generally higher than those on culture media with heated culture filtrates. Antagonistic mechanism to get involved in the inhibition of hyphal growth and spore formation of the pathogen is due to the antifungal metabolites produced by Streptomyces. This study will provide the fundamental information in developing biocontrol agents for the environment-friendly management of oak wilt disease.

        창원천과 남천의 생태적 복원을 위한 식생 측면의 진단평가

        The Changwon and Nam streams that run through the Changwon city were evaluated based on longitudinal and horizontal configurations and vegetation state in order to prepare a restoration plan. Riparian vegetation of the Changwon and Nam streams are normally dominated by herbaceous plants. However, the woody plants, Salix pseudolasiogyne, Rubus parvifolius, Salix koreensis, Robinia pseudoacacia,and Amorpha fruticosa have appeared. Planting to introduce various types of plants for landscape architecture has also been observed. Evaluation of naturalness based on the vegetation state of both Changwon and Nam streams showed very low naturalness of degree 1 or 2, with the exception of a few reaches of the upstream sector. In these few reaches of the upstream sector, Salix koreensis and Salix chaenomeloides showed heights at the subtree level, however, they were located at the position of shrubland close to the waterway. These reaches were, therefore, evaluated as degree 3 rather than degree 4 in naturalness. The result of diagnostic evaluation classified by reach indicated the requirement for active restoration, such as transformation of the channelized stream into a meandering one and a step-type cross section into a pool-type one, introduction of vegetation suitable to the region and site, and creation of an ecological network between the stream and the surrounding terrestrial ecosystems.

        서울시 오피스빌딩의 간접투자요인에 관한 연구

        2003년 간접투자자산운용법 등으로 부동산에 대한 간접투자의 길이 열리면서 다양한 간접투자가 활발해졌다. 이러한 부동산간접투자기구의 도입으로 오피스빌딩이 안정적이고 높은 수익을 기대할 수 있는 투자처라는 인식으로 그에 대한 투자가 지속적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 간접투자에 관한 연구는 대부분이 외국의 간접투자제도와의 비교ㆍ분석이나 우리나라 간접투자제도의 문제점 및 활성화 방안을 연구하는데 그치고 있다. 그것은 오피스빌딩의 경우 거래가격이나 임대료, 영업경비와 같은 자료는 소유자의 영업비밀로 취급되어 공개가 꺼려지는 시장분위기와 간접투자된 국내ㆍ외 자본이 선호하는 오피스빌딩의 유형에 관한 데이터 수집이 어렵기 때문이다. 이런 상황에서 투자방식에 따른 양질의 데이터로 실증분석을 하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 오피스빌딩에 대한 투자 확산에 따라 그에 대한 구체적인 사례연구 및 심층분석을 진행하였고, 간접투자제도가 도입된 이후 서울시 오피스빌딩 시장에서의 간접투자와 직접투자가 선호하는 오피스빌딩의 특성을 비교ㆍ분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 1998년부터 2009년 1/4사분기까지 16,500㎡ 이상의 서울시 오피스빌딩 거래사례를 통해 간접투자에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 로지스틱회귀분석과 의사결정나무로 분석하고 증명하고 두 모형 분석의 정확도, 민감도, 특이도의 추정력을 비교하고자 한다. The real estate financial systems related to indirect investment have been introduced since 2003. It is recognized that the investment in office buildings is considered as very stable and highly beneficial investments. However, office building data is reluctant to be opened to the market because it is owners’ trade secret. Thus, this study means that it analyzed empirically the quality data according to the investment methods in such a situation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze indirect and direct investment preference to the office building's characters in Seoul office building market. Also, it aims analyze and attest the effects on the indirect investment factors by means of the logistic regression analysis and the decision tree through sales cases of Seoul offices of 16,500㎡ and from 1988 to 1/4 quarter of 2009 in order to compare accuracy, sensitivity, and estimation of specificity regarding analyses of the two models.
