The output of solar array is changed non-linearly by variation of insolation and temperature. Hence, as varying insolation and temperature, Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) is necessary to increase generation efficiency of solar array. This paper presented MPPT algorithm using position control of output voltage and current of solar array and implemented hardware MPP tracker which is appropriate and inexpensive for low power system(ten s~hundreds watt). Finally, those were verified through simulation.

A brushless DC motor has the high quality of torque output and silence, has been more widely used in industrial area. As the driver and controller of BLDC motor have been more complicated and precise, simulation method has been much used m motor design. And the output characteristics of BLDC motor is determined by the waveform of BACK-EMF in instinct. But because the conventional model of BLDC motor is obtained by approximation of real nonlinear waveform to ideal trapezoidal waveform, the error is occurred in slmulation result. Thus in this paper, for the correction of this error in simulation, the model of real nonlinear waveform considered is proposed, and the simulation result is obtained in case of three-phase, four-poles Y-connected, surface mounted permanent magnet BLDC motor.
7xxx계급 알루미늄 열간 압출재의 평가를 위한 미세조직과 응력-변형률 곡선의 분석

Simple tensile tests and microstructural investigations have been performed on extrudates of high strength aluminum alloys such as 7075, 7021 and 7xxx(Sc) to understand correlation between extruding conditions and extruded properties. Tensile specimens which were taken from different locations at the same cross section of an extrudate were tested at room temperature and with a strain rate of 8.9 × 10<sup>-5</sup>/s. The microstructures according to the locations at the cross section have been observed using optical microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) mapping to characterize the effect on stress-strain curve. The results could be classified in three types independent of alloying contents and extusion methods. The fine differences in the stressstrain curves were resulted from inhomogenity in the microstructures according to locations of an extrudate which were performed through instantaneous extruding conditions such as temperature, strain rate and strain. The application programs such as "Spice'' and "Saber" are often used for these However, making the electrical model of motor for these simulation tool is uncomfortable and impossible for general users.
