The effect of the gap width on conjugate heat transfer in the cylindrical annulus for an insulated tube has been studied numerically by the finite difference method. The parameters considered here are the Rayleigh number, Ra, the dimensionless insulated wall thickness, $W/D_i$ and the dimensionless gap width, S/W. As S/W increases, the mean wall temperature increases at the inside wall of annulus and decreases at the outside walls of annulus and the insulated tube at $S/W{\leq}0.5$, and then slightly increases at $Re=10^4$, $W/D_i=1.47$. The heat transfer rate decreases at $S/W{\leq}0.5$ and then increases apparently as S/W increases at $Re=10^4$, W/Df=1.47. Therefore, it is considered that $$S/W{\sim_=}0.5$$ is the optimum gap width for the effect of insulation at $Re=10^4$, $W/D_f=1.47$.

Recent trends in sonar design have mostly required increasing power output of sonar transducer in the 'acoustics. This paper presents the power amplifier and the band pass filter for sonar system which includes sonar transducers and matching network In order to prove the validity, simulation is carried out using Pspice and Matlab.<br/> Instead of using the linear amplifier method which have several the disadvantages in driving transducer, the phase control method is applied to the power amplifier. The band pass filter is required to reduce the harmonics (ie 3rd, 5th. 7th) for the phase control method.

In this paper, electronic-controlled power supply(EPS) system for solar cell characteristic is proposed to solve various problems and to achieve reliable experimental result on photovoltaic system. This system emulates the solar cell output characteristics, and it can substitute solar cell in laboratory experiment system. New model for solar cell is proposed to realize the EPS system for solar cell,which is based on the interpolation. Both simulation and experiment are executed to show the validity of the proposed EPS system.

Recently, as the development of industry, the nonlinear load becomes increased. Because of nonlinear load, the variation of source voltage is generated by the impedance of source side flowed harmonic currents. For blocking harmonic currents by nonlinear load, a series active power filter operates blocking resistance of harmonic currents. The value of blocking resistance shows ideal compensating characteristic out of theoretically infinite value. But the blocking resistance is limited by the problem of the system stability and the capacity of inverter. In tins paper, the value of optimum blocking resistance is found by a simulation in the applied system. In the case of unbalanced source voltages, each relation of the blocking resistance is shown. It is proved that blocking resistance of series active power filter relates to a passive filter.<br/> <br/>

Water-Electrolyzed gas is a mixed gas of the constant volume ratio 2 ' 1 Hydrogen and Oxygen gained from electrolyzed water, and it has better characteristics in the field of economy, efficiency of energy, and environmental intimacy than acetylene gas and LPG used for existing gas welding equipment So studies of Water-Electrolyzed gas are activily in progress nowadays, and commercially used as a source of thermal energy for gas welding in the industry. The object of this paper is V-I feature of Hydrogen -Oxygen Gas Generator using DC source.

Recently, there are many researches in several places for a new resource, ahead. Also, Water of 70% m the earth it is interested and studied by around world. Long ago, in the side processing-use, it is making study the welding of Hydrogen-oxygen Gas, which is burned to acquired It( hydrogen + oxygen) by electric-disintegration into water, which has perfect-burning rather than exhaust carbon and It has excellent-sides in financials and efficiencies than existing-gas welding by sparking-characteristics of Hydrogen Oxygen gas. Therefore, with constant current source, It is intended to make a producing gas ratio through designing and making for the use of SCR rectifier of existing-formula and then m this paper it hopefully is coming up to characteristics of welding machine and producer of hydrogen oxygen gas with current-controlled type.

Recently, power supply-demand instability due to the dramatic increase in power usage suchas air-conditioning load at summertime has brought forecasts of decrease in power supply capability. Therefore improving the load factor through systematic load management, in other words, Direct Load Control became necessary. Direct Load Control(DLC) system is kind of a load management program for stabilization of electric power supply-demand. It's purpose is limiting the demand of the demand side selected at peak load or other time periods. The paper presented a Design of Direct Load Controller for control the amount of power demand in demand side. The proposed Controller is cheaper and has ability of storing more power data than pre-existing device.

Torque pulsation generated in every commutation period is the main drawback of BLOC motor, which deteriorates the precision of BLOC motor. Many methods to solve this problem have been proposed. In this paper, a new torque model considered with decaying phase back EMF is introduced and from it the cause of torque pulsation in commutation period is analyzed. From this analysis, new algorithms to reduce the torque pulsation by commutation time are proposed and with simulation, the validity is verified.
