Objectives : The propose of this study was to observe the correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and radiological result. Methods : We randomly selected among the 110 patients with X-ray and C-spine MRI films who have visited Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine with neck pain. Radiographic measures of cervical lordosis and herniated disc were collected, and statistically analyzed. Results : In this study, if the finding of a X-ray showed straightening of cervical lordotic curve, based on MRI finging, the amount of herniation was more severe. Conclusions : There was a significant correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and herniated disc. Hypolordosis group complained a severe herniated disc.

본 논문은 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)를 기반으로 기존의 일반 우편과 전자 메일을 통합한 하이브리드 메시징 시스템 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 사용자는 웹 브라우져 상에서 메일을 작성하여 웹서버로 전송하고, CGI(Common Gateway Interface)프로그램은 웹 서버를 통해 받은 메일을 우체국 전자 메일 서버로 SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)를 이용하여 전송한다. 관내 우체국에 설치된 하이브리드 메시징 시스템의 후처리 프로그램은 자신의 관내 우체국에서 처리해야할 메일을 POP3(Post Office Protocol 3)프로토콜로 가지고 오고 인쇄한 후 배달한다. 또한 사용자는 인증 기관으로부터 받은 서명 비밀키를 이용하여 전송할 메일을 서명할 수 있으며 우체국 웹서버의 공개키를 이용하여 전송한 메일을 암호화한다. The paper is a design and implementation of the Hybrid Messaging System as integrating electronic mail system and common mail system based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), A user writes mail through Web Browser and sends the mail to Web Server. CGHCommon Gateway Interface) program sends the mail that was received through the Web Sever to Post Office Electronic Mail Server using SMTP(SimpleMail Transfer Protocol), The End Process program of the Hybrid Messaging System in a Post Office fetches the mail from the Post Office Electronic Mail Server using POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3), prints it and deliver it to recipients, Also, the Hybrid Messaging System is able to sign the mail with a sign private key that the Certificate Authority publics for users and encrypts the mail with a public key of the Post Office Web Server.

의치 재이장 재료와 금속의치상간의 결합력에 관한 연구

Relining and rebasing are essential for long-term success and oral health in removable prosthodontics. Major features of failures between metal base and relining resins are adhesive failure due to lack of chemical bonding. The purpose of this study was to find a better metal primer and metal surface treatment method that enhance the bonding strength with relining resin materials. The surfaces of ticonium alloys were treated with $25{\mu}m$ sandblasting (Group A), stone wheel(Group B), stone wheel and EZ oxisor(Group C), $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group D) and EZ oxisor application after $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group E). They were subdivided into no primer application (Group I), MR bond application(Group II) and Metafast bonding liner (Group III). Then specimens were completed though being bonded with relining resins. The specimens were stored in $38^{\circ}C$ water for 48 hours and tensile strength was measured using the universal testing machine. The results were as follows, 1. Primer application groups showed higher bond strength than no primer application group(p<0.05). 2. In comparison with primer application groups, MR bond group showed higher bond strength than Meta fast bonding liner application group(p<0.05). 3. In comparison with surface treatment methods, Bond strengths of group A and B were significantly different with group C, D, and E, and group C were significantly different with group D, and E in no primer application group()(0.05). In primer application groups, group A, B, C were significantly different with group D and E(p<0.05). According to results of this study, Metal primer application and metal surface roughening were considered to be advantageous for relining of metal base dentures.

비용편익분석의 한계, 그리고 사법심사 -환경행정작용을 중심으로-

환경행정분야에는 해당 행정작용(특히 재량행위)의 타당성을 입증하는 핵심적 근거로 비용편익분석결과가 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비용편익분석이 실제 어떻게 수행되는지, 그리고 비용편익분석을 어떻게 수행하는 것이 타당한지, 그리고 비용편익분석이라는 방법론이 어떠한 한계점을 가지고 있는지를 환경행정에 관한 사례를 중심으로 살펴본다. 그 후 이러한 비용편익분석에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 비용편익분석과 관련한 사법심사의 여러 쟁점들을 검토한다. 특히 행정부가 행한 비용편익분석 결과물에 대해 어디까지 사법부의 통제가 미치는 것이 적절한지, 새만금 판결을 중심으로 살펴본다. Cost Benefit analyis has been widely used in order to demonstrate whether agency has exercised its discretion reasonably. This paper reviews the mechanism of cost benefit analyses and what is the proper way of carrying out a reliable cost benefit analysis, especially with regard to environmental regulation. Since cost benefit analysis has many shortcomings, this paper tries to articulate those points and introduce many attempts trying to overcome them. With these understanding, this paper discuss the appropriate scope of judicial review with respect to cost benefit analysis carried out by an agency. Special attention has been given to Supreme Court of Korea`s Saemangeum ruling.

일반논문 : 사법연수원 출신 법조인에 대한 실증적 조사연구: 사법연수원 교육에 대한 만족도 및 수료 직후의 인식변화

본 연구는 사법연수원 출신 법조인들이 사법연수원 교육과정에 대해 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 그리고 사법연수생들이 사법연수생 시절 가지고 있는 가치관 및 직업세계에 대한 인식이 실제 법조계에 진출한 후 어떻게 변화하는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 보다 나은 사법연수원 및 법학전문대학원 교육과정에 대해 시사점을 얻고, 한국 법조계를 보다 풍부하게 이해하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 사법연수원 교육과정에 관하여, 사법연수생들은 기존의 판ㆍ검사 양성 중심 교육과정이 보다 변호사 양성에 초점을 맞추길 바라고 있다. 하지만 그럼에도 개별 교육과 목의 만족도에선 판ㆍ검사 양성과목이 변호사 양성과목에 비해 훨씬 높은 만족도를 보였다. 이는 현 사법연수원의 변호사 양성과목에 대한 낮은 만족도를 반영한 것으로 해석된다. 실무수습의 경우, 검찰실무수습의 만족도가 다른 실무수습에 비해 높았다. 업무량이 가장 많이 부여되는 검찰실무수습이 가장 높은 만족도를 부여받은 반면, 가장 여유있는 실무수습 으로 평가받는 변호사 실무수습의 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 또한 사법연수원 교육에 대한 만족도가 법학전문대학원 교육에 대한 만족도보다 대부분의 세부항목들에서 높게 나타났고, 교수 및 강사에 대한 만족도 역시 사법연수원이 법학전문대학원보다 높게 나타났다. 다음으로 42기 사법연수생들이 수료한지 1년 반 후, 직업선택에 있어서 중시하는 가치 중 금전적 목표가 가지는 중요성이 증가한 반면, 사회공헌의 중요성은 감소하였다. 또한 자신이 원하는 분야에서 전문성을 쌓는 부분에 대한 관심이 감소하였다. 사법연수생 시절 해당 직업에 대한 선호도와 해당 직업에 종사 후 실제 만족도 비교 결과, 사내변호사, 소규모사무실(변호사 20명 이하) 고용변호사의 경우, 사법연수생 시절의 선호도와 비교할 때 1.5년차 법조인들의 실제 만족도가 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인해 결과적으로 직역간의 만족도 차이는 많이 감소하였고, 이는 사법연수생들의 중대형로펌에 대한 강한 선호가 현실의 정보에 기반한 것인지에 대해 의문을 제기할 여지를 남긴다. 그리고 직업 만족도 세부항목들에서 사내변호사에 대한 실제 만족도가 당초 사법연수생 시절의 예상에 비해 전체적으로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 개별적 평가요소들에서 사내변호사는 중대형로펌 고용변호사와 비슷하거나 더 높은 만족도를 나타냈다. This study explores the extent to which alumni of the Judicial Research and Training Institute(JRTI hereinafter) are satisfied with current JRTI curriculum, and how alumni’s views on legal careers have changed after they embarked on real practice of law. The methodology was to analyze the 2014 survey result of randomly chosen alumni of JRTI ranging from the 40th cohorts(the class of 2011) to the 43rd cohorts(the class of 2014). From time to time, corresponding survey result of law school graduates, which was also implemented in the same project, will be presented to shed light on the broader picture of legal education. For the sake of tracking the shift of views on legal careers among the 42nd cohorts(the class of 2013), the 2012 survey of similar kind will be compared with 2014 survey result. As for the result, JRTI alumni looked forward to a curriculum which focuses more on training lawyers rather than training judges and prosecutors. Nevertheless, as far as individual courses are concerned, programs designed to teach students how to work as judges and prosecutors received much better ratings than those focusing on lawyering. This reflects the lower satisfaction on lawyering courses among JRTI alumni. When it comes to externship, externship in the Prosecutors’ Office drew favorable ratings than other externships despite the heavy workload during students’ stay in the Prosecutor’s Office. By contrast, externships in law firms proved to be the least satisfactory externship in spite of its fame for allowing students to have a lot of free time to relax. Furthermore, JRTI students were more satisfied with their own curriculum and their professors when compared with students from law school system. After one and a half year have passed since graduating from JRTI, the 42nd cohorts(the class of 2013) of JRTI began to ascribe more value to attaining a higher income, and lesser value to enhancing the public good. Their interest in developing their expertise among preferred areas of practice also declined. Finally, as this paper compared the job preferences of then-JRTI students with the job satisfaction scores of JRTI alumni, the gap between various places of work shrunk. One point which deserves special mention is that in-house lawyers showed much higher job satisfaction when compared with the predictions of JRTI students. Moreover, in most job attributes, in-house lawyers displayed similar or higher satisfaction than their peers working in mid-size or big law firms.

호메로스의 휴머니티 -『오뒷세이아』의 구혼자 살육을 중심으로-

본고의 목표는 구혼자들의 악행의 본질이, 영웅의 재산과 아내에 대한 그들의 탐욕에 있는 것이 아니라, 인간가치에 대한 전면적인 파괴라는 것을 보이는 것이다. 이해를 돕기 위해, 구혼자들과 많은 유사성을 보이는 폴뤼페모스와의 비교연구가 이루어질 것이다. 한편, 인간가치를 파괴하고, 신들처럼 살고자 하는 구혼자들의 욕구를 이해함으로써, 민담이나 기타 구송 귀향시에 등장하는 남편의 승리와는 근본적으로 다른, 오뒷세우스의 복수의 의미를 좀 더 깊은 차원에서 이해하고자 한다. 구혼자들은 이타카의 실질적인 지배자들로서, 신과 인간을 능멸하며, 인간의 행위를 지배하는 모든 규범들을 무시한다. 그들은 신들과 인간의 경계를 무시한 채, 마치 신들처럼 행세한다. 따라서, 오뒷세우스와 구혼자들의 전투는 인간조건과 인간의 삶을 두고 대립하는 자들의 대결로 파악할 수 있으며, 이는 양립할 수 없는 두 가치의 충돌이다. Homer portrays the crisis of Ithaca by disclosing the evil nature of the suitors. The discussion helps us to understand the quintessence of their evil deeds as a total destruction of human values, not a mere greed on the hero’s possessions and his wife. For a better understanding, it will be discussed through the comparison with Polyphemus who shares many similarities with the suitors. Once their goal is disclosed, we readers view a wider spectrum of the meaning of Odysseus’ revenge on them, which is fundamentally different from any other triumph of a long missing husband in traditional return songs. As de facto rulers of Ithaca (1.394), they ignore gods and men, neglecting all the rules that govern human conduct (1.405-12, 2. 85-128, 2.178- 207, 2.243-56). They blur the boundaries between men and gods. When the suitors are first introduced in the Telemachy, they behave as if they were gods, beyond human limits (1.159-60). They provoke divine anger (1.224-9). Beyond a mere matter of recovery of a throne or restoration of oikos, the confrontation between Odysseus and the suitors should be seen on a deeper level: this is a conflict between two incompatible sets of values, which cannot end unless one or the other party is exterminated.

분노의 서사시, 연민의 서사시 『일리아스』

20세기 중반 이후, 지금까지 여러 학자들이 아킬레우스의 분노와 동정심에 관한 연구를 축적해왔다. 이 논문은 이를 바탕으로, 아킬레우스의 정서가 분노에서 동정심으로 갑자기 전환된 것이 아니라, 자신과 원수, 그리고 벗과 원수 사이의 끊임없는 동일화를 통해 섬세하게 준비된 것임을 보이고자 한다. 특히 주목해서 관찰할 대상은 아킬레우스와 헥토르, 헥토르와 파트로클로스, 그리고 아킬레우스와 프리아모스이며, 이를 통해 일관된 시학을 바탕으로 섬세하게 시 전체를 계획해낸 한 사람의 시인을 상정하고자 한다. The current interest among Homerists in the poetic qualities has shown us that the wrath and pity of the hero plays a considerable role in the Iliad. This paper is intended to show that the hero’s wrath does not abruptly give way to pity. Instead, his emotional change and recurring identifications between enemies go side by side. One cannot fail to notice a series of identifications between Achilles and Hector, Hector and Patroclus, and Achilles and Priam. My observation naturally leads to the existence of one master mind who conceived the whole poem with his own coherent poetics of humanity.

하이브리드 자동차 시장의 기술대응전략에 관한 연구

근래에 계속 되는 이상기후현상과 대기오염에 관한 언론의 보도로 환경보호에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때 보다 높다. 지구온난화와 대기오염의 원인으로 지목되는 것 중 하나가 자동차 배기가스이며 고유가와 환경오염 등의 이유로 친환경 자동차의 생산필요성이 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이런 세계적 추세에 대응하기 위해 국내외 자동차산업업계에서는 친환경 자동차 연구에 매진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특허분석을 통하여 친환경 자동차 중 하나인 하이브리드 자동차의 국내외 기술연구동향을 파악하고 기술대응전략을 제안하도록 한다.
