This study examined the relations among CRM activities of cosmetic companies, relationship benefits, relationship commitment, and brand switching reduction intention. The participants consisted of 399 women over the age of 20. The results of this study were as follows: First, CRM activities were perceived as a concept of sub-components, and the customers recognized the relationship benefits and commitments. Second, CRM activities did not make a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Third, CRM activities had a positive influence on relationship benefits, and the relationship benefit affected the brand switching reduction intention positively. Fourth, CRM activities created a positive effect on relationship commitment, and also the relationship commitment had a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Lastly, relationship benefits had a positive effect on relationship commitment and it was precedent variables.

The purpose of this study was to develop service quality dimension beauty parolrs in Seoul area. The subject consisted of 545 adults with ages ranged between 20 and 30 who had evaluated service quality dimension on one of the three different types of beauty parlors in seoul. The beauty parlors were classify into three types. Type I is franchised one, type Ⅱ is located in center of city type Ⅲ is close to consumer`s residence area. The result was as follows : 1. Four dimensions of the service quality of the beauty parlor were physical aspects(tangibles·accessibility·cleanness), employee aspects(empathy·capability), policy aspects of beauty parlor(management·reputation·credit card), the skill of the hair stylist. 2. To predict comsumer satisfaction, service quality dimensions were as follows : In franchised beauty parlor, the employee aspects(empathy), the policy aspect (reputation), the skill of the hair stylist were should be considered. In beauty parlor in downtown area, physical aspects(accesibility), the employee aspects(capability), the policy aspects (reputation), the skill of the hair stylist were should be considered. And the beauty parlor in residence area, the employee aspects (empathy), the policy aspects(reputation) were should be considered.

목적 본 연구는 아동이 지각하는 부모애착이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향과 부모애착이 자율성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 아동이 지각하는 부모애착과 자아탄력성 간의 관계에서 자율성이 매개적 역할을 하는지를 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 연구 대상은 한국아동패널 12차(2019년) 데이터를 사용하였으며 남학생 725명(51.3%), 여학생 689(48.7%)명의 자료를 활용하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS24.0와 SPSS Process Macro3.0을 이용하여 변인들 간 관계를 분석하였다. 변인들 간의 관계는 기술통계, 피어슨 상관관계분석, 부트스트래핑을 사용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 연구문제에 따른 주요 결과는 첫째, 부모애착은 자율성(r=.409, p<.001), 자아탄력성(r=.404, p<.001)와 모두 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 자율성은 자아탄력성(r=.396, p<.001)으로 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 보였다. 반면 부모애착은 하위요인인 모-소외감은 자아탄력성과 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 부모애착과 자아탄력성의 관계에서 자율성의 매개효과 검증 결과 부모애착이 자율성에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 자율성은 자아탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미친 결과를 통하여 자율성이 아동이 지각하는 부모애착과 자아탄력성 사이에서 매개 역할을 하고 있음을 검증하였다. 결론 2022년 교육과정 중 ‘디지털’, ‘기후변화’, ‘자기주도성’이 주요 내용으로 되어있다. 학령인구감소로 개별 맞춤형 교육이 강조되었다. 미래변화에 능동적으로 준비하고 활용 능력을 강화하기 위하여 학생의 주도적인 자율성과 자아탄력성의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 학령기 아동의 자아탄력성을 향상시키기 위하여 부모애착관계와 자율성을 강화하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of children's perceived parental attachment on self-resilience and the effects of parental attachment on autonomy, and to explore the mediating role of autonomy in the relationship between children's perceived parental attachment and self-resilience. Methods The study used data from the 12th Panel Study on Korean Children(2019), which included 725 boys (52.5%) and 689 girls (48.9%). For the analysis, SPSS25.0 and SPSS Process Macro3.0 were used to analyze the relationship between variables. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and bootstrapping were used to test the significance of mediating effects. Results The main findings based on the research questions were as follows First, parental attachment was sig-nificantly and positively related to both autonomy (r=.409, p<.001) and self-resilience (r=.404, p<.001). Second, autonomy was significantly and positively related to self-resilience (r=.396, p<.001). In contrast, the parental at-tachment subfactor, mother-alienation, was not significantly related to self-resilience. Third, we tested the me-diating effect of autonomy on the relationship between parental attachment and self-resilience. The results showed that parental attachment had a significant effect on autonomy and autonomy had a significant effect on self-resilience, suggesting that autonomy plays a mediating role between children's perceived parental attach-ment and self-resilience. Conclusions Digital, climate change, and self-direction are the main themes of the 2022 curriculum. Personalized education is emphasized due to the declining school age population. The importance of student initiative and self-resilience is growing in order to proactively prepare for future changes and strengthen their utilization skills. This study suggests that it is important to strengthen parental attachment and autonomy in order to improve the self-resilience of school-aged children.
패션잡지에 나타난 양성이미지의 사회적 의미변화에 관한 연구(Ⅱ)

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the women`s fashion with the design elements(si1houette. material, color, detail and trimming) of androgynous image which has appeared on our specialized fashion magazine from 1986 through 2000. As a result of this study I drew the following conclusion. 1. The box silhouette led the market in the first stage of mid 1980. The wool and leather with the masculine image, cotton and soft material with unisex image were used to express the androgynous image. The dark and mono tone with the masculine image were used a lot in color. In women`s fashion the minimalism style with simple image was expressed escaping from the decoration, in which the detail and trimming was not found as in men`s wear. 2. It showed that more and more feminine image was accepted in the second stage of early 1990. Women`s wear silhouette with the androgynous image has changed from masculine box silhouette boomed in the first stage to hourglass silhouette and slim silhouette. The wool and leather were used a lot as the materials in the first stage but the usage of the cotton with unisex image and soft texture were getting increased, The main colors were the black and the blue but the usage of the white and the red were on the increase showing the range of the use was extending. In the meantime. the detail and trimming were hardly used like in the first stage. 3. In the third stage of the late 1990. the silhouette has changed to slim style. The wool and leather were mainly used as the materials but the cotton and silk were on the increase showing that the materials of the feminine image were used in the women`s fashion with the androgynous image as well as the materials of masculine image. In color. the black and the white of the masculine image were used increasingly by the effect of the minimalism and the usage of the colors were various for the rising frequency of the trend colors usage.
