        스키 카빙턴 동작 시 기술 수준에 따른 동작의 차이 연구

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the differences in the ski carving turn motion according to level of expertise. The posture and movement of 6 skiers nearby the fall-line was evaluated with a biomechanical approach focusing the rotational mechanics. The slope was at an angle of 9° and the following variables were measured and calculated: tangential velocity, change of COM height after passing fall-line, width between feet, angle between upper body and thigh, trunk angle, average radius of curvature and average centripetal force. The expert skiers minimized their center of mass height movement and maintained the width of between their feet after the passing the fall-line in comparison with the beginners and intermediate skiers. The experts restrained themselves from pushing their upper body downward after the turn to maximize the centripetal force. The experts in comparison with the beginners and intermediate skiers during the turn didn`t have to reduce their radius of curvature to maintain a high centripetal force. It was concluded, that the most important factor affecting the centripetal force, was for the beginners and intermediate skiers, to minimize their movement while using the appropriate amount of edging.

        체감형 스키 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 플루크보겐 동작의 운동역학적 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare pflugbogen``s biomechanical characteristics between on the ski simulator and snowed ski slope to develop interactive ski simulator. Nine ski instructors(sex: male, age: 29.6±5.4 yrs, height: 176.0±5.6 cm, body mass: 76.0±14.0 kg) belong to Korean Ski Instructors Association participated in this research. 24 Infrared cameras for snowed ski slope experiment and 13 infrared camera for ski simulator experiment were installed near by path of pflugbogen. The participants did pflugbogen on the snowed ski slope and the ski simulator both. During the experiment, the participants weared motion capture suit with infrared reflective makers on it, and plantar pressure sensors in ski boots, so that ski motion and plantar pressure data were collected together. Displacement of COG(center of gravity) movements, trunk flexion/extension angle, adduction/abduction angle, and plantar pressure data were significantly different between on the simulator and ski slope. However, percentage of time of COG movement in the phases during medial/lateral and anterior/posterior movement were not significantly different. Findings indicate that the difference between two groups occurred because the ski simulator``s drive mechanism is different from ski motion on the slope. In order to develop the ski simulator more interactively for pflugbogen, the ski simulator``s drive mechanism need to be reflected 3D motion data of pflugbogen on the slope that were purposed in this research.

        컴퓨터 디자인 기반 모노스키 버킷 사용에 따른 장애인 알파인 스키 선수의 운동학적 특성 변화 연구: 사례 연구

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of CAD (Computer Aided Design) based alpine mono-ski bucket design on disabled ski athletes` kinematic characteristics. Two national team ski athletes with LW11 disabilities (Locomotion Winter Classification) category for sit ski participated in both pre and post experiment. Both of the subjects performed 3 trials of carved turn on a ski slope under two conditions. Where, subject “A” performed pre experiment with personal bucket and post experiment with the newly developed CAD based bucket whereas, Subject “B” as control subject performed both pre and post experiment with his personal bucket. For the experiment, 24 Infrared cameras were positioned on the ski slope which covered the path of the ski turn. Also, motion capture suit with reflective markers were worn by both subjects. In the result, decrement in medial/lateral displacement of COM, anterior/posterior displacement of COM, flexion/extension angle of trunk as well as velocity losing rate of COM was observed in subject “A” when using the newly developed CAD based bucket. In contrast, no larger effect on performance was observed when using personal buckets. In conclusion, the findings obtained from the study indicated effectiveness of newly developed CAD based bucket by reducing excessive movement of hip and trunk which is an important factor to perform an effective turn.

        유배양육일기 『양아록(養兒錄)』의 교육적 의미

        본 연구에서는 유배라는 독특한 시공간적 의미와 격대교육의 틀을 통해 이문건의 유배양육일기 『양아록』에 나타난 교육적 의미를 탐색해 보았다. 『양아록』은 경상북도 성주의 유배지에서 할아버지가 손자의 성장 과정을 일기 형식으로 기록한 특이한 양육보고서다. 거기에는 유배라는 독특하고 절박한 상황 속에서 할아버지가 손자에게 기대하는 가계 계승의 특별한 의지를 바탕으로 교육의 의미가 잘 정리되어 있다. 특히 ‘효’를 바탕으로 ‘충’과 ‘신’을 실천, 입신양명하길 바라는 조선시대 사대부 가정의 교육구조가 잘 드러나고 있어 『양아록』의 교육적 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. This study examines the meaning of educational history which appears in “Yang-Ah-Rok(養兒錄)”, written by Lee Mun-geon(李文楗), from the view of exile a unique meaning of space time and Education by Grandparents. “Yang-Ah-Rok” is an interesting nurturing-diary report which a grandfather recorded a process of his grandchild's growth in the form of diary. In this report, the meaning of education based on the special will of the succession of the family in the desolate circumstances, exile, was well-organized. Especially, a educational meaning of the book is definitely significant due to a structure of education in loyal family in the Joseon Dynasty period in which loyalty and credence were worshiped based on filial duty, hoping to achieve fame and prestige.

        주의력결핍/과다활동장애(ADHD)아동에서 사회기술훈련

        목적 : 주의력결핍/과다활동장애(ADHD) 아동들은 또래관계를 영위하는데 필요한 것을 포함한 다양한 사회기술에 결함을 보인다. 이들의 치료에 약물치료를 포함한 부모훈련, 교육적 접근 등이 필요하지만 이와 함께 이들에 대한 사회기술훈련이 시도되고 있다. 이들에게서 사회기술훈련을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증해보고자 한다. 방법 : ADHD로 진단 받은 초등학교 아동 5명과 그들의 부모 5명을 대상으로 Pfiffner와 McBurnett이 제안한 프로그램을 중심으로 총 8회기의 프로그램을 수행하고, 사회기술, 문제행동, 또래의 사회적 수용도, 양육태도 및 양육스트레스, 프로그램 만족도를 비교해 보았다. 결과 : 교사와 부모가 평가한 내용이 다소 달랐는데, 교사는 사회기술과 또래의 사회적 수용도에서, 부모는 문제행동의 감소에서 유의미한 호전을 보고하였다. 부모들은 양육태도에서는 별 변화가 없었지만 양육스트레스에서는 현저한 감소를 보고하였으며, 프로그램 만족도는 상당히 높았다. 결론 : ADHD 아동에서 사회기술훈련은 최근에, 주로 보조적이거나 매우 제한적으로 시행되고 있다. 하지만 상당히 많은 아동들이 사회기술의 결함을 호소하고 있기 때문에 이들이 통합적 접근에서 이들의 치료 프로그램에 포함되어 시행하는 것이 바람직하겠다. 중심단어 : 주의력결핍/과다활동장애ㆍ사회기술훈련ㆍ일반화. Objectives : The children with ADHD have some deficits in social skills including the peer relationship. There are several approaches to teaching social skills to children with ADHD, and many are combined in comprehensive programs to maximize treatment effects. We conducted this study to explore the direct effects of social skills training program applied to children with ADHD. Method : Five children and their mothers who were diagnosed to Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in Y elementary school survey participated to the study. We performed the 8- session program with the modified the Pfiffner and McBurnett's program(1997), and assessed the social skills, problem behaviors, peer acceptance, parenting behaviors, and parenting stress. Results : Parent's reports were some different from teacher's reports ; teacher reported improvement in social skills and peer acceptance, but parent notified decrement in problem behaviors. And also, there were no changes in maternal behaviors, but significant reducing effects in parenting stress. Conclusion : The stimulants are mainstream in treatment of children with ADHD. The social skills training programs are combined in comprehensive treatment programs in children with ADHD to maximize treatment effects. KEY WORDS : ADHD ㆍ Social skill training ㆍ Generalization.
