"변태소녀"들의 커뮤니티를 통한 자기표현 -이화변날 레즈비언문화제를 중심으로-

이 글은 20대 여성 이반 레즈비언 인권운동단체를 표방한 이화여자대학교 <변태소녀 하늘을 날다>의 웹커뮤니티에 나타나는 일상 담론을 살펴보고, 현재 레즈비언 인권운동의 좌표를 가늠하는데 목표를 두었다. 기존의 연구는 인권운동의 관점에서 이루어져 왔으며, 가상 공간 레즈비언 커뮤니티의 활성화로 레즈비언의 존재와 그들의 일상 경험에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. <이화변날> 레즈비언 커뮤니티는 레즈비언문화제를 통해 일상 담론을 자연스럽게 드러내는 전략을 구사하고 있다. 성적 소수자의 문제를 성적 취향의 문제에 한정하지 않고 정체성의 문제, 삶의 양식의 문제로 논의를 확장시키기 위한 것이다. 그럼으로써 일반과 이반에 대한 차이를 불식시키고 소통을 지향한다. 특히 커뮤니티는 성적 소수자인권 증진과 인식 변화를 위한 연대 활동과 함께 내부 구성원의 긍정적 자기 정체성을 확립하기 위해 끊임없이 경주하는 모습을 보여주었다. This article purposes to look back the important of everyday discourse in Lesbian community "Ewhabynnal" and examines the coordinates of human rights. The existing literature on this subject have contributed to the understanding of Lesbian Human Right and the study of everyday experience under the influence of web community. "Ewhabynnal" uses the strategy to show the everyday discourse naturally. They say that the sexual minority is the matter of identity and way of the life. In doing so, they try to reduce the difference between ordinary and ``Ivan`` and orient communication. Especially they want to impose self-identity in the community members constantly. Ewhabynnal introduce the artists as the rolemodel, who is dignified life and experience love like as Sappho, rack star Nelisa Etheridge, printer Frida Kahlo etc.

This research work is concerned with a location-based alert service in wireless communication network environment. The alert service automatically transfers alert message to subscriber in the disaster area. This research work deals with automatic alert services that automatically provide people in emergency area with the state of emergency. The alert service uses the mobile device to inform its urgency to the subscribers in its area. The location tracking service will give the list of people in emergency area. The all processes of this research work are followed as. First, when a disaster or a calamity comes in, an emergency management center receives the emergency to analyze its shape and size and to declare the place to ‘the disaster area.’ Secondly, then the center finds information of mobile device subscribers in the disaster area. Finally, the center automatically generates a shape of text or audio of alert message of the emergency to send the message to the subscribers in the disaster area. Our mobile automatic alert service proposed above is so efficient that the subscribers in disasters area may meet the emergency more efficiently and may save their own valuable lives and properties more safely.

에지와 색상 정보를 이용한 강의 영상의 학습 영역 추출

본 논문에서는 강의 영상에 포함되어 있는 텍스트 정보를 바탕으로 학습에 의미 있는 영역을 추출한다. 실시간으로 입력되는 컬러 영상에서 Canny 연산자를 이용하여 에지 정보를 구하고, 모폴로지 연산(Morphological Operation)과 연결 성분(Connected Component)을 통해 후보 영역을 검색한다. 그리고 검색된 후보 영역내의 색 정보 분석을 통해서 의미 있는 학습 영역을 추출하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 학습에 의미 있는 영역을 추출한 결과, 비교적 단순한 강의 영상과 복잡한 강의 영상 모두에서 정확한 학습 영역의 추출이 가능함을 알 수 있고, 학습에 의미 있는 정보만을 구성함으로써 적은 용량으로 최적화된 강의 영상을 제공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

본 연구는 초기 청소년과 그들을 둘러싼 체계(부모, 또래, 교사)와의 관계, 자아통제력 그리고 공격성이 시간이 지남에 따라 어떠한 변화를 보이는지 그리고 시간에 따른 변화를 기반으로 변수간의 관계에 대해 종단적 연구방법을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 특히 아동기에서 청소년기로 전환되는 시기인 초등학교 4학년부터 중학교 2학까지의 학생들을 연구대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 한국청소년패널(KYPS) 초등학교 4학년 대상 1차~5차년도의 데이터를 사용하였으며, 잠재성장모형 분석을 통해 시간의 변화에 따른 공격성, 자아통제력, 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착의 변화와 이들 변수 사이의 상호관련성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 청소년의 공격성은 시간에 따라 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 확인되었으며, 부모애착, 교사애착과 자아통제력은 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 1차년도에 측정된 부모애착과 교사애착이 높을수록 자아통제력 수준 역시 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 자아통제력은 공격성에 유의한 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 시간에 따라 자아통제력 수준이 낮아질수록 공격성 수준이 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 초기 청소년들의 공격성에 대한 부모, 교사애착과 자아통제력의 횡단적 영향과 함께 종단적 영향을 함께 탐색하였다는 점에서 초기 청소년의 공격성 감소를 위한 개입방안 설계 시 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 본다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among parent/friend/teacher attachment, self-control, and violence, as well as their trajectories during grade 4 to grade 8. The data from Korea Youth Panel Study(KYPS) from first to fifth year of 8th graders was analyzed using the latent growth model. The results showed that adolescents’ parent/teacher attachment and self-control linearly decreased from the first to fifth year. But adolescents’ violence linearly increased during five years. Parent and teacher attachment had significantly positive effect on self-control at first year, and self-control had significantly negative effect on violence. Also it was confirmed that the lower the level of self-control level is increased violence with time. These results imply that self-control need to be emphasized as a strategy for reducing violence of adolescents. Based on these results, the implications of this study and future research tasks were discussed.

Revenue management is a new approach method to solve the problem of supply and demand, and one of fields which is diffused quickly at the service enterprise to use perishable-asset like the transportation business. It is based on multiple fare policy that discount charge reservation should be received if the benefit value of current discount fare is more than expected profit of the normal fare reservation it will be able to occur in future when suitable goods is sold to the customers at discount fare, at the time they want, and at assigned seat by controlling supply and demand from market. In this research, I will review on initial operation case for special class goods that the seat which is limited is assigned at some of train and portion of KTX for demand dispersion and new demand creation at peak time, put a limit in purchase conditions, and provides discounted fare. I will also try to find implication for strategic operation.

전자전화번호부시스템과의 연동을 통한 지리정보서비스 개발

지도(Map)와 공간 데이터(Spatial Data), 이와 관련한 속성정보를 저장, 검색, 분석 및 출력하는 데이터베이스시스템인 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System)의 적용분야는 시설물관리, 도시계획 등의 전문분야를 넘어서 PC 통신망과 인터넷 등 공중통신망을 이용한 생활지리정보서비스 제공에 이른다. 이는 급변하는 정보화사회에서 다양하고 신속한 고부가가치 정보를 생산하고 유통시킨다는 관점에서도 바람직한 일이다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 정보통신 서비스인 인명, 상호 입력에 의한 전화번호, 주소 및 위치정보 검색서비스를 구현하기 위해, 한국통신에서 개발, 상용화 예정인 생활지리정보시스템 GeoMagic 과 전자전화번호부시스템 EDS(Electronic Directory Service)를 연동한 시스템 구성 및 프로세스 설게, 연동 프로그램 개발에 관하여 기술한다. 이 연동 시스템을 통하여 기존에 구축된 EDS DB를 활용함으로써 방대한 양의 데이터베이스를 재구축하고 유지하는데 따르는 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 사용자는 PC 통신 환경에서 전자전화번호안내서비스와 연계된 벡터 형태의 지리정보서비스를 온라인으로 제공받게 된다.
